Beautiful salon; clean, organized, friendly and attentive. One of the BEST salon's I have been to. I came to T Nails after a bad experience at another salon earlier in the day. T Nails agreed my nails looked rough-- to say the least. They took their time to help me find the right color since I had a full set, French manicure done with pink powder. I decided I didn't want to have the French tips and just wanted a nice neutral color. We tried a few different colors and found one that laid over nicely on the pink powder acrylic to achieve the look I was going for. They were also able to fix the lumpy application from the previous salon, giving a more natural look. I will definitely be returning! The bad reviews are the result of a bad previous owner, so give T Nails another shot, you'll be very satisfied. Thank you again, I love my nails!! read more

I have been going there for over a year, my daughter and I go every two weeks. We always have an appointment, but the last few times I have waited well over 30 minutes from my appointment time to be seen. This last time was an hour and 10 minutes after my appointment. Unfortunately I had somewhere to be and did not have my nails done, the owner was very rude when I told her I had to leave. Not the first time I've seen her be rude to someone or one of the employees. There are so many nail salons in the area to have poor customer service. We will not be going back. read more

Very disappointed that I had a gel pedicure on 5/25 and on 5/29 (4 days later) I went in the pool and two nails lost their gel coating pretty much immediately. I've never heard of this before. I was in the pool for 1/2 hour. read more

We moved to Arnold, MO in 2018 from Danville, IL and I started going to T-Nails because I had trouble trimming my toenails due to knee and leg issues. My mother-in-law started taking me to T-Nails and I have been going here ever since. They have always been very caring, welcoming and professional. They have always done a wonderful job with my manicures and pedicures and because of my results, I was able to convince my husband to start going due to the neuropathy in his feet and legs. He has received several manicures and pedicures and looks forward to when he is able to schedule his next appointment. I went here on a Tuesday at 5:30pm for my nail appointment and was so pleased with my service! I asked for a full set of acrylics & I have never been so happy with a set before!!! My nail tech was so nice and she did a phenomenal job!! She was very professional and super talented. She helped me pick the perfect color (I wanted something pinky but natural, like a translucent top coat with a hint of pink basically). First off the place is really nice in the inside but the service is hit or miss. Mindy did my nails the first time I was there and she is great and she at least communicated with me. My second time I went I didn't get her name but she didn't talk much and wasn't so good ok the design on I wanted. The third time was awful omg.. I had gel on and it took them like an hour to take it off. She didn't drill it off she literally filed it on and on.. she got so fustrated she gave a me an anxious look and went ‍ .. and she didn't talk to me at all. So weird. I have never been so appalled by an experience in a service industry! It took over an hour to have gel polish removed and my nails filed. During my experience my nail tech (Kim) yelled in her native language to a fellow employee (obviously angry), proceeded to leave the station on three different occasions to give the "finger" to her co-worker, and interspersed her native language tirade with curse words. Kim filed my nails like a mad woman and upon checking out, she attempted to explain her anger towards her fellow co-worker. My 2 daughters (shy) called and had a appointment for full sets. Go where you are RESPECTED and APPRECIATED! We go to another the salon regularly. They wanted nails for school last minute. They were very uncomfortable and felt very inconvenienced by their presence. Speaking very loud and Rude. Felt they were speaking about them and then laughing at them. Should NOT be in the service field and expect people to accept such hostility and lack of respect that are supporting your income. They cut the cuticles and slapped there hands away when pulled back because painful. She slapped one of there arms with lotion and left it there. The nails are uneven and sloppy. They kept debit card and asked for a tip. When realized they had cash for tip they returned card. They strong arm you and asked directly. They are 16 year old girls you strong armed. I just moved to the area and stopped here on a whim. After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant. I walked in on a Sunday! The place was well staffed and busy. I definitely expected to wait. However, I was taken care of immediately. Bella did a great job with my gel mani. I am very particular about my nails. I didn't give it a 5 only because the tip of my nails were a bit rough. I came to T Nails last week. chose Deluxe pedicure which was done within 10 min. There was nothing deluxe about it!!! Also the lady was very pushy for me to get gel pedicure. which I did not want...and I had my Eyebrow trim NOT waxed. it also was done within 2 min. When I was done the total was $50 Plus tip....The Deluxe was $35 and the wax should have bin $10. when I called To ask about the prices . They first told me it should have been $45 And then after me telling them that I got charged $50 and that is not right. She said oh. U had gel polish before. That's another $5 to take off! My gel was so old I had it done at least two months prior, she took the gel off with her nails. So either way it's a ripoff! I don't mind paying more, for the right service. But when u rush your customer and then charge them more then you should have , it's so wrong and bad customer service!!!! read more

