    I thought my S24 was had a broken screen. I could tell the phone was working because it was getting…read morecalls and text but the screen was dark. I went to the store and the new S26 Ultra was not out yet so they told me i would have to go with the S25 Ultra and the salesman started writing up the sale which required me to pay $350 since my phone had a chip on the glass. If I had time i could have paid the $200 for the insurance and had the glass replaced. Then the manager realized the only problem with my phone was the screen brightness had been turned down low. Not sure how thathappened but my phone was still good. So i said cancel the sale and i will wait until the S26 Ultra was out which was only going to be a couple of weeks. They said i couldn't cancel the sale but that they would call me when the S26 Ultra's came in. I never heard from them and after 3 weeks i went in and said they never agreed to that deal and i was stuck with the S25 Utlra. I was very upset, I became even more upset when i went to buy a case for my phone and realized they had sold me a S25+ not even the Ultra. I have been with AT&T for over 20 years but when this is contract is over i am switching to Verizon. Don't know if they are any better but they can't be any worse and i pay $150 a month. Stupid move on their part. Lost a loyal customer.

    This happened on January 15th 2026 Thursday. my mother-in-law was in hospital... that was my last…read moreday before gong to India for work.. Holler honda HRV got a key as my remote stopped working and doors were not opening.. they ordered on Tuesday and they offered me to get on Wednesday, as we had this emergency, i could go only on Thursday.. i found this T-mobile was 0.6 miles from Holler honda, so i immediately went there before going to the hospital. Paul was really kind and effective way of approaching related to my internet and connection issues for the phone... he got me S17 latest and greatest I believe if i google it was released late 2025 /2026. Phone looks impressive. Excellent features. I really appreciate it whenever I call to follow-up. He never misses the call. I really appreciate his kind gestures...he has a magnificent work ethic. He never misses a single call if he is near the phone. Very attentive, knows the job well... We should give good kudos to this store as an excellent worker in the T-Mobile store.     I believe my phone was hacked when I used someone else's computer at a car dealership, or I did…read moresomething to a Google setting that royally screwed up my phone. Google voice was overlaying over my regular number, I couldn't access any of my Gmail accounts etc. I went to Geek Squad and got some issues resolved, but my ability to actually use my phone to make calls still wasn't working. I then went to Spectrum store who was useless, except they said remove Google voice so that helped me make calls. But everything else was still a mess. Being new to Orlando and driving around blindly because my map wasn't working, I had to ask people how to get somewhere and stumbled upon ubreakifix by accident. Giuseppe was very nice and professional and after playing around with some settings got some more of my phone to work while I was in the building. I didn't leave my phone, or have anything cracked to fix, but he did help me with what I needed so shout out to him. And for the record, all phones are designed to fail by the manufacturer so I would keep that in mind when trying to revive an older model phone.

    After being told I was imagining the difference in my iPad display quality after the screen was…read morereplaced, it was discovered the store replaced my Liquid Retina LCD screen with a basic LCD screen. Kudos to the Windermere ubreakifix for the discovery. The Windermere store advised ubreakifix does not carry the Apple Liquid Retina LCD, so the only option for them was to use an inferior replacement part. I thought I asked the Winter Park store if they would use Apple parts but I DEFINITELY was not told they would replace it with an inferior part that would affect the quality of images on the iPad. Customer Support offered a $50 credit toward a future repair, on a $350 inferior repair. At the very least, the technician should have advised they could not replace my screen with the same original quality. I would have taken the iPad somewhere else, but I would have been grateful for the honesty and still a potential future customer. I've since learned that BEST BUY makes repairs with Apple parts. That's where I will go to fix this problem and all future repairs.

    DO NOT GO HERE. 0 stars if I could. Dropped off my apple watch May 3rd, after engaging them for…read morehelp 5 days prior. They messed up the first screen they ordered to replace it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because after all apple watches are more difficult than a phone. So they had to re-order a screen which for some reason took three times as long as the first one to get there. Then when they got this screen they had to take it to another store to have it put on which took an additional week. By the time they got it done they weren't sure if it was just dead or if something was wrong... they had NO chargers there so I had to come bring them a charger for them to realize their was something wrong internally. (We are now at middle of June- they've had my watch for 45 days). They tell me they have to order yet another part, which couldn't be tracked and took 2-3 weeks to get in. Finally, they tell me on Tuesday July 10th that the part is in and they will get with another guy to have it fixed. I give them the benefit of the doubt and call them Friday to see if it is done and I can come get it...sure enough they have not yet taken it to this guy to be finished and can't tell me when they can or will. I paid a deposit, and during the month of June after them telling me "it should be done soon" stopped in 4 to 5x after they wouldn't answer my calls and either they wouldn't answer the door or wouldn't have an answer. There was poor communication the ENTIRE time and the whole thing was shady. Needless to say, I am finally asking for a refund and my watch back. DO NOT GO HERE! This place shouldn't even be in business and their customer service is AWFUL.
