Such good food. Amazing cooks, good customer service. Amazing foods and drinks. Good chicken lettuce wraps.

Rating - 3.5 I've been here a few times with friends, and it does seem to be kind of an elevated Panda Express with more options. I think the flavor is decent with most of the dishes we've tried, but I do think it's price point is on the higher side. Seating is generally nice so it's decent to sit with friends for a meal. read more

First time visiting this establishment and I must say not good at all. I ordered Chicken Pad Thai not tasty at all. They forgot my beans sprouts. Just not a good overall first impression. read more

Not sure why this place only has 3 stars. ‍ My wife and I both had great food! The service was fast and the dining area was really clean. What more can you ask for? read more

The shrimp was good but the crab wontons tasted stale and the order was not complete. The rice in the poke bowl was not flavorful. Glad I tried it but very disappointing. read more

We used to live near a Pei Wei and loved the food, so when we saw one in Little Rock on our visit there we had to give it a try. Food was as good as I remembered. You can get lettuce wraps many places now but I don't think anyone can beat the flavor of the sauce at Pei Wei. We also had on order of chicken dumplings. The looked pretty pale (steamed) but again tasted great. Again the sauce really is good. Also had an order of vegetable spring rolls, they really had no flavor at all. I wouldn't get them again. I also ordered some bourbon chicken to go, thinking it was the dish I rembered from PF Chang's. It wasn't, tasted fine but not what I expected. I should have got the pad Thai, which I remember as great. The restaurant didn't seem particularly clean or well run. There were no forks or plates for appetizers. We tried 3 tables before we found one that looked clean, and it was sticky. They gave our spring rolls to another table, but brought ours out later. So 5 stars for food, and 3 stars for facility equals my 4 star rating. read more

Okay, so, the food was meh, okay, I suppose. Would have gone somewhere else had I known. Will not eat there again. For the price I paid, it should have been much better. Not to mention, but I am now, I am allergic to onions of any kind. I told her no onions and no peppers. There were peppers in the noodles and onions (the little green kind) in the shrimp. The whole dinner tasted like peppers and onions, to me. I suppose portion wise, it was okay. Even when I mentioned where we got our food, the hotel front desk guy said, "Oh", with an oh well kind of attitude. I am typical of finding anything good when I write a review but damn, they're making it hard. We ordered food to go so ambiance, I can't report on. Sorry we ate here and definitely will NOT go back. read more

Pleasant employees, tasty food, and the one error in our order (rice served instead of lo me in noodles) was quickly remedied with an apology and a smile. We will return! (Recommended: lettuce wraps, bang bang shrimp... anything really!) read more

I've enjoyed Pei Wei for 2 decades, food here is great as always. Nearly missed it because there is no lighting. Really dodgy looking, like being in a really bad neighborhood. Get your lessor to fix the parking lot lights, and fix the lighting on your building! Staff outnumbered customers but service was slow. Woman taking our order was really rude and acted angry that we were there. read more

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I would put a zero if I could. Second I walk in not a SINGLE Chinese person working at an Asian restaurant. I knew then that it would be gross. But yet I kept an open mind. I sit down and for whatever reason the seat is sticky, absolutely appalling. The food then comes and tastes like a used cigarette was sprinkled all over the food. No flavor. Just burned and disgraceful to all Chinese restaurants. read more

Well today on February 4 I had lunch at this location. My first issue was I had to wait on someone to take my order second I made it very clear I didn't want onions in my rice and guess what the fuck I got I got extra onions on that motherfucker Anyway I won't be returning. The place is also unsanitary and not so friendly like it once was in the past. And plus my lunch was 19 bucks no value whatsoever. read more

First time to try this restaurant! Loved it! Yum Yum shrimp was so good. Can't wait to try it again!

I like eating at Pei Wei and try to grab a bite from this location but they shut down their kitchen before their stated closed time. I would have gotten my food to go and not delayed their closing process but I will not be back to this location. If you post hours until 9 pm you should honor those hours. read more

I went into this establishment today and, upon first appearance, should have told me enough. The floors and around the checkout counter were really dirty and greasy feeling. I ordered Teriyaki Chicken, takeout. When I made it to my destination, the chicken was hard and kind of rubbery. So, I called the restaurant and asked if the chicken was supposed to be that hard. They told me no and that I could come back to get another order. So, later on, I went back and got the same order. I didn't get any apology from the manager for having to come in to get another order. No free drink or nothing. I tried the food in the car before leaving the parking lot. The chicken was very crunchy, so I figured it was supposed to be like that. I got home and opened it up. There were several burnt pieces of chicken very visible to the eye, and the order was soaked in teriyaki sauce. You could see the sauce just sitting on one side of the bowl. That was $13. I wished I could get back. The fortune cookies were the best part of this order read more

