I really was hoping to get good customer service! Nope! On Saturday we were told the phones had to be ordered but they would be in the store Wednesday. After reaching out to the sales person on Friday we find he's not available ( not working at that store) until next Wednesday. When did you start having to wait for the sales person to be in the store. Notify the sales person at 3:30pm on Wednesday I would be picking up today my husband tomorrow morning. Says he's available! Get to the store have to wait for the salesman to finish the transaction. Only to be told the pending transaction would have to be canceled because my hubby wasn't present. I stopped by this location on my way home from work March 21, 2024 about 5:50pm. My Samsung Android Note 9 was locked, I asked the young man that approached me if he could unlock it back to the factory settings. He looked at it, fumbled around with it and said: "without a password there isn't anything we can do, only thing you can do is buy a new phone" I was stunned he would look me straight in the face and lie. I purchased a phone at this location more than 6 months. When I purchased the phone I also purchased a case which supposedly had 1 year warranty. Less than a month after I purchased it the case broke. I went to the store and I was told that they did not have any at the time and to return in about 1 week. I stopped by 2 weeks later and they told me to.leave my name and they would call me when a case came in. I waited 1 month and when I never received a call I stopped by again and this time Josue the gentleman that initially sold me the phone said he would order it from another store and he would call me when it came in. I waited a month and called I spoke to Ramon the store manager which took my information and said he or Josue would call me to let me know what happened. I expressed my concern since I have been waiting so long for a case. He said that he is now at the store and he would take care of it. Its been a little over a month and I still have not heard from Josue or Ramon. If you are looking for an honest phone retail store. This is not it. They will tell you what you want to hear just to get you to go away. Will never do business with them or recommend them to anyone. He assisted me with my request to trade in the Wing and replace it with a new device from another manufacturer. I was up an running with the new phone (Motorola Edge+) within an hour. The Best by far, Verizon Store to go do business with. The Sales guys were all very helpful, though l only needed a Sim Card! l will definitely do Business with this Verizon Store location in the future. The Winter Garden Village location was closer to me, but I have been there, and it was so cramped with shops..., and a lot of traffic to get to that location:( If you like space, room to walk around, a nice clean area, and atmosphere, then go for it!
