Please Extra Careful of This Business. Normally, I don't write reviews, but this time, I had to, not because I am upset, but as a caution for students (especially international students) and older adults. Please be extra careful of the service here. I took my nephew, who just arrived from Vietnam as an international student, to get a phone plan. I went online and found a plan for $50/month (Essentials Saver). I asked the lady if there were any discounts for students. She told me there was a plan for $100/month but that I would have to call customer service to ask for a discount. This seemed suspicious already, so I told her I only wanted the Essentials Saver plan. She then said that plan was only for existing customers. I told her that nowhere on the website did it state that the plan was for existing customers only. She went into the office to talk to her boss. When she returned, she proceeded with the SIM activation without letting me know if I could get the Essentials Saver plan. I asked her again, telling her that I only wanted the $50/month plan, and she assured me that I would get that plan. After she finished activating the SIM card, she said it was done. We didn't sign anything, and we paid the $10 activation fee. We didn't receive any printout of the plan. I asked her two more times before we left the store if I would be paying $50/month for this plan, and she assured me, even telling me her name. We left and headed for lunch. I downloaded the T-Mobile app and created an account. Once I logged in, I saw that the plan was $100/month and not the Essentials Saver. I drove back to the store. Before I could even talk to her, she told me that her boss was changing the plan, but he was in a meeting, and we would have to wait an hour. I told her I would wait an hour in the store. Not even five minutes later, the plan suddenly changed, and we received a notification on the phone that the plan had been changed to $50/month. I asked for a printout of the document, but she refused, saying she couldn't print it and that I could take a picture of what was on her iPad. Please be careful with this place. They have horrible customer service and conduct unethical business. Always ask for a copy of your plan, and download the app to create an account before leaving the store. Store has a new team and it's like a breath of fresh air. Manager Adam is great and considerate of your concerns. Customer service is great in store with them! Also for once there are ladies working and if anything they make the environment that much more friendly. Really glad for these changes as this location is so conveniently placed around the U of A area and also for the Mall being within range as well! read more

A couple month back, I went to this TMobile. I was helped out by Matthew Auclair (Dealer 5841503). I was promised an IPhone 14, trading in my IPhone 12 Pro, only having to pay taxes ok the new IPhone. Turns out, I was only credited with $400, instead of the full $1000, due to him selling me promotion that did not exist. I have spent countless hours at multiple TMobile locations trying to find a solution to this problem. Now I am left paying $900 in monthly payments for the new IPhone. This employer (Matthew) no longer works for the company as told by customer service. All I want is to reach a solution. I have been trying for months to find a solution and nothing has been achieved. read more

The kids here have no customer skills whatsoever. Called and asked for an iPhone, Suzie or Judy whatever her name is. Drive across town to get an upgrade basically throwing money at them and once I arrive she says her system is down and says I can give them money but would have to wait a few days to get the phone like wtf. Why would you say phone is available and then reject once I got there. Literally just tools work here don't bother with these lowlifes. I would actually like corp to contact me so they can reprimand the worker, a literal waste of time and money!!!! read more

Absolutely terrible customer service all around, both from the in store reps and manager and the team of "experts" on the phone. Misinformation from both sides and keeping me waiting with an 8 month old to get no resolution for 2 hours. Avoid this location and ultimately T-Mobile in general. If you have to go with terrible service at least choose a different T-Mobile store. read more

The salesperson Solomon Stoks (I hope that I remember the last name correctly) was super friendly and helpful to costumers without technical skills (like me and my father). He explained deals in the way that I understood how it works from the first time (lol usually, I get SOOO confused and freaking out that I will miss something important in the small print). He spent so much time helping us with troubleshooting my father's broken phone (no luck). Then we went to the repair shop, but they confirmed that this phone is not worth fixing. So, we went back to Solomon in T-Mobile store on the Campbell. He explained all deals and helped to choose the new phone and plan. I also had to translate to my father and Solomon was very patient about time delays for translation. We got new planes and new phones. Solomon helped to transfer the information from the old phone using g-mail (I didn't even know that it was possible to do that) and helped to set up a new phone (with the way to back up information on the new phone). The best salesperson and customer service ever. He greatly reduced our stress and helped us to solve our problems. Thank you! read more

It's unfortunate that Tmobile is so fond of misogynistic man boys. Once again, I was greeted by a young man who was determined to belittle me. I came in looking for a phone. My carrier is Metro By Tmobile. Tmobile phones work for Metro. This young boy tried in his most condescending voice to inform me Tmobile and Metro are different companies (they aren't) I was incredulous of the attitude? Why? I wanted to see the phones. I could buy it online from Tmobile. Then, in typical misogynistic fashion he told me a Tmobile phone would only work if it was unlocked. This is not true but I realized I was getting nowhere. At the same time Adam came out of the back. (I think he was the muscle) and I said I could see this was going nowhere and I was leaving. I never raised my voice, I wasn't angry, I just was incredulous. Then Adam spoke to my back in a very loud sarcastic voice, Have a nice day! I turned and asked for his name and he gave it. I told them not to be so obtuse and left. Why would they do that? They didn't try to get me to switch or even show me a phone. Missed opportunity and I'm not through with my complaint. My husband and I just switched from AT&T to T-mobile. The two gentlemen, Jesus and Yahir made this the best experience possible. They were friendly, helpful, and extremely enthusiastic about their jobs. I have never had such an enjoyable experience in a phone store. read more

I bought a phone recently from Tmobile I bought my own screen protector went into the store the guy he tried 5 times to put it on and was unable to do it properly. He told me he worked there for five years and knew what he was doing then told me that he didn't need to do that for me and he was doing me a favor. I've been a customer for about 10 years with tmoble! I told him if you didn't know how to put it on you could have just said I'm not good at this bring it to somebody else to come back tomorrow instead he says you can leave now! They suck at this store. Terrible customer service terrible! And as I said to him if you didn't know what you were doing you could have just told me I don't know how to do this properly maybe you should take it someplace else, I thought after the 5th time he would have been able to do it but then he said he didn't want the sticky to stop so I had to leave now! I am so dissatisfied with this service or store which ever suits ur fancy. First one person on my account switches to her own account in which I knew about but as she had fees that should have followed her and didn't. Then my phone got stolen, I went in and got another phone and was told if I didn't like it to bring it back within three days, well I went in the next day and they wanted to charge me fifty more dollars to change phones when the one I had was recommended by their staff. Then I referred a friend and I never got my referral amount also I ended up with a bill that should have been 130.00 which ended up being 250.00...the sales agent that helped of course moved to a different location so nothing got resolved..now I'm stuck with a shitty phone and no referral amount and a huge bill that had to be paid or would have no phone...still trying to contact the sales agent to this day..my friend I referred also needs his assistance because his co workers say since he handled our account they can't help us...lol..wow great service...I don't think so....when my phones are paid I'm leaving this service and no more referrals either. read more
