First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.

They responded were super fast and they had me bring my phone by the next day. They replaced the screen quickly and for free! The technician even remembered some of my previous screen issues and had me make sure the color and screen fit were good-which they were! Looks just like my phone is brand new!

My iPad still has some areas where the Apple Pencil doesn't work but that would've been a couple hundred dollars more and at that time I just needed a functioning iPad asap for work. Overall, if you go in understanding that just like another business, their job is to make money- you won't have a negative experience , imo. You get what you pay for, they were very transparent with me. I'll be back soon with my broken beats that would've been covered under the warranty had I decided to buy it .

Another week went by and I visited the store again and they said that they had called me twice now asking for permission to get it sent out and I STILL had not received a single call or email, I said yes please send it- and they said it would be done within 3 days and be sent out that same day I visited. Come to today (about 5 days or so since my last visit to the store) I call them for the 5th or 6th time and someone actually picks up the phone (which has only happened once this month) and they told me they still have not received my permission to get my Xbox sent out- they said they've called me (which they have not) and supposedly it is now getting sent out. It's genuinely shocking how this business is handling repairs and customer service. Please god just return my Xbox to me fixed. I've received 3 different dates that it "should" be fixed by and all but one have passed. PLEASE just call or email your customers- keep communication open and don't make empty promises! I will never return here again :)
