Overall a good visit!…read more This location is inside MacArthur. I was shopping on Black Friday and realized okay it's time for me to get a new phone because the current phone that I had... Samsung S5 ...the battery was losing life sporadically. I figured okay let me go ahead and take it into T Mobile with the intention of them replacing my current battery. But I found out, T-Mobile doesn't issue batteries anymore they recommend you go to a place that just specializes in batteries whether it's a Battery Plus or another shop. Oooooh K, what to do? I decided to get the Samsung S7 and I'm enjoying it so far. It's been maybe 2 weeks now since I've had the phone and everything's great about it. I decided to go ahead and keep my S5 phone and get the battery replaced at a later date. The customer service here was pleasant, not over the top or above and beyond, but I have no complaints. One of the manager's suggested some products...phone cases for my new phone starting at $10. This was a good price because normally cases can be astronomical when you go to into the store. I walked in maybe waited a couple minutes before someone was able to help me out and was out within within an hour they transferred everything from my current phone to my new phone. No headaches...smooth transition from start to finish! So no worries at all...I so highly recommend you go. Have fun | enjoy

I've been enjoying the T-Mobile Tuesday perks and when I go in, they are welcoming and attentive even if you're not coming in to buy the new iPhone. My recent visits have been quick and resolved correctly. I don't know if I want to recommend one cell phone carrier over another as they're all in it to win it. You can pay your bill here, purchase phones and accessories as well as become a new/returning customer if that floats your boat. Overall, as a customer, I was treated justly and would return if need be.

Everytime I come in here they bring up being a Sprint customer which is stupid since there is no Sprint anymore they are just apart of T-Mobile with me being a "Sprint" customer they can't do anything to help no manager is capable, none of the 5 employees I've talked to haven't been able to help... Their grand suggestion today was go to another store and rebuy a phone I've already paid for and hopefully Monday they can give me a refund when the real manager comes in. This is a stupid ideology and if you only a manager can give a refund maybe only managers should sell phones.
