Been a customer since 2005 and Tmobile always have the best customer care and products online and in store.

What could improve? Maybe start with your hiring process. I walked into an empty store and got the vibe that I was interrupting the quiet. While your employee was helping me, she was blowing bubbles with her gum and accepted a personal call while I stood there. She took long pauses beteeen words and randomly stared out the window while I waited for a completed sentence. I don't know how you can fix all that. read more

The WORST customer service EVER! I'm blown away by this experience! My wife and I came in to return a T-Mobile router in which T-Mobile said to return it to any outlet. We arrived, and they were very nice and acknowledged that we were alive, and then we continue to stand there for more than 45 minutes while they talked to a customer about an upload on his phone. I have to believe it was the manager or one of the top employees was also talking to the customer begging for a job away from this company, and all we wanted to do was return a T-Mobile router, and they would not even acknowledge the fact that we could be in and out quick. I am so disgusted. I will definitely call the corporate office, but I will never buy from them or ever subscribe to them again. If you look at my yelp comments, I usually do not go off like this, but this was the worst experience I ever had, I had to ask my wife. Let's leave now before I get Crazy. read more

DON'T COME HERE! Horrible experience, one of the workers reeked of alcohol and marijuana while speaking to us couldn't even form proper sentences. Couldn't even explain their plans and was just confused when being met with simple questions. Attitude in every word that came out of his mouth. The other younger worker, said the most disgusting racist comment towards this young asian girl. Absolutely unacceptable, i walked out. Dont let these people talk to you however they want. Wish I could give it zero stars. We went in to have our phones upgraded and weren't even allowed inside. There was an extremely rude greeter outside that basically told us we had to download an app and do everything through it and couldn't just wait and talk to the person inside. At this point, why even have a brick and mortar store? T mobile is going to sht. read more

If I could give this store a negative 5 out of five stars i would. This store is not helpful nor useful at all. i have had multiple problems with my internet that i have tried to get solved here with no luck. they will sit on their phones and try to get you to leave the store. You are better off calling the support number then trying to get help here. read more

I went into T-Mobile with the intention of possibly upgrading phone unless the issue on my old was able to be resolved. The sale associate Wayne was the one who helped my out and very helpful. He had walked me through everything and was helping me out by getting the best deal possible. He helped me set up my new phone and even helped me pair it to my watch. I told the manager Anna how wonderful and helpful he was from everything. I would definitely being going back and I'm glad that I switched to this cell phone provider. read more

I walked in, the lady was taking care or two customers however not a word was said to me I must of been standing there for ten minutes, walked out to check on my daughter, walked back in and nothing. Not even a bit of acknowledgment, nothing. T mobile has been the worst service I have gotten between the phones and in store. I'm not even sure what on earth made me switch over to you. read more

Pulled up to T mobile yesterday because my charger is trash and I needed a new one. I lowkey really wanted to see about a new phone because I been getting notifications about upgrading. The manager assisted me with my questions I had about upgrading to the Galaxy 21 from my Galaxy S10. He explained the trade in process for me and made it very simple. I ended up finishing up the sale with Jamonte who was very knowledgeable as well. Very cool dude. I would def come back here for my cell phone needs or the next time they have free stuff on a Tuesday lol read more