I really can't believe this place only had a three star rating. We walked in 10 minutes before closing tonight.... The entire staff welcomed us with open arms. Even though they were obviously cleaning up and getting ready to close they said we are not closed and we are happy to take our order. We placed an order to go, one entrée of orange chicken and rice, one entrée of honey chicken and noodles. The food was cooked literally in front of us and ready to go within 10 minutes. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and actually accommodated our special requests without a whim. When we returned to our hotel and broke out the food and began eating it, we were astonished at how delicious it was. Best Chinese food I've had in a long time! I surely hope that the owners of this establishment appreciate the excellent staff they have. A wonderful experience, wonderful food when we're in town will definitely be back. read more

I came because I needed to eat and run. The poor guy next to me couldn't get his food and his wife was finished with her meal before his arrived. I waited. I waited some more. I gave up and left...for good. read more

I feel like every city that has a PF Chang's should also have a Pei Wei, but for some reason they don't and I'm not sure why that's the case. So Pei Wei is the 'fast food' version of PF Chang's only it is not fast food. The concept is different, so I encourage you to visit. Basically, when you enter there is a huge menu located on the wall. Many of the items are the same as PF Chang's only cheaper (way cheaper) with smaller portions. Customers approach the counter and place the order and wait until the buzzer indicates that the food is ready. You can seat yourself and enjoy your meal. They have a special door and entry for takeout orders, which many of their orders are takeout. On my most recent visit, I ordered orange peel shrimp, shrimp pad Thai and crab wontons. I didn't like their version of the orange peel shrimp. The other two items were good. On my following visit, I ordered shrimp fried rice and crab wontons again. Overall great place with a heavy rotation of customers. read more

Pei Wei translates to Way-Wait!! Took 43 minutes to get my dish to my table as I watched countless walki-in, Door Dash, To-Go orders coming and going. If you say "dine in" apparently it means "captive, held hostage". Don't go here if you're hungry; it'll be awhile before you eat!! Thank goodness the fortune cookies were self serve- app read more

Pei Wei in Little Rock has the worst service, served us rotten vegetables, and the managers refused to remedy the situation. This place was our Go-to that we patronized 2x a week at times throughout the years. Went downhill since 2021. We sent a letter to corporate, but still haven't heard anything back. read more

Always a solid choice. Farrah was the only cashier and handled everyone flawlessly. Busy Sunday night but food was good as usual.

My family loved eating here for many years. Now for some reason they have the worst chefs in our opinion. The rice be soggy it's not as good as it used to be. Always short handed a new chef be messing up the food. This used to be our go to restaurant unfortunately not anymore. I wish they would go back to the old management team. They had great chefs. I never leave a negative comment but my family and friends are so disappointed in this restaurant now. Thank you read more

Good food, better service, pleasant environment. The staff was went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience.

They operated as a team and completed my order in record time. I was greeted when I came into the door and as I moved forward they assisted me with it even the order and ordering what I thought I wanted the most. It was so friendly and they communicated very well the month each other. read more

Average food. I had the beef and broccoli.Brown rice tasted not quite done. Beef was tasty, but broccoli tasted almost raw. The biggest drawback is the atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff labored in almost total silence, not even chatting with each other. There was no music, and the restaurant was dark and totally empty of customers. Everyone just gets take out. The vibe is depressing to say the least. read more

Take out from Pei Wei was spot on. Lettuce wraps were large portion, crab wontons were good but I think they may have changed the recipe since I was there last (not quite as flavorful), Spicy Polynesian Poke Bowl was wonderful (very spicy), Mongolian Beef over rice was great. Also tried the Mongolian beef over Cauliflower Rice - a little bit too much juice (not sure if it was the cauliflower rice or sauce) but good. read more

While I truly love this place, coming at noon on a Sunday is a horrible idea. I spent legitimately an hour waiting with my family at the cash register; they can't take orders until they have a place to seat people; understand that, but goodness I've never spent an hour waiting to eat anywhere. To compensate for the wait, we were given free drinks and then finally were given a table, which from there we were moved to a booth as per our previous request. The line was all the almost out of the door. Word of advice: PLEASE, if you are waiting and you have other people with you, DO NOT go and hold tables or booths for your group. It slows the process of seating other people and makes the line go slower, so your own group just waits longer. Back to the review: I ordered a regular-size Mongolian chicken, no veggies, extra sauce, extra sweet, on noodles (yes I'm complicated when it comes to my Asian food). My parents ordered similar, both Mongolian chicken with no veggies on fried rice except for my mom: she ordered extra onions and simply asked for no mushrooms. My food was served without the extra sauce I ordered, a minor setback, but easily overlooked. The food itself was delicious, my chicken was tender and sweet because of the Mongolian sauce; however, my noodles were a little on the cold side, but that was fixed with the fresh extra sauce they brought me. All in all, delicious food, I absolutely recommend this place, just not on Sunday's at noon. read more

Today was my first time trying the sesame chicken with noodles. Craig and the crew were very nice and polite. My meal was delicious.

Smaller menu than previous visit. Staff were friendly and food was good. Restaurant felt a bit dated.
