Several years ago, I stopped to switch from ATT to Verizon and get a new iPhone. After 3 hours, the women finally gave up and I left with ATT and my old phone. She didn't understand the pricing and it was more than double what she had told me. Today, I stopped to give them another shot. My protective glass broke and I got my new protective glass via the warrantee. I went early, the ONLY person in the store. Two lazy guys on their phones. The lazy S___ said, NO. Can't help. You bought this phone and glass from a corporate Verizon store. We are an authorized dealer and can't help! I wasn't asking for anything other than him to replace the glass that I had in my hand. I felt like pretty women when I left because he didn't know I needed to buy 2 brand new iPhones. Went to the Corporate Verizon store who replaced my glass with a smile and was more than happy to sell me 2 new iPhones with two new lines. NEVER go to anything other than a CORPORATE STORE. Or switch to another carrier. But NOT THIS STORE!!! They have unhelpful lazy employees! read more

We came into this store yesterday with our only intention to switch from AT&T to Verizon. Armando De La Cruz was, fortunately, our sales person. He started helping us as we entered the store and spent at least an hour with us. He is a very nice, attentive person who really wants the client to leave happy. Surprisingly, we left with 2 new iPhones, a new iPad and a new watch which had to be ordered. And on top of that, we lowered our cellular costs $30/month. Just recently switched over to this service and I am so excited! With my old service I would never have any signal and it was horrible. Frankie was very helpful when I wanted to get a new iphone 6. He explained that the store had been broken into and they stole the display models so I couldn't get a real sense for which model to get 6 vs the 6+. This is not a corporate store but an authorized retailer however they were able to get the phones more quickly than the corporate store! read more

Really poor customer service. Took my daughters there to buy a couple of phone cases. We waited over 20 minutes with zero help. We eventually walked out and not surprising none of the employees there seemed to care. This is an authorized Verizon store. Big difference than a Verizon corporate store. It is this very reason that AMAZON will put retailers like this out of business and then they will complain that they are unemployed. Find a true Verizon store or buy from Amazon. We are ended up buying our accessories from the Verizon store (corporate) in Altamonte Springs - where the customer service was awesome!! read more

If you're a Verizon customer and hate waiting in the over crowded store near the Florida Mall then try this store. Generally you can walk right in and get immediate assistance. Only issue I have is that the sales staff rotate stores daily do if you pop in for some quick help your salesman will most likely not be there. Over all very friendly and helpful. read more

My husband and I decided to switch cell phone carriers to Verizon as we were told that they have a better cellular network than T-Mobile. Leo Rodriguez was the sales rep. who assisted us at the Cellular Sales Winter Park location. We were told that Verizon was offering a $800 trade in credit for our older Samsung Galaxy phones, so we upgraded our phones to the S21+ and S21 Ultra in May 2021. My husband paid both phones off completely minus the $800 credit per phone that Verizon was to apply to our account. Unfortunately to make a long story short the sales rep. Leo Rodriguez was not fully transparent with us regarding the $800 trade in promotion stipulations. He did lie to us and told us several times that we would not be under contract with Verizon. We found out later from Verizon Customer Dispute Department and the Cellular Sales Customer Service rep. Rachael (1-877-851-0649) that we were actually under contract when we purchased these 2 phones. Leo said that we also would be expecting to see the credit on our account for the 2 phones within 1-2 billing cycles. He also never told us that Verizon actually takes 24 months to apply the $800 credit per phone and if we terminate our service with them prior to the 24 months then we would also be charged a termination fee plus the $800 per phone. After about 7 weeks of virtually no cell phone service were we live from Verizon and we both use our phones for our jobs. The constant dropped calls, horrible phone quality when the calls did actually work, and the lack of customer service from Verizon when reporting the issue to 611 Verizon Customer Service we switched back to T-Mobile on July 2, 2021. Verizon then sent us a $1,707.85 bill in the mail. When we called Leo and asked him what is this bill for, then he tells us we terminated our service so there is no active account for Verizon to apply the credit to which did not make sense at all. They could apply a credit to a terminated account. He then repeated the lie and said we are not under contract, but then also said Verizon takes 24 months to apply the $800 credit on the phones. How is this not under contract when you are required to stay with Verizon for 24 month in order to receive the $800 credit? We then said that if you would have told us at the beginning before we purchased the phones in May about the 24 months time period for Verizon to apply the credit then we would have never accepted the promotion. Leo then says well you signed the agreement. The agreement with Cellular Sales never stated this specific promotion trade in stipulations and that customers are actually locked in for 24 months with Verizon if they accept. We did report this business office to Verizon Corporate Office and they are looking into the matter regarding their unscrupulous business practices of trying to con customers just to make a sale. This matter was also reported to the Better Business Bureau and the complaint was sent to the Cellular Sales Corporate Office in Knoxville, TN. We will never do business with any Cellular Sales office again and we will be sure to tell everyone we know to never do business with this office. They also have terrible reviews and complaints on the BetterBusinessBureau.org. We should have checked this business out before we engaged in any business transactions with them. Their sales rep Leo Rodriguez lied to us regarding this promotion and said we were not under contract when in reality we were according to Verizon and their own Customer Service Department. We also stated that we are not paying this outrageous bill from Verizon, and if we have to file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission and the Florida Department of Business Regulations, and get an attorney on this issue then we will. The moral of the story is no matter how nice a sales rep. may appear when it comes to your money don't take anybody's word unless they put it in writing sign it and have their manager sign it as well. read more