I visit this salon just recently and kim the owner did my nails. This was a horrible experience to say the least. During my visit it was dead upon arrival and got very busy with walkins pretty quickly. From the start she was rushing. I received a dip manicure and my cuticles were pushed back dry without any soaking and the way she handled my hands while filing was very aggressive. I began bleeding from a cuticle and she proceeded without wiping it off. The whole experience was uncomfortable. Not to mention having to wait 40 minutes while someone else got there nails done at the same time once she already began on mine. It seemed like she had interpersonal issues this particular day as she was texting a lot, however i will never be back. Also, she made me want to cry the entire time that i was there , thats how rough she was! Do not take people's money if you can't do your job correctly. I didn't deserve any of these. Came here as a walk in on a Sunday afternoon with my grand daughter and I'm so happy I came here. We visited a different salon before this one and walked out because it was unclean and cluttered. This is a clean salon and the staff is very friendly. They have 2 large flat screen TV's and they had Netflix playing season 5 of Friends on while I was there. Kim did my dip painted nails and gel toe nails and I love them. They did a good job painting smooth consistent color and they definitely look like professionally done nails. My 9 yr old granddaughter was treated like a little teen instead of a baby and she loved that (she thinks she is a teen already!). They have tons of gel samples and dip paint colors to choose from. Each foot bowl is first covered with a fitted plastic liner before the pedicure starts and I saw them thrown away afterwards (made me feel safer about cleanliness - not all places use these). This was the first time I tried this nail salon. I do not recommend ANYONE going here! I have been getting my nails done for years and this has been the worst experience I have ever had. After I got my nails done the first time, I noticed the brush strokes on 8 out of 10 nails, the edges weren't filed even and didn't even bother removing the extra polish off my skin. I called and complained and talked to a lady that I couldn't understand one word of what she said. When I went in I showed the lady what I was actually trying to pull off. She redid the French tips but way thicker and didn't even follow what I told and showed her I wanted. This trip to this salon cost me more than I have ever paid to get my nails done. I'd I would have known that the touch up would make them even worse than the first time I would have figured out something else... I will not be going back and if you have high standards to the nails you want to rock for the next month then avoid this place at all cost and keep looking for a better nail salon!!!! read more

The guy was more interested in what was going on with a young girl then my service he kept walking away to stand by her and watch the technician do her nails. He slapped my hand 2 times when I tried to show him the mistake where the tips were not on straight. I will not go to a place where I am treated like this. He Put gel polish on my toes when I did not want it and told him that. He kept treating me like crap! I'm a grown woman don't slap my hand away. My nails had ridges and lumps of acrylic up by my cuticle and when was removed it my finger bleed. I treat myself to getting my nails done. I'm in retail and customer service is what makes them come back. Then the bill was 85 bucks. The two nail tips that were glued on crooked broke as soon as I grabbed something. Went to this salon for the first time by recommendation of a friend. Did the dip powder manicure ... at the end when I realized she was not going to cut my cuticles at all , I asked her to do it and she told me that cuticles cutting are an extra $7 and not included with the dip mani. This is ridiculous...never heard this before in my life and I have been to many nail salons. With all the nail salons available out there ,I definitely will not be returning to this one. read more

I was there today. I selected one of the most expensive pedi's. i told the man I liked hot hot water. He got it Luke warm. the pedi came with a massage of my legs and feet. They were barely rubbed. Then while trimming my nails (which I keep them where I like them so little needed to be done) he nicked my cuticle and I began to bleed. He didn't even apologize for cutting me. he cut my toe so deep it took over 25 minutes to stop the bleeding. once the bleeding stopped he began painting the cat eye selection. One foot is a different color than the other. I'm assuming due to more coats being applied to one foot. Then I thought surely he will offer a discount. NOPE. No apology for 25 mins of bleeding. I used to go here all the time and it's sad to say it seems it's gone downhill. Went May 29th, with my mom and sister. When we got there we told them we wanted to do 3 pedicures and 2 dip sets. We didn't really have to wait that long before we all got sat in pedicure chairs but then I personally sat waiting in the chair for a good 30 minutes. While I was waiting I asked the woman who had started on my sisters nails which pedicure she'd recommend for someone who has bad calluses on their feet and with the worst attitude she replied, " I don't know I'm busy." The same woman had a terrible attitude with my sister throughout her whole pedicure and now, 2 days later, her gel toe nail polish is chipping off. The gentlemen who did my pedicure seemed to be very nice until my son, who is 18 months old, wiggled a little bit while he was putting scrub on my legs and then anytime my son moved at all or if my sons foot was even just sitting on my knee after that he'd stop the whole pedicure and just glare at me until I moved it. The woman who did my moms pedicure was super nice but did the exact opposite of everything my mom asked her to do with her nails. Needless to say we told them never mind on the dip sets. Just very disappointed overall. Not only is it super expensive for basically wasted money because none of us are satisfied with the service or our nails but also doesn't seem they are real child friendly. $150 for rude services and gel nails that chip off 2 days later is pretty ridiculous. read more

This nail salon is the worst one I've been to in the Jeffco area. When I went in I was completely ignored (whole about five people were on their phone not doing anything) I finally after about 10 minutes asked if I could be helped. Rudely I was told to go to one of the employees who told me to pick a color out when I did they said they didn't have it. I picked a new color which they had thankfully. The guy was turned around and on the phone so I couldn't tell him I had it picked out. The customer next to me had to get his attention and he finally said to me I will not do them wait until she is done I said no thank you I will go somewhere else. I would NEVER recommended this place to anyone. Rude service and from what I could tell not a quality job as I heard customers complaining that they were being hurt and bleeding. read more
