am having an issue with the AT&T New Independência store, where I have been receiving improper charges for the past six months. The former manager, Alejandro, was unable to resolve it. I have already spoken with two staff members, Igor and another employee whose name I do not recall. They were supposed to pass on my dissatisfaction to the new store manager, Osiris, but it seems they have not conveyed the information, and the manager has not contacted me. I still have this open issue; I remain with the problem unresolved, and no one has contacted me so far to solve it. I am being harmed by this, and I am not receiving the standard attention I would expect as a customer. I want to highlight my dissatisfaction with the company in question. read more

I thought my S24 was had a broken screen. I could tell the phone was working because it was getting calls and text but the screen was dark. I went to the store and the new S26 Ultra was not out yet so they told me i would have to go with the S25 Ultra and the salesman started writing up the sale which required me to pay $350 since my phone had a chip on the glass. If I had time i could have paid the $200 for the insurance and had the glass replaced. Then the manager realized the only problem with my phone was the screen brightness had been turned down low. Not sure how thathappened but my phone was still good. So i said cancel the sale and i will wait until the S26 Ultra was out which was only going to be a couple of weeks. They said i couldn't cancel the sale but that they would call me when the S26 Ultra's came in. I never heard from them and after 3 weeks i went in and said they never agreed to that deal and i was stuck with the S25 Utlra. I was very upset, I became even more upset when i went to buy a case for my phone and realized they had sold me a S25+ not even the Ultra. I have been with AT&T for over 20 years but when this is contract is over i am switching to Verizon. Don't know if they are any better but they can't be any worse and i pay $150 a month. Stupid move on their part. Lost a loyal customer. read more

There are a few people I like in here, but they can't do jack for you and defer you to the customer service number. 611 is a joke. All calls go to the Philippines... and they can't do jack for you. Or won't. When you request a supervisor they argue and refuse... even go so far as to disconnect. I spent 3 hours between the store and a Malaysian call center trying to fix a stupid issue. It is not resolved - so I paid off my devices and am porting out tomorrow. read more

I arrived here at about 5:00 pm. I was met by a black male at the door. I explained that I was here for the third time trying to get my phone unlocked. The first time I came I was given number to call and do it over the phone. They told me to go back to the store and ask for a manager. I asked for a manager but did npt get one . They told me i shpuld get an email with instructoons. The email went to an old email that i dont use anymore. The person (Braxton)helping was very agitated and it was clear he dod not want to help me. He walked away from not telling what he was doing. He then told me he found The email in Aol, and walked away again. He came back and asked me if i wanted to call later or now. I had no idea what he was talking about. He handed the phone to me and gave me limited instructoons. They told me it was the wrong sectoon to help me and transferred me to another section.it is now 6:46 and i have been on hold since 5:11pm. Braxton left the store and never returned. Another person(Mike) finally came to help. He was very helpful. He listened as tech support transferred me back to wireless mobility for the third time. Both sections were saying they couldn't unlock the phone. I M very disappointed of the way i was treated. I m sure you have cameras in the store . Common courtesy is all that was needed.its 7:20 and I'm still on hold. If I were a betting man I would swear they are refusing to unlock the phone. I think I will take this further. read more

The staff at the store helped me solve a problem that the att technical department could not solve. They stayed on top of it until they found a solution. Gave me great advice on how to best handle other issues with customer service. Thanks for your help guys. read more

I usually do not write write reviews other than for restaurants. However, the staff at this store were very helpful. While I required two trips to get my new phone activated, both Anthony and Danny were extremely helpful and patient. Hint: reserve an appointment and you shouldn't have any wait time. read more

My phone suddenly and without warning bricked. It's also my business phone and I needed help immediately, no time to make an Apple Genius Bar appointment. Underwhelmed with the seemingly understaffed store not to mention inconsiderate customers... A greeter writes your name down, tells you you'll wait 40 minutes then ignores you, never asking what you're here for; a two minute or a two-hour job? So you wait and you wait while customers commiserate and waste time blabbing when they know people are waiting. And worse, there seemed to be more employees in the back room, and when they came out they were either on the phone or leaving on break which they proudly announce for all to hear while making eye contact almost as if to say, see ya sucker! I had better service at the motor vehicle if you could believe that! ATT...stands for Always Tedious & Taxing! read more

Yesterday I visited this store for an upgrade. I was seen by Christian, a taller man in his late 20's or very early 30's. He offered a solution to a problem that we were facing with me accessing my account. Even after I initially lashed out at him even though he was not to blame for the issue, he was so kind. He helped me get EXACTLY what I wanted. He never tried to upsell me to the point of it being irritating. He had personal testimonies for certain products (i.e. The case and screen protector I purchased.) Plus, he had me in and out within an hour of sitting down with him. Truly a wonderful employee. This store sucks! I've attempted to come in twice on a weekend and the wait has been 25 minutes or longer. The manager of this store needs to better understand workload scheduling. More people are off and shopping on the weekend so you should adjust your staffing accordingly. read more

Manager greets everyone as they walk in. However, that is all he does, or that was all that prevalent in my visit. Waited 45 minutes to be helped with someone else who has AT&T, and the manager just walked around as customers waited. He did not checkin and ensure customers they would be helped soon or apologize for the extended wait. Ended up leaving after waiting 50 minutes with no employee or the manager acknowledging us about our wait. read more

First Time Visiting This Location. As, I Walked In Waited Roughly 10 Minutes Before Anyone Acknowledge Me. Once Greeted It Was A Very Dry (What's Your Name, So I Can Check You In) I Waited Almost 1 Hour Only To Be Told Once I Questioned How Much Longer I Was Looking At Waiting An Additional 20 To 30 Minutes. This Is Completely Ludacris !!! They Seemed To Be Very Short Staffed ONLY Having What Looked Like 3 Sales Representatives Working. I Would Suggest Going To A Different AT&T Where The Level Of Customer Service Is Not Compromised Due To Their Lack Of Staffing The Retail Store With An Ample Amount Of People! read more

I went here Saturday to upgrade an old cell phone I had.......I signed in and then walked around the Village - they called my cell when I was next on line....wait was around about 30-35 minutes. I saw David and he really knew his stuff with each of the cell phones...was glad I got him. He got the new phone all set up and ready to go - went over the plan...made the process easy. I love my new phone - didn't get the iPhone (already have one for work) but the new LG - love that the "on" button is on the back of the phone and not on the side - very easy to access with an Otter cover on it. Overall, it was a good experience and I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend getting there early....I got there around 11am and there were 6 people ahead of me....next time will probably go closer to 9am on a Saturday. read more

I've been into this store several times.. Not to purchase a phone but for things like updating a plan, or changing service from one phone to another.. The sales guys always have been more than professional. I'm kind of an idiot when it comes to phone technology, but they always go the extra mile and make sure I have all my questions answered before I leave. :) even knowing I won't be spending $$. read more

Worst customer service ever. I showed up two minutes before they closed to a locked door. The employees stared at each like "I'm not answering the door you answer the door" the continued talked to the customer in the store until it was exactly the time they close. The employee opened the door and told me they were closed. I told him I got there before they closed and he said "well now it's after hours and for security reasons you can't enter the store". I had spoken with customer service over the phone and they sent me to this store to resolve a very serious billing issue. I will cancel me subscription and never deal with att due to this stores actions. read more

This store is a mess and not focused on efficiency. With all the married women coming in to hang out for 3 hours setting up a "phone" you better schedule an appointment. Get someone in here to get people in and out as you shouldn't have to wait! Buy the phone, set it up and get out! read more
