They will tell you anything to get the sale, and you're stuck arguing with them if you run into any problems. Trust me when I say this, the management is not about helping customers, they're solely about covering their bottom line. This particular retail location promised repairs on my iPhone 6 plus, I didn't even get a full hour use out of the phone before it failed. I return immediately but was told they wouldn't be able to refund me my money, and they didn't know why the phone was no longer working. I asked for my old parts to be placed back on my phone(which they did), but still kept my money. I am out of $120 just because I blindly trusted this company. Stay away, I repeat stay away. I wish I had looked up some reviews before making the impulse decision that I did, but I was desperate and in a hurry.

On Sunday 4/23/17, my daughter, who LITERALLY just turned 16, took some of her birthday money to…read moreget her IPhone screen replaced at All Cell. The screen was not cracked, it simply had a chip in the top corner. SOME guy working at All Cell told her the credit card machine was down, but he would replace her screen for $80 cash (no work order or info taken). My naive daughter gave him the cash and left the store while he worked on her phone. Upon returning, she found that her PREVIOUSLY technically sound phone only displayed half of the screen. The guy's response was "I don't have time to figure out what's wrong with it - we're closing." The guy returned her money and she left with an unusable phone. As an obviously aggravated parent, I returned to the store on Monday to get this resolved and tell the story, to which (understandably) I was told there was no record of this deal. I said to the guy working the counter, "check your inventory because I guarantee you are short one iPhone 6 screen." This guy says there's nothing he can do, but the manager would be in on Tuesday. Long story short, I go in today (Tuesday) and the manager starts talking and saying that the guy, who did the shady repair on Sunday, only works on the weekends and she can't contact him to find out what happened, really? She can't contact her own employee?? She didn't even offer to check their security camera to see if my story matched the time I told them my daughter and her friends came in, nor did she offer to check her inventory to see if they were a screen short which would confirm my story. She then offered to replace it for $99, which I politely but understandably declined. Please note the cost of the repair stated by the manager was $99, but the guy on Sunday charged $80 (cash only), that just goes to show you how unethical this place is. I went to UBREAKIFIX at the corner of Maitland and 436 and they took care of repairing All Cell's damage to her phone for 40% less and the work is flawless. Stay away from this rip-off store and shady employees. They took advantage of my 16 year old daughter and quite possibly would do the same to you.

First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.

Super easy to pick a vendor and I went with uBreakiFix here as it showed the battery I needed was in stock. The store called to make initial contact which I thought was nice. I stopped in on a Sunday when they opened at noon and was greeted quickly. Gave the employee the info and he validated the insurance claim, was quoted 2 hours for the battery replacement and informed that the screen protector would likely be shattered in the process. There was a slight issue that required another 30-45 minutes after the initial time estimate. By the end of it all the battery was replaced and phone working like new. My main recommendation would be to make it right when it comes to screen protectors if installed as some can be expensive. If something breaks in other industries the repairman will normally try to make it right and replace whatever is broken in the process I think that should be included as it'll cost me at least $20 to get a new one for something that should've been entirely covered.

I've done this numerous times at locations in Texas but am in FL for an extended stay. Guy looked at phone and said it's your charging port and not cleaning. .
