I always have a positive experience at the ups store! I always go to complete Amazon returns but…read morethe people who work there are so friendly. They help me with my returns and even once when they were close to closing time, they were still willing to help. I can't stand doing that to businesses, but I just happened to forget and not realize what time the UPS store closed. I am always able to return my orders and get my receipt from them. There have been times where I did not realize that I had to pack an item before they could take it so they asked me if I had something in my car that I might be able to use that if I just put it in there they could take it up for me. They really are just very kind and very willing to help. The Amazon returns. There are free as long as you set it up through the Amazon app, which is also great and very convenient. I will continue to try and make all my Amazon returns through UPS if I'm able to. And I have also gotten things notarized there before and also had a few items shipped out. The price to do so is not bad and I would definitely recommend going to UPS to check their prices before going anywhere else.

The technician was calling asking if I had gone very far. The scooter was ready, nothing wrong. This company could have given a large bill for work he did not do. Always very friendly, accommodating, has what I need or want in store. Although a couple tonight was purchasing new phones and he didn't have cases for them but he located another store close by that did. When he took my payment I forgot to mention the ad to waive the service fee, my fault but he gave me 2 extra credits stamps on my rewards card! Yes he has reward card, 5 purchases/payments = free accessory! Nice guy, very friendly he deserves the business
