This was one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. The technician cut my natural nails extremely short without asking me what length I wanted. She cut them almost down to the skin, leaving them sore and uncomfortable. Once natural nails are cut that short, there's nothing that can be done except wait for them to grow back. To make things worse, the manicure felt completely rushed. She spent about 30 seconds on my cuticles, and when I got home, I had to clean them up myself because they were still rough and uneven. I paid for a professional manicure, but I ended up finishing the job on my own. A nail technician should always ask before cutting off that much length and should take the time to do a proper manicure. This experience was careless, rushed, and extremely disappointing. Horrible experience! Went in for a polish change. Sat in the chair, The guy told me my acrylic was to thick.. He said I fix it. I told him I didn't want to be charged extra! So he filed them anyway! And did a terrible job! Finally polished them and when I got home.. My nail polish changed from magenta to a dark pink at the tips of my nails! Ugggg Also had my toes polished.. She was getting the gel off and went down to far on my toenail bed.. And then proceeded to cover it up with acrylic.. And yes I got charged for that also! This place is a joke! They hurry you out of there.. And do a horrible job! They barely speak any English ... So it's even hard to tell them anything! They just laugh and proceed to do what they want! My family & I always receive professional & courteous services here including manicure, pedicure & waxing. The owners & staff here have always been professional, courteous & respectful to me, everyone I bring with me. I have observed on several occasions the rude, privilege demanding & disrespectful clients embarrassingly poor treatment of the staff all the while the owners & staff continue to do their best to fulfill the clients service with the same professional treatment as the calm, rational clients. I patronize this establishment Friday and ask before getting services if they were able to perform a certain service and she said yes. Once I began, I was told no one could do it. I made a reservation 2.5 weeks ago for 5 pedicures at 1:30pm on 9/21 to celebrate my friend's 50th birthday. We arrived 10 minutes early and sat there for 40 minutes before we left because we had still not made it into the pedicure chairs and had to be at her surprise party by 3pm. I won't be back. This place does a really well job with nails! My acrylics looked perfect! The only complaint I have is that they charged 5 dollars extra for them to shape your nails. Doesn't seem like that makes much sense to me cause I don't think that is a 5$ job but okay. Overall my full set costed 30$ and I think that is a pretty standard price. My daughter and myself use the salon. This was her first time getting her nails done the man yelled at her and told her she cannot have white and black nails because no one does it that he will do clear and black. It was pink and black but she said that was fine. They fell off 4 days later. Myself I have very long nails been doing my nails for quite a while. They fell off and 7 Days my natural nails are completely damaged. Tons of rings of fire. This was $86 down the drain which actually was a hundred and two with tip. I am never used this place before someone told me to because mine was closed for the weekend. Definitely do not recommend this. Don't waste your time or money. Stopped in after lunch yesterday for a manicure. It hasn't even been 24 hours and 3 of my nails had big chips and one was missing half the polish. It flaked off. I had to remove the polish before work today. I should have known something was amiss when I picked a polish and the lady working yelled "that is regular polish". Yep, I know. She said, "not gel or dip". Yep, I know. I don't have/want gel or dip nails. She tried another time to push me to gel or dip. My guess is most of their clients don't use the normal polish so it is super old. I am fairly certain the clippers she used on my nails weren't clean. I could see debris on the inside of the clippers as she was using them on me. And, she tried to buff my nails with a buffer that looked like it had seen nearly every nail in Arnold. Before she painted my nails she asked if I wanted to pay. I gave her a $20 for a $12 manicure and told her to keep the change. At that point, she reached into her secret drawer with the better base and top coats. Polish, even really good polish is super cheap. This place is tacky. read more

This was an okay experience. I had made an appointment with them for my birthday and on their website they showed more intricate designs, but when I got to the salon and showed them a picture of what I wanted they said they were unable to do it. So, I ended up just having to get a basic one color nail design as they couldn't even put gold over the base color. I felt like I was being pushed in and out and what I wanted wasn't being listened to. Overall the guy was super rude and liked to pull on my fingers! I had to pull my hand away a decent amount of times but I guess he did not get the hint. I had also asked for long nails but when cutting them he didn't ask for the length and he did them super short. He also asked what shape I wanted and as always I get coffin but he has did them more square than anything and the edges are super pointy. He also kept getting distracted and doing over things and they were not really that busy. Overall I was not satisfied and he was extremely rude And must not like his job!! My mom also went and had the same guy and she only wanted the tips on her nails done but he basically painted her entire nail and when she said something about he got all rude and mean saying that he could not do it!!! You would think if he could not do it he would have someone else do it instead of upsetting my mom and wasting out money on something we do all the time!!! This time I came in I was happy with the person that did my pedicure and my nails but the person that came to do my design which I think is the owner asked me to pick out what design I wanted I informed him that I had never had the stamp design on my nails before period whenever he put it on there I then