Anytime I'm in an area that has Tacos 4 Life, I go. I order the chicken bacon ranch taco. It has grilled chicken, bacon, poblano ranch, lettuce, cheddar-jack cheese on our puffy flour tortilla. It is delicious. You just can't have one. I have to order the Korean BBQ Beef. It has Korean bbq sauce, cabbage, wonton strips, yum-yum sauce on our soft flour tortilla. Love the wonton strips. The crunch is unexpected, but enjoyable. If you like all the dips they have a trio of them. I usually get the large queso. It did not disappoint! The service was exceptional in the drive thru. Saturday February 3, 2024. I ordered 3 types of burritos. The ground beef was undercooked (or something) and made my child and myself sick. I thought it was the Seasonings and so I cooked it again to be sure. It so happened that I found the burrito had more breading than stuffing. So I cooked it and rewrapped it with my burrito shells. (I recook a lot of fast foods or precooked foods, like hamburger patties, rotisserie chicken, etc. ) The fried chicken burritos have a spicy kick, which goes unnoticed by regular consumers of spicy foods. The fajita burrito was eaten and savored without any complaints. In fact, my husband highly recommends it. I also ordered cheese dip and chicken, rice & queso dish. My family loved those. I had to come back and update my review based on the amazing experience I had with the Regional Manager, who reached out to me regarding my previous view. To summarize since it's probably no longer view-able, I didn't receive every item I ordered and didn't realize until I was over 20 minutes away. When I called the store, the team member told me I couldn't be refunded $2 without driving back over 20 minutes AND I still wouldn't get my food. I had to choose, food or refund, even though it was their mistake. To my shock, the manager on duty said the same thing. He offered me coupons in lieu of a refund. He literally said, "I cannot do that". No apology. I was upset and took to Yelp. Its quite ridiculous that a $20 experience had to be escalated to a Regional Manager to be resolved, but he definitely handled the situation better. He informed me that they absolutely are able to refund missing items via telephone and I should not have been demanded to return to the store. He also assured me that he informed (or reminded) the team member and manager of this so that it wouldn't happen to anyone in the future. Then, not only did he refund me for the missing item, he refunded my ENTIRE order (should I reiterate, over the phone) and emailed me a gift card to give the business another chance. And I will.
