For this celiac gal I knew I was safe just entering into the restaurant!! Located just off i30 and behind our hotel this was a great stop for our family while in town! The salsa was great and the environment casual. The first night I ordeeed the tamales to go and the second night we brought the soccer team to enjoy a meal. The staff was extremely accommodating when our plans had to change last minute! If we are ever back in Bryant this will be a stop for sure! read more

Not sure why this place has such a low score! It's a restaurant with great vibes, awesome service, and good tex-mex food. I didn't come to the middle of a more touristy part of Arkansas with the expectation of super authentic Mexican food (I'm traveling from an area with super authentic Mexican food) and gave this place a shot because it was close by my hotel. The service here is great! I can tell it's a bit understaffed because there were a lot of customers and food came out a little slow, but our waiter Lazaro was super attentive and always refilled drinks, asked how we were doing, etc. He was super friendly and cleared our table a lot too! The food itself was delicious and hit the spot after a long time on the road. The salsa that comes out at the beginning is just ok - not gonna lie it tastes just like Tostitos salsa lol. But Bob's dip was pretty good - yellow queso, peppers, ground beef, and sour cream. We split the combo steak and shrimp fajitas and had enough for leftovers. The shrimp was supppper buttery and flavorful, and the steak was tender. The rice was also very tomato-y, and the guac was delicious too. Everything tasted very fresh! The restaurant itself is cutely decorated and spacious. It's only moderately loud, has a good atmosphere for family dining. There appears to be a mix of locals and people driving through town as it is close to a lot of hotels. Really good place and definitely deserves a higher score in my opinion! read more

We eat here every time that we're coming through town. It's a good safe place for me to eat being gluten free. I've never gotten sick. I always enjoy the enchiladas. They are always fresh and taste good. This time we had the chicken with the white cheese sauce. The sauce was a little bland for our taste, but the cheese itself was tasty. The chips were salty. There were a few that we had to knock the salt off in order to be able to eat them. The salsa was okay, but we felt it would have been better served warm. The cheese in the cheese sauce were great. If I would've ordered a side of the white cheese sauce could have just eaten all of that by myself. The staff are very friendly and the service is so quick. We were worried because the parking lot was full when we arrived, but we didn't have to wait long at all despite there being a line inside. read more

We ordered a taco plate and a chimichanga. Was quickly delivered hot and was good. Waitress was kind and brought out to go drink. We loved the bright and colorful pots they had their greenery in. Very quick and friendly service with a fun and authentic environment! They don't have a full service bar - only margaritas and small selection of beer. We got a frozen peach margarita and a mango margarita on the rocks ... very refreshing after a long day! Our food came out quick and piping hot! The chicken chimichanga platter with rice and beans topped with sour cream sauce was very good -very flavorful with perfect portion sizes; and the salsa that came out with the chips had the perfect amount of heat to it! read more

I can tell you one thing, this is no Mexican kitchen. The Ta Molly's name should have tipped me off. Our recent experience was very disappointing. Went here because we didn't have to drive, since I had had a drink at the hotel. Should have Ubered elsewhere. Started out looking for a higher end Margarita. None to be had here. No wine either. Just beer and pre-made Margaritas. I asked if they had real tequila in them, and was told they did. Sure didn't seem like it. Was just looking for a quick bite after driving so I thought I'd check out some enchiladas. Unfortunately, none of theirs have any traditional enchilada sauces available. They offer chili con carne, chili con queso, and sour cream sauce on enchiladas - and on just about everything else - but no other sauces. No red sauce, green/tomatillo sauce, or any other sauces available. They don't even have any hot sauce available - bottled or otherwise! I was told the only red sauce available in the house was the red salsa served with their chips, which looked and tasted suspiciously close to bottled Pace salsa. Gave up on the enchiladas and had tacos. Mistake. Taco Bell's are better. There are several other Mexican restaurants in the area. Try them. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the service was good. read more

