I went here because my mother in law said they do a good job. I beg to differ. First of all when I pay for a service I expect excellent results. I just wanted to get my gel polish taken off and regular polish put on,so I can take it off myself instead of having to go to a salon to get it soaked off. The lady said to me "oh you haven't been in for a while". I've never been to this place before. So,that was awkward. I let her talk me into trying this new dipping powder stuff (idk) she said it's better for my nails. I took the bait. They turned out thick,I kept having her reshape my nails because they were looking like I had a fake nail that was put on crooked. I could tell the lady was getting aggravated with me and mentioned she had been doing nails for 15 yrs. She ground so close to my cuticle that it bled. I was NOT happy about that. I had to ask her to give me something for my bloody finger and she said just a minute. She did give me a shoulder rub so that was appreciated. She asked me how I liked my nails and I said " I guess they're ok. She tells me they look good,ok whatever. I give her my card to pay just wanting to leave and she asked me if I'm adding the tip to my card. I thought the tip is up to the customer, don't just assume you're getting one. If I could give a zero I would. Worst manicure ever. Made every single nail bed bleed. Goody polish is all over sides of my nails. I'm so mad u can't even write a review! I don't often get the opportunity for a manicure and I'm disappointed and in pain. And I have to redo my own nails before dinner!!! Horrible. read more

walk-in pedicure. T Nails, Arnold MO, 3912 Vogel Road. All I wanted was a good pedicure, remove callouses, polish yada yada. basic pedicure . she tried to talk me into the $28 pedicure, i didn't want that one - bottom-line. this did not make her happy Since I did not choose the higher cost, she kept on and on that she probably couldn't get my difficult areas taken care of - for over 10 minutes! at this point I am going Really? please, just do your job and accept the fact I don't want the extra lotion! the employees started talking among themselves during my visit and I know they were talking about me because they would look at me, and I really do not appreciate that poor customer service. Omg! Again bad service. I took my 18 year old daughter to get her eye brows waxed and the young girl that took her back to do the waxing was so rude! She convinced her she was not attractive with a "mustache" and said "it's only $5 more". Never ever ever again! read more

let me start off saying i've been in costumer service for years and never have wrote a bad review. but this was quite possibly the WORST most unprofessional experience i've ever had. number one this place is dirty , not just dirty from the day before, acrylic powder all over the ground, chairs, built up in the corners of the plexiglass divider, like not cleaned in a week+ regardless, came back to get my nails FIXED because they messed them up the day before. You can obviously see in the picture there was more polish on the fingers and in the cuticles than on the nails, bumpy and WAY too long for what i asked for. The lady doing the nails immediately argued that "no one complained before" and than CALLED THE LADY WHO DID THE NAILS BEFORE telling us to "talk to her about it" than very obviously talked about us, as every one of her co-workers walked by and gave us dirty looks. honestly just unprofessional and rude, i don't see how in any place of business you YELL at costumers and tell them to call your co-worker to get an issue resolved? read more

I've clearly had a completely different experience at this nail salon than many others. I have been there about four times now and have used the same gal, Quinne, and she does a SUPERB job. I really have no complaints and I'm a tough critic. This is huge for me because I've tried nearly every nail salon along the Telegraph Road strip in South County and have been disappointed with the results. Either they mess it up from the start or they do good one time but not the next. Quinne has done a consistently good job and I would recommend her to anyone. The only negative I would give this salon is the male technician (son of the owner) who tried to sell me his Teas and come to his Tea selling event. It's one thing to have flyers readily available but a whole other thing to tell my technician to give me one before leaving. I may not speak their language but I can surely read body language! I have only seen that gentleman on my first visit. Lastly, I also appreciate the pleasant atmosphere and set up at Topline Nails and the fact that they play things on TV interesting to the majority of women, unlike the other salons I've mentioned which play only male-centered programs that appeal to the male managers. Never had problem before, and will not be going back after this: Second day after gel nails done, one started peeling. I went in and sassy lady told me 'you pick, you pick" (no, i didn't). Re-did the nail. Two more days, another nail started peeling, went it, sassy lady told me "see, you pick. no time to fix for you, come back at 7pm". I informed her I was unable to do that (I was leaving for a party which is why I got my nails done anyway), she said next week. Four days later I found almost a whole peeled off nail in my bed. Went back, Sassy accused me of peeling and would not stop interrupting and raising her voice as i tried to explain my reasons. She said "i fix". I said i just want my money back as I didn't see the need to keep returning nail by nail. NO REFUND. WE FIX. After much ado, I asked for manager - "manager never here". Who is in charge then? - blank stares. Owner? - "no, owner too busy talk to you". She finally agreed to give a gift certificate (which at this point I would have taken), and started writing it for an amount less than what I paid. I asked can I have the full refund, she abruptly stopped writing and sat down. When I asked what are we doing, she asked for my name and number and would have the owner call me. I did not expect that I would hear from the owner; and did not. BAD PRODUCT, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TIME AND PATIENCE TO SPARE, AND YOU LIKE GETTING YELLED AT. read more

I am so disappointed in the service from this place. My nails look horrible, but that isn't even the worst of it. The husband and wife owners passed me back and forth and had me sitting while they took care of emailing and texting people. They never apologized for their behavior. He broke my nail while cutting it and told me it was my fault for asking him to shorten them. I will never go again and encourage you to stay away. read more

First Yelp review because I literally can't even believe how this place is still in business! They cannot possibly have repeat clients. Recieved a gift card for this place and went with my sister. We both had a male do our nails and both had the worst nail experience of all time!!! First of all, they are completely rude and use vulgar language to clients! Secondly, the man doing my sisters nails made 3 phone calls and texted while doing her nails. He ended up making 2 of her cuticles bleed! Then he jokingly said to "be careful" when she washed her hands! He didn't file her nails at all and then forgot to paint one of them and she had to ask him to finish them all...really??? You cannot make this stuff up. The man who did my nails rushed every single thing and didn't take the time to shape them nicely. All nails are rough and jagged feeling. I could keep going but you get the point. We both have to redo them. Save yourself the time, pain and $$$. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON FOR ANY SERVICE!!!! read more