said that I don't like it and he got mad telling me that it's my fault for for getting a design. Second time going here. The first time I went the worker was asleep in one of the massage chairs and didn't wake up despite us walking in and milling around for a while looking at colors. We decided not to disturb her slumber and left. A few months later (today) we decide to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. We walk in at 11:00 and ask for a full set and are told the person who does full sets is going to come in a little bit late. When we asked what time they just said "I don't know" and walked away from us. So we just left. The one time I went and actually received a service they did a great job. My friend and I went last month and both got manicure & pedicure; I got the dip powder, she got regular. We were both very happy with the service. We called a day before and made appointments and were seen right away when we arrived. The young man who did my nails was very pleasant, speaks very good English and was very polite. The older woman who took care of my friend didn't engage in conversation much because her English was limited, but she did a great mani/pedi. If it was at all possible to give Nails & More 0 stars, I would. My sister and I went in for pedicures and full sets. We did not make an appointment as we have been there twice before and never waited long. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The manager did my full set, her name is Anna. I wanted all matte black nails with one sunflower on my ring fingers. Upon getting my first layer of black done, the black started to shrivel up and dry. She then sanded of all the black. She told me it was just white and black that did that, so I needed to choose a different color. I really wanted black so I told her to please take the black off completely and I will go somewhere else that can paint them black. She asked if another gentleman named peter could try to paint them black. I was confused as she stated it was the color but, I was assured that it would not happen again. After Peter painted my nails black, most of them worked except a fedw that he continues to9 file off and repaint. I told him I have been there for four hours and I needed to leave soon. The black started to shrivel again, so I just said I don't have time to have these redone. I would like to not pay for the full set. The gentleman Peter began to tell me that I was an impatient customer and that I was also the reason the gel polish was shriveling. He claimed that I did not have my hand in the dryer the correct way. I continued to tell him I would not be paying for the full set because of the way they looked and because of the way he was speaking to me. Peter told me to call the cops and that I could not leave without paying for both the pedi and the full set. I offered to pay for just the pedicure. He said no and got in front of me as I was leaving. I picked up a business card as I was telling Peter and Anna I was planning on writing a review and Peter said I am not able to take a business card and that he would tell the cops I stole it. Also, while having a conversation as Anna the manager was doing my nails, I told her I had been to about 12 different salons and did not enjoy them as much as this one (at that point in time, there had not been any inconveniences). Her response before I left was " You should try looking for a 13th salon. Don't come back." I will be posting this on every site and contacting the BBB. I paid 72$ cash for todays visit and I am more than upset with the work that was completed and the way I was spoken to by both the manager and employees. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. One more thing, This business claims they do not use razor blades during pedicures but they do! They had signs posted all around the business claiming that they are not allowed and do not use them, however, I seen it happen to another client right next to me. I dropped my Girls off there to get their nails done and they all came out visibly upset and shaken. Apparently the man and wife, owners, were screaming and yelling the whole time and actually threw nail polish right behind my daughter's head and broke on the floor. I went back in to confront and he acted like he had no idea. They were treated horribly and when asked for a different color, she slammed the polish down and mad her feel like crap. He told my daughters friend $35 and when she didn't tip him (& rightfully so) he said, oh it's actually $40. Ridiculous! I told him he has a business and can't act like that, and he said it's his store I don't have to go there! Wow ! Don't worry, won't ever be back, & im gonna try my hardest to shut them down! I would not give this place anything higher than one star, if I could, I would give it less. I stopped in for a pedicure and a fill. I paid a little extra for the pedicure and when asked said I would like gel polish instead of the acrylic. I was there a total of three hours, and when we were finished each foot was bleeding and so were my thumbs. In fact, she almost could not get one thumb to quit. When I was ready to leave she told me my bill was $70. When I asked why it was $70, she told me that I said I wanted the gel polish which was $15 extra. Then she said, "I'm sorry I should have told you that". $15.00 + $27.00 = $42.00. So I guess my fill was $28.00 which is outrageous for a mere fill. I am on antibiotics because my toes are swollen where they were bleeding and I worried about them using dirty equipment. She took the bit off the Dremel and put it in her drawer. The one she used next looked like it had been used already, it had a white coating. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

My daughter and I went to get pedis and nails put on and it was awful. My daughters nail were bumpy and she had to ask the lady twice to file them . The paint job was a joke my grandson could have done a better job. I paid $35 for a pamperered pedicure that I have no idea what was pampered about it. She worked on me in between people, no massage of the legs or mask on them. After being there 21/2 hours I still didn't have my nails done. Finally I said I would go somewhere else. I came another time to give them a second try and it took over 90 minutes for a pedicure.
