Samsung S5 ...the battery was losing life sporadically. I figured okay let me go ahead and take it into T Mobile with the intention of them replacing my current battery. But I found out, T-Mobile doesn't issue batteries anymore they recommend you go to a place that just specializes in batteries whether it's a Battery Plus or another shop. Oooooh K, what to do? I decided to get the Samsung S7 and I'm enjoying it so far. It's been maybe 2 weeks now since I've had the phone and everything's great about it. I decided to go ahead and keep my S5 phone and get the battery replaced at a later date. The customer service here was pleasant, not over the top or above and beyond, but I have no complaints. One of the manager's suggested some products...phone cases for my new phone starting at $10. This was a good price because normally cases can be astronomical when you go to into the store. I walked in maybe waited a couple minutes before someone was able to help me out and was out within within an hour they transferred everything from my current phone to my new phone. The process switching over from Verizon went as smooth as a babies booty!. There was also an incentive that gave us a $400 rebate that they said would take about 8 weeks to receive. Well they have taken two payments of auto pay out my account and I have yet to receive this offer. Another thing, once all the paper work was finished I realized they attached my wife's information to the account and she's not the one who turned 55 last year. But they corrected that on my last trip inside the store. They also gave me the number to contact the customer service about the rebates. As of right now I am still waiting to get results!.

The first time they were out here they were five hours late with no communication, made several measuring mistakes which resulted in 9 holes in our wall and the technician staying until almost midnight. He left the tv not mounted properly for two weeks before he finally came back and still didn't mount the tv properly. We are now out $600 and will need to hire someone else to mount the tv properly. They also accused me of trying to discredit their veteran-owned business by leaving a bad review even tho the pictures speak for themselves.