Smiled throughout service and our party of 6 never needed a refill on drinks or chips/salsa. Triple dip was tasty. Everything was served hot. I cannot understand what folks were expecting when they felt the need to post such negative reviews. Apparently, unemployed food critics and out of work fast food restauranteurs is a real thing. Bottom line, some of these folks really need to get a life that does not involve being negative at the expense of other people. This place was phenomenal from the moment we entered. The host staff was quick to ask where we would most enjoy being seated and accommodated or request with no delay. Our waitress, Morgan, was attentive to our requests, allowed us more time to decide what we wanted, and then offered recommendations and clarifications concerning our menu choices. Everything was incredibly good and our time was enjoyable throughout the meal. We did not feel rushed and we were permitted to relax, enjoy one another's company undisturbed, and were given ample time to eat at our leisure. I was even pleasantly shocked when I asked, and was assured, they give a first responder/military discount. Huge plus in my opinion. Great service and great meal. Again, not sure who must have pissed in other people's wheaties, but our experience at this restaurant was fabulous. read more

I used to really love Ta Molly's -- like every other week (if not every week) a big trip there. Over the past (two years? three years?) it's just consistently disappointed me. Big example -- the enchiladas. What they give you when you order enchiladas now are taquitos covered in sauce. They've kept the prices down but the food quality has suffered. I really miss what this place was when I first came here after we arrived (we're Katrina refugees); then, it was great food, an excellent value, and (as said) a regular visit. Still -- and want to emphasize this -- the staff is great; they're always friendly and attentive. The to-go orders were always correct. I just wish I could turn the clock back on the food quality. read more

We visited Ta Molly's in Bryant Arkansas tonight as we were in the area doing Jeep Stuff. Wife has Celiacs disease and that means she can't have anything with Gluten in it. Ta Molly's has a great variety of Gluten free meals available. This made my wife over the moon ecstatic. She ordered the Fiesta plate, and I ordered the chimi mix plate. We also got a queso dip. Really good food, great atmosphere, cordial and professional staff. Or wait staff Macy was above and beyond in making sure we were well taken care of. I did notice how well she interacted with the other tables in making sure they had what they needed. Very courteous, kind and professional at same time. Hard pressed to find that anywhere nowadays. If you are in Bryant Arkansas and need a great restaurant, Ta Molly's is the place to go. read more

Very good. Not sure it was tex mex but the food was very good, hot fresh and delicious. I got fajitas. Typically in the south fajitas are skirt steak, these might have been sirloin but very tasty. We went on a weekday before the dinner rush. Waitress was attentive & friendly. Restaurant is very clean, music is not to loud, great atmosphere. I was very pleased with it overall. For two people total bill $32.00 average cost of dinner out so I didn't think it was overpriced. read more

Saturday 9/14 we ordered fajitas and the sample platter. The sample platter's taquitos had not one, but TWO LONG, RED, WAVY HAIRS inside; and the nachos had short dark hair on the food. We called them that night to get a refund and were put on hold for a LENGTHLY amount of time. They declined processing the refund immediately and asked that we come in person and speak to the manager on Sunday, who we were assured would be able to help us. We went on Sunday and were told by the employee that he didn't know how to process the refund, and to come back yet again on Tues. We went back today and were told YET AGAIN by the staff person that they didn't know how to process a refund. We showed evidence of the hair and the staff person denied that it was hair. Ta Molly's has disgusting hair-infested food and COMPLETE CRAP for customer service. We will never eat there again. read more

Great place with great service. A little bit on the pricey side for Tex Mex food but overall still a decent value. Enchiladas, tacos (both puffed and regular), tamales, and their yellow cheese dip are among my favorites. The hot sauce is really good too. They recently added a taco burger which is tasty. Updated 2022: with post-Covid restaurant prices on the rise everywhere this restaurant presents an even better price value than it did when I originally posted the review. The food is still great and this rates as my favorite Tex Mex restaurant in the Central Arkansas area. read more

The ground beef was dry, overcooked and salty. Chili sauce over cooked and very dark brown. Taco shells partially stale. The service was great though. I ordered the Fiesta that came with cheese enchiladas, yet I received chicken. She apologized and replaced the entire meal, even though I really didn't want the rest of it. Even if short staffed, there no reason to have dry over cooked food. Just make a little less at a time. read more

Not sure what happened to their food but it used to be better. The enchiladas were disappointing- just tasted like rubbery goo. The beans were way over salted and when I told the waitress, she kind of shrugged and told me that was the way they make things here. The bathrooms were filthy and looked like they had not been cleaned in days, if not weeks. They get 2 stars because I am hoping that it can get back to the way the food used to taste but in all honesty, they deserve 1 and I would be more likely to go to Taco Bell, which I loathe, before I went back here. read more
