I am not sure why my review says I am from San Francisco. I currently in North Little Rock and my profile shows that. So, for the confused, I did eat here and not someplace else in California. I am from New York and have been looking for some "good" Chinese food. I saw the rating here and ordered. First the good. Food was ready on time. Portions were generous. They actually add some veggies in the Pork fried rice. Many of the places we have gone give you fried rice and some pork. So that was a good thing. The service was great. The lady at the counter greeted me an let me know that she was working toward getting to me in between the drive thru orders. Now the bad. The meat looks like it was steamed and added to the dish as they went. This is not the way. It needs to cook in the Wok at the high temp to give it distinctive color and flavor. When I had pork fried rice next to Chicken and Broccoli, I should be able to tell the meats apart. They tasted similar and looked like the same meat, pure white. The flavor was below average on everything. After trying it the whole $50 order was in the garbage. Now keep in mind this is not just my review. My wife, LOVES Chinese food but absolutely hated this. My favorite takeout place in central Arkansas. Generous portions and I dream of their General Tso's chicken, sesame chicken, beef & broccoli, and egg rolls. I wish we lived closer, I'd be going constantly. There is an inside dining area but it's pretty barebones with no atmosphere. Very highly recommend just getting it to go via drive-thru. read more

So found this Chinese restaurant that's like small and if you blink your eyes you wouldn't even know it's there and they even have a drive thru. Seems like an Asian style Mom's and pops, crack in the wall type of place that I really like. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. As for the food ... I couldn't make up my mind so I got two different plates "the Szechuan shrimp "and "extra spicy chicken with vegetables". They have a unique style of cooking these two plates with great taste. This has been my go-to Chinese for 17+ yrs & have been waited on by the same woman all these years! I've watched her kids go from coloring at a table while she worked to doing homework on computers. The food is always fresh & hot. They make my favorite crab rangoon! Another favorite is the potstickers. They also have steamed ones. I prefer their shrimp spring size rolls to egg rolls. Tonite I brought home delicious Orange chicken, rangoons & shrimp rolls. They are family owned & operated. A consistently good Chinese option. Ordered online and they had it ready when we arrived at the drive thru. Food was delicious but beware that there were few vegetables in the dishes. The pineapple chicken was delicious but only had breaded chicken and warm pineapple sauce with pineapple chunks. The sesame chicken had breaded chicken, sesame sauce, and two pieces of broccoli. PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!! I stumbled upon this little gem and decided to take a risk and order take-out. The girl who took my order was so sweet and polite (which is not typical to some of the other Chinese restaurants nearby). We ordered wonton soups, pan fried potstickers and an egg roll for appetizers. The wonton soup was perfect, and the egg roll was huge!! I'm picky when it comes to potstickers, but theirs passed my test. Also, one order comes with about 10 pieces for less than $5!! For an entrée, I got the teriyaki chicken with steamed rice and my boyfriend got the chicken lomein. Both were fantastic!! The portions are massive and the chicken is tender and delicious. We have lived nearby for 20yrs, have gone to orient express many times, however, this will be our last visit. takes 30min for online order to be ready, only to walk inside and find customer in front of me get badgered by staff that he didn't order ahead (just walked in to order), to the point the customer apologized to worker?!? my online order was for garlic pork, hunan chicken, pot stickers and egg roll. First, egg roll was by for best item, pot stickers automatically come fried (we prefer steamed), dishes had absolutely no flavor-none..these were the worst Chinese dishes we've ever had. You can get better food from the nearby mall. When I was a teenager we used to eat here all the time and it was pretty decent at that time, so I figured why not try it tonight since I was tired of Great Wall. Big mistake!!!! Should have stuck with Great Wall. The food tasted ok kinda Bland and it was either over cooked or soggy. Both of which wouldn't be that much of a big deal but in addition to that my coconut shrimp had hair all over it. After trying to choke down a overcooked piece I noticed a black hair, my hair is red and purple so it's not mine. Upon further inspection I noticed there was hair all over the food! So I really wanted to give this place a better review based on the service and the drive thru window but I can't. We recently relocated to Little Rock from Florida and I was looking for a local, moderately decent Chinese take-out so based on the high reviews I decided to give this place a try. I called in the order and planned to pick up at the window but the person in front of me had ordered and decided to tie up the window while waiting for their food so I went inside. The woman who took care of me was very nice and got my order together quickly but from there it just went downhill. I ordered beef fried rice - it was mostly rice, almost no veggies except for a few onions, a few peas and some carrot pieces. No egg, no bean sprouts and the rice was very bland. Next General Tso's chicken - sauce was very gooey and overly sweet, two pieces of broccoli, and no white rice... They used the same rice they use for the fried rice but with nothing else in it. Plain white rice is better than poorly seasoned psuedo fried rice. Spring rolls - weren't too bad but were very greasy. Even though this place is close to us, I would rather drive further to get better food. read more

The brown sauces they use are heavier than average. My chicken and veggies tasted fishy and the egg rolls were frozen and tasted heated up in the microwave.
