Tech was on time, polite, friendly and my phone was fixed quickly at my apartment for a reasonable price.

This repair shop quoted me the cheapest price in the area to replace my iPad's screen. After my…read moreexperience, I can say that it's very obvious why. First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.

Went here last September to get my iPad screen fixed. They…read morementioned the full service warranty but I was very firm that I was not interested , and they fixed it. My iPad still has some areas where the Apple Pencil doesn't work but that would've been a couple hundred dollars more and at that time I just needed a functioning iPad asap for work. Overall, if you go in understanding that just like another business, their job is to make money- you won't have a negative experience , imo. You get what you pay for, they were very transparent with me. I'll be back soon with my broken beats that would've been covered under the warranty had I decided to buy it .

I will start by acknowledging that my research into this company began at this location simply…read morebecause of its proximity to my home. Therefore, it was where I first inquired about their services. My opinion does not pertain specifically to this location; rather, it encompasses the company's policies and services as a whole, based on my findings from further research. In today's world, technology is advancing at supersonic speeds, and we find ourselves in a market for devices that demands our full attention. This demand arises primarily due to the steadily rising prices, the overly complicated features, and the inevitably long contracts we are forced to sign. These contracts are nearly impossible to maintain, given the extremely fragile design of such devices. Cell phones now cost thousands of dollars, yet they can break just as easily as a wine glass slipping through your fingers. Consider this scenario: After paying north of $1,500 for a phone, it now has a completely shattered screen after only 2 months. Dealing with a broken device becomes a much more tedious project than simply handling a situation with a simple broken glass. Strangely, both scenarios are equally delicate. When we encounter the unfortunate circumstance of requiring a repair or replacement for our technological devices, we are left with few options, most of which are less than ideal. Personally, I admit that I am underqualified to judge the value of these repair services. The devices we rely on for daily functioning demand capabilities that, I assume, can only be acquired through meticulous training, complex education, and a deep understanding of technology. Ironically, most people live out their lives without truly comprehending the complexity they hold in their hands. Repairing a device of the caliber we have become accustomed to requires a rare and in-depth intellectual understanding of how to carry out such services. With that said, I firmly believe that the cost, policies, contracts, and all the information often buried in fine print on this company's website should be transparent and concise. Before offering any services or binding customers into contracts, the company's integrity lies in making these policies clear. Customers should fully understand what they are signing up for. My advice to you is to conduct thorough research before committing to a contract or service with this company. Read the fine print, visit their website, and collect all available information. Check various sources to make an informed decision. While I won't tell you whether to use the company or not, I recommend doing your due diligence. You'll likely find that you'll be glad you did.