If you are a Verizon customer.... don't be fooled into thinking you will receive the same level of service form this INDEPENDENT SALES COMPANY as you would from a real Verizon store. I made the mistake of thinking they were in some way a premium retailer. Instead, I was sold - and paid too much - for a pair of the worst Android phones ever, the Charge, and had nothing but problems for the next year, during their under-trained, overly-slick sales reps repeatedly made errors to my account that resulted in overage charges totaling hundreds of dollars. They are all about selling you something, then selling you more, but not about solving your problems after the sale. There is high turnoever among the semi-trained reps, who often don't understand the more subtle points of Verizon policy - again, their entire focus is on up-selling you on products. One I finally got fed up with their double talk, I started driving a few extra miles to an actual Verizon store, and the difference is night and day. read more

Whatever you do, do not come in this store! When I questioned the validity of charging me $20.00 for a sim card, my salesman asked me to leave the store. This is not a corporate store, as corporate stores do not shake down established Verizon customers for sim card fees. This is more like walking into a den of thieves. Go to the East Colonial store and avoid insults and shakedown tactics. No wonder the store was empty. Follow up on 11/6/2015...No one attempted to reach out to me. How would you? I visited this store on March 23rd, 2015. I was not only due for an upgrade, but I ran into a problem when my Maxx HD kept looping in boot mode (there was nothing I could do to fix it and every tech said it was completely gone) so now I was faced with getting a new phone, and fast. I now live in Florida, and my parents live 1200 miles away and connection is absolutely key and a necessity. I'm also on their line, so I'm able to not have to pay long distance calls. I walked into the very very slow Verizon, "licensed" not actual retailer, store looking to upgrade (I had one due and I was really short on cash at the time, again, emergency). I wasn't really greeted. I shuffled in awkwardly and was eventually approached by a gentleman. I explained my situation, and mid-explanation, I'm assuming a co-worker walked in and he cut me short to tell his friend he's "sorry he couldn't make it to his wedding" and asked how things went. During this time, he was also checking Facebook on his phone and hardly listening to anything I had to say. I walked in there, knowing I wanted a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S4, and at my upgrade price would be $0.99. I was set on that, and very happy, due to short hours at work - and also just moving down here and still getting settled, so money is tight. He must have not heard me say anything, because he stated he was "going to bring me some options" and walked away. I tried to tell him I knew what I wanted but he completely ignored me. I almost left then. He came back with the Galaxy S5 and LG G3. He started being a regular "salesman" and started opening it for me to see and I stated I "Didn't like LG phones, and I know what I want, exactly." I have worked in enough tech support to understand that LG has very major breaks, statistically, and I didn't want to be in this predicament a few months later. He got up with a huge huff, sighed angrily and walked to get me a Galaxy S4, not even offering a refubished version. I sat there confused. He started saying I should enroll in Edge and that if I did I would get the case, screen protector, car charger and save $7.00 off my "line." I'm under a family plan, and I'm not the main account holder, so I said I wasn't allowed to make those decisions and I really just needed a phone. Then he showed me that I would have to spend $140.00 on just the phone for my upgrade. I checked online when I got home and saw that the Galaxy S4 with a 2-year contract was $99.99. So that's where the first lie was. The next lie wasn't really direct. I asked what enrolling in Edge would entail, but he was so enthralled with trying to set up this whole thing on his computer and eventually had to walk away to get an iPad to finish my service. He was also talking to his buddies a few times. He also already had the phone on and ready to go before I could even say "I want a refubished one." This just flat out irritated me. While everything was printing, he was explaining that "It would look like you're paying for your phone, but you are not." I asked what he meant and he just went and explained what I would be signing for - that I couldn't end a contract with them in six months, etc. and where to sign, where to initial. I felt so rushed to get out of there, at this point, I signed away. Now I've got a copy of everything and my bill and saw that I'm financed for my phone. I had to do my OWN research to find out that enrolling in Edge is paying for my phone, full price, in payments over time. Wasn't I just told I wasn't going to be paying for my phone? Why didn't he mention this? I understand sales are commission based, but seriously? I got flat out lied to. I wrote a review on their facebook - explaining my situation. The next morning somebody from Cellular Sales contacted me and left a voice message (as they called from a restricted number) asking me about the review. I didn't leave my phone number, and my salesman couldn't get into my plan, or my phone number, until I gave him information. So how did they even get my information? Nothing is listed on my facebook? Now that I'm completely creeped out and they went through their own devices to contact me, I will be going to a REAL Verizon Wireless store to have this all sorted out. I do not want to be enrolled in Edge and I signed a contract under false pretenses. Next time I need a phone, I'll do more digging around than trusting an an authorized dealer. read more
