TS Van Lines moved me from Naples, FL to Sunset Beach, NC recently. They were able to accommodate me with a 26' truck (53 footer would have been a problem in cul-de-sacs on either end of move). Mario (sub who owned truck) was outstanding. Very thorough, polite, and professional. We had a problem with broken figurines on the move and TS stepped up and made it right. I feel that the true character of an organization is the reaction to a problem. TS Van Lines fixed the issue and I am a happy customer. read more

I moved from NC to PA with a company paid relocation using TS Van Lines. They were wonderful in scheduling the days I requested for the move around the holidays. Packing, loading, shipment, and unpacking were as smooth as possible. I had an issue with a broken item but it was compensated with a claim and good communication from the office. Just be sure to understand their moving policies prior to the move. For example, particleboard furniture is not covered under the liability as it is more easily susceptible to damage during transit. They also did a great job packaging and moving a 75in tv without the factory box. Overall I am pleased, thank you! read more

Unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had. I had such high hopes with the packing up of my primary residence that my out of state move would be great. But after that truck drives away you are at their mercy. After waiting longer that anticipated for my delivery it was received in the worst possible condition. Finding out after the fact the the truck was involved in an accident. Boxes wet and torn open, pieces of furniture damaged, not a "complete set" of any of my glassware and dishes, my mattress looked as if it was run over by a motorbike. And finding a broken items with every box opened. It was heart wrenching. Not a lot of help with the "adjuster" as I did not select the "extra coverage" for additional $$. A devastating experience, due to their negligence that they are taking less than minimal responsibility for. read more

TS Van Lines lacks integrity, professionalism and accountability. At first, they seemed cheaper, were polite during the sales process and were one of 3 companies we could choose from so we naively presumed they were professional. We went with them solely because they appeared cheaper. Little did we know all the add ons, fees, etc. would take them well over their competitors. Some of the issues we had with them: Their prices raised from quote to final invoice. We got charged excessive fees for changes for $1k. Likely due to 3rd party mark ups they are charging. They use a local moving company who does the heavy lifting. For appliance we paid for that service however upon the 3rd party showing up randomly without ever confirming a time, we were charged more on the spot for needing a different hook up and cord. Be aware, they use a 3rd party for everything except two drivers, who are employees to them and told us they are worked like mules. I'm sure they follow regulations but the drivers seemed tired having drove from NJ, loading our stuff for 8 hours then driving back to NJ. The beautiful truck you see on their FB page sure isn't what showed up. The poor local movers all got parking tickets at our home because TS only permits for their guys. That goes to show how they work with others. It will catch up to them. Our things were damaged. They tried to say that it was a "force of nature" that ruined our family heirloom furniture and our belongs where in reality they negligently shipped out belonging in a rusted out truck with giant rust holes and duck tape holding the truck together. Also, it's their policy when damage occurs to go thru your belongs to make sure they "save them from further damage". That's a lie. It's their policy to cover themselves. Our stuff had been sitting in water for hours upon hours overnight as they drove from NJ south. Find a company who has a policy to inform the owner of the damage, not hide it and go thru your things. On the day of our closing and final walk thru, without any prior notice or communication, they demanded we pay $7k in overages by 2pm or they refused to deliver our stuff the following day as scheduled. Unbelievable. The insurance process was a nightmare and full lies, deflection and attitude from Debbie Love. TS told us many lies like we had to steam clean our mattress before our claim could be submitted. The adjuster denied that. The adjuster didn't reply to emails and TS said she had a family emergency while the adjuster said she was sick. TS told us we could process our mattress first so we had somewhere to sleep. The adjuster said no it all had to be one claim so we rushed thru the claim missing many things just so we could get a bed. Their insurance company is a small company out of Chicago, who takes weeks to respond, if at all. Didn't pay out enough to confer damages. Strange choice of company given they are located in Florida. I have used several national movers without issue. While TS Van Lines makes a good attempt to be on par, they fall severely short. Pick the national guys and trust their infrastructure and expertise. You won't regret it, especially if integrity matters to you and you don't want your bank account empty. (I didn't proof this for typos. I've wasted enough time and energy on this company but surely you get the point). I would have sued them had the current laws allowed it. read more

I had reached out to a few different moving companies for quotes, but we ultimately chose TS Van Lines based on their excellent customer service! The Team that loaded our stuff in NJ was very attentive and took great care of our furniture! Everything was wrapped well and made it to IL in one piece! I recently moved from a 1 bedroom apt to a 2 bedroom apt. Amazing in 6 years how much stuff we accumulate. I would estimate besides the normal furniture one would have, I must have packed somewhere around 125 boxes. I have to say the team from TS Van lines were amazing. First of the professionalism of this team was top notch. They arrived on time and literally had me moved out in about 2 1/2 hours. My move in was a little trickier, but these guys just kept going and had me moved in around 3 1/2 hours. I am proud to say, not one thing broken and I give credit to this team (not the packer!). Talking to the guys on this team the one thing that really came across is the love and respect they have for TS Vanlines and the owners. They do not consider themselves workers, they consider themselves family to this company. The pride they show in their work is such a reflection on the owners of this company. I used this company for a long distance move from NY to Tampa. Obviously there was a lot of trepidation on my part but my realtor recommended them and I decided to trust that recommendation. The customer service was outstanding. The price was fair. The trucks on both ends arrived on time and the movers were pleasant and efficient. We moved our belongings with TS Van Lines in August 2022 from Boston to Dallas. The communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Diane is friendly and down-to-earth, and will make sure the right crew and the right truck are arranged for every item in your home. The moving crew was efficient and hard-working on both sides of the move. Virtually nothing was broken in transit. We did have an issue with our elliptical machine -- it required a special third-party to disassemble in Boston and re-assemble in Dallas. On both ends, the first third-party technician to come out was unable to do the job, and a second technician had to be arranged. So that would be my only critique of TS Van Lines: get the right guys to do the job first. About a week after we settled into our new home, we discovered that the electrical housing components on my elliptical had been smashed during the move, and TS Van Lines' customer service department saw that it was repaired. Things go wrong with any company that you chose, but what matters is how a company responds to those situations. TS Van Lines rose to the occasion. Organized, great communication, integrity. It's hard to find! 100% recommend them for your move. read more
