He answered all of our questions, and every additional product or service he offered us made sense according to our needs, not his agenda. I was pleasantly surprised to learn this location offers a punch card. Pay your bill or make purchases, and eventually you earn a store credit. **NOTE** Paying your bill in person includes a $3 additional charge. I'll keep paying my bill online.

They go that extra mile to make sure you are taking care of and don't have to waste time. They recognize that you your time is valuable and go that extra mile to help you. From the moment I walked in, the employee, Jazmin, was very rude and appeared more focused on her phone than assisting a customer. This is already the second battery my wife has purchased from this location, and unfortunately, this one is defective. The battery is visibly bulging, and I had it inspected by another professional, who confirmed that it is bad and not holding a charge. The battery was purchased less than a month ago and is still under warranty. However, instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was told I would need to leave the battery there for 24-48 hours. This would leave me without a vehicle, forcing me to figure out how to get to work and take my kids to school. That is not a realistic or acceptable resolution for a paying customer with a defective product under warranty. The level of customer service I received was unacceptable rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. It felt like assisting a customer was less important than being on a phone. I will be returning tomorrow in hopes of speaking with someone more knowledgeable and willing to resolve this properly. If this matter is not handled appropriately, I will be escalating it further, including filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Customers deserve respect, urgency, and fair treatment especially when dealing with a defective product still under warranty.

Didn't end up getting anything this visit, but they had sooo much inventory! More than I have found at my local outlet store. I've had good luck finding stuff from this location specifically, in the past. Love getting their everyday plus cushioned no-show socks, very comfortable for daily wear! If you're a sneakerhead still, the Nike Factory Store is the perfect place to go for shoes that were pretty hard to get for retail price (now valued at under retail though).
