Nothing was broken, damaged, or missing. The move into my new space was just as smooth as the move out of my old one. They carefully followed all of the building's rules for elevator use, placed furniture exactly where I requested, and neatly stacked boxes in the appropriate rooms. What impressed me most was their professionalism and attention to detail. They communicated clearly throughout the process, regularly checked to make sure I didn't have any questions, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Before leaving, they removed all of the packing materials they had used and left both my old and new homes clean and tidy. The entire move stayed on schedule and was remarkably efficient. They said they will send 4 movers and they were only 2 with the driver. They had to finish loading by noon and they finished at 1:15 pm. On the way to the destination they stopped for lunch and arrived at 2:45pm. The condo I am moving in has strict rules that they have to leave the building at 5pm. They succeeded to bring everything upstairs but no time was left to assemble back what the disassembled. When I asked the company for them to come back another day to finish, he asked for extra money! Please pass the word around so nobody will experience what happened to me !!

However, note the following: Packing and moving services were both utilized. Representative came to review primary location of belongings to be moved (approx. 90-95% of the total) and was provided with a detailed video of the remaining items, stored at a different location. Despite this upfront information, (a) the total weight was significantly in excess of the estimated amount, resulting in damage to the transport vehicle and a 2-day delay, and (b) at the secondary location the supervisor informed us that there was insufficient room for everything. He had to be cajoled and convinced into making the extra effort... which proved effective and successful. A number of bookcases were damaged during while handling and required subsequent repair, at our expense. One item was a tool cabinet containing a variety of hand tools, hardware, and the like. The crew's solution to this was to simply wrap and seal the cabinet in plastic, and put it in the truck. By the time it was in place at the destination, we found that the contents were in utter chaos, luckily with minimal breakage. Some softbound oversized books were placed in boxes haphazardly or sloppily, resulting in significant creasing of wide swaths of pages. A few items additional appear to have gone missing (none of particular value) and a small number of items were broken. Overall I would in fact recommend their services, particularly in consideration of the pricing, but I would strongly recommend that if you contact them for packing services that these be closely and carefully supervised.

My family and I used Zip to Zip Moving for our interstate relocation, storing our household inventory temporarily while securing our permanent residence. From the start, we experienced major friction with unexpected and drastic price increases that required hard negotiations just to bring down to a semi-reasonable level. Unfortunately, that pushback resulted in direct retaliation from staff. We provided our new permanent address and delivery instructions multiple times, only to find out that a representative named Lucas intentionally failed to log or update our information in the system, leaving us stranded out of the delivery queue and forcing us to sleep on air mattresses in an empty townhome. When we finally secured a written email confirmation for delivery between Monday and Wednesday from another representative, a staff member named Noah called with an arrogant, bullying attitude, trying to gaslight us with a sudden, zero-notice Sunday ambush delivery. When we held firm to our written delivery window, Noah and the team escalated to blatant extortion--threatening to withhold our household goods and slap us with fabricated cubic-foot penalty fees. Deliberately failing to process relocation updates out of petty office friction and holding customer property hostage over forced, unagreed-upon scheduling is completely unacceptable. If you value your property, your time, and basic accountability, look elsewhere.
