Very disappointed that I had a gel pedicure on 5/25 and on 5/29 (4 days later) I went in the pool and two nails lost their gel coating pretty much immediately. I've never heard of this before. I was in the pool for 1/2 hour.

10/10 experience!! i've been here multiple times and they never let me down! I've been a multiple different people as well and everyone has been nice and gentle! This was a full set with gel polish and it was $85 :)

I made an appointment for a pedicure after a friend recommended this place. It was okay. The ladies were friendly but the polish is messy and uneven on my nails. Probably won't go again.

THANK YOU CHRISTIE!! (Or Christina? I'm terrible at remembering names...sorry!) The woman with the white hair! I went here on a Tuesday at 5:30pm for my nail appointment and was so pleased with my service! I asked for a full set of acrylics & I have never been so happy with a set before!!! My nail tech was so nice and she did a phenomenal job!! She was very professional and super talented. She helped me pick the perfect color (I wanted something pinky but natural, like a translucent top coat with a hint of pink basically). I have tried SO many nail salons in Arnold and St. Louis and this has definitely been my favorite. I would 10/10 recommend!!

I just can't give this place a good review..the customer service just wasn't good..I normally don't venture into new territory for my nails but decided to give this place a try since my current shop is closed..The shop appeared clean and I like the fact that they use plastic in their bowls for pedicures..They interact very little with customers and I don't think there is much interest in gaining a regular customer or even getting you to come back again..I surely won't be going back because good service and friendliness means a lot to me..I only gave two stars because they were clean

I love this place so much they treat you so good I love each one of the techs. My favorite is Mandy she always takes her time and is always eager to see me when I come in. It feels like cheers when u walk in and everybody knows your name

The WORST experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The younger heavy set girl is a joke. Should never be doing nails. Doesn't take her job seriously. I wish I had never went and considering small claims court. Timmy laughed when he saw my nails and wouldn't even fix them. Never wasting my time or money here. I'd give them a ZERO but they won't allow it.

First off the place is really nice in the inside but the service is hit or miss. Mindy did my nails the first time I was there and she is great and she at least communicated with me. My second time I went I didn't get her name but she didn't talk much and wasn't so good ok the design on I wanted. The third time was awful omg.. I had gel on and it took them like an hour to take it off. She didn't drill it off she literally filed it on and on.. she got so fustrated she gave a me an anxious look and went ‍ .. and she didn't talk to me at all. So weird. Overall I recommend Mindy tho she's great.

My 2 daughters (shy) called and had a appointment for full sets. Go where you are RESPECTED and APPRECIATED! We go to another the salon regularly. They wanted nails for school last minute. They were very uncomfortable and felt very inconvenienced by their presence. Speaking very loud and Rude. Felt they were speaking about them and then laughing at them. Should NOT be in the service field and expect people to accept such hostility and lack of respect that are supporting your income. They cut the cuticles and slapped there hands away when pulled back because painful. She slapped one of there arms with lotion and left it there. The nails are uneven and sloppy. They kept debit card and asked for a tip. When realized they had cash for tip they returned card. They strong arm you and asked directly. They are 16 year old girls you strong armed. I am sure you have video and can see this is normal and acceptable behavior from the owners and the so called staff.

I went one time and got the sweet older lady who did a great job doing my nails so i went back and got them done again. this time i had a younger girl and she didn't even do a good job filling them. they came out lumpy and the worst set i've ever had. and when it came to polishing she rushed and did an awful job. she messed them up and didn't bother fixing them. she also made my cuticles swollen and bleed. she rushed me out and made me pay before my nails were dry. also th

One of the worst, if not the worst mani/pedis I have ever had. The water in the foot bath was not…read morecold, but it was cooler than room temperature. There was no jetted water at all and the technician, who told me her name was Lana, hardly spoke three sentences, even though I try to engage her in conversation, one of the things she did share with me was her name only because I asked her what her name was, and I shared my name with her. when I talked to her, she avoided my eyes and eye contact, and instead of using verbal instructions, or even using her hands to indicate when she would want me to switch foots, she would tap, and then raise her hand up, like I was supposed to know her super secret hand language. She did not do a good job of cleaning around my toes, or under my nails, even though they really were not that dirty. Every other experience I've had is that the technician does take their time and make sure that everything is tiptop, but not Lana. She left two of my toenails much longer than the other ones, and one of those two is much longer than the all the rest. That's on 1 foot. The other foot, at least the nails were of a similar length. But she did not file them or cut them at all. She lightly filed and then she barely did any kind of callus removal on the soul of my foot. 10 seconds tops on each foot for buffing out calluses. Completely ineffective. Then onto the manicure she did the same noncommunication. Her touch got lighter and lighter to tell me to move hands in and out of the cold water this time, until one time I even said to her., " do you want me to give you my other hand now?" And she nodded. I even said to her the water was cold, she just ignored me. Then, instead of using nail polish remover to get off the little bit of gel that I had left on my fingernails, she used her Dremel tool and used it so vigorously that she burned my nails, and I said ouch several times to her and told her that it burned, she continued to do it even after that. she did not use nail polish, she only use the Dremel tool to get the polish off. I asked her to not file my nails down too much on the top. She nodded her head and then just went ahead and did it anyway. And she did speak very good English when I spoke to her. So it was not a lack of her understanding. It has been a couple of days since the manicure now and the tips of my nails are all peeling off because she filed them so thin they are like paper. Additionally, as you can see from the photographs, there was polish all over my cuticles that she did not clean off. Hugely disappointing! I am not sure if it was just the technician or what because the shop was very crowded, and the lady I was sitting next to during my pedicure was very talkative with her technician, and she seemed to be very happy and said she was a repeat customer when I told her it was my first time there. The one good thing about the shop is that they had a huge selection of nail polish, and the massage chairs for the pedicure were in tiptop shape and worked nicely. But I most certainly would not recommend that you go to this shop and if you do be sure to tell them that you do not want Lana, but again I don't even know if that was her real name.

Great staff and very friendly! Great service and very pleased with pedicure and manicure!read more
