When we politely asked for her name, she responded with attitude, and as we were walking out, she added "with a K" in a condescending tone. The staff remained professional, but the manager's behavior was unhelpful and unprofessional. As a 15+ year Verizon customer, this experience was very disappointing. I truly feel bad for the employees who are running that store while she sits and watches. We have escalated this incident to corporate and hope they correct her behavior, but i definitely don't recommend going into the store if she's there in the meantime.

One was a discount for being a senior citizen (I'm 74) my monthly bill was $40.00 . down from T-Mobiles of $97.00, that's a $57.00 less. Second discount, off first bill was their discount of second month was Free! Third discount I received was my military veterans discount!, and the fourth one was because I was referred to Consumer Cellular! I'm like, Wow, who else would do that? My first bill was only $18.00, my second was Free, paid only Taxes and fees which was $4.00 my third bill, with taxes and fees Was only $48.01, still $49.00 cheaper than T-Mobile, I didn't mention before T-Mobile, I was with Verizon, that monthly bill for one line was $117.00 When I called about the Consumer Cellulars advertisement on TV saying that Consumer Cellulars monthly bill for people over 50 was $35.00, I called them and asked if I would be able to get that rate also, even though I was already an existing customer? No explanations or excuses to the negative! The gentleman immediately, said, yes of course! , and changed my plan to reflect my monthly bill to the $35.00 rate! The service CC carries was not good at all actually. Nor did they disclose all the extra fees. Then when we finally switched, they didn't cancel the account when I requested. They then are trying to charge me for an additional month even though paid what I owed the day I cancelled.

The result, not unexpectedly, was disastrous. Half the phone screen turned black, or started pushing buttons itself, or wouldn't respond, or wouldn't turn on, and then, finally, it would just flashed a green screen at me at a nightclub rave tempo. Summary: worst case scenario. It was the weekend and I rely on my phone for personal life and work. I was panicking. I feared not only for my news feed, but for the clients that couldn't get ahold of me bright and early Monday morning. I googled the nearest place with the best reviews. Then searched again for anyone open on a Sunday at noon (not many). These guys popped up; I went in with a bank card and blind hope. Expecting to have to buy a cheap full-in phone until I could sort out this mess with Apple or AT&T. Expecting to kiss my savings account goodbye. These guys are outstanding. I walked in, explained the situation. They gave me a full quote and walked me though the possible damages and repair options. Sent me to kill time for an hour, and when I came back about 50 minutes later, they had it mostly fixed. They switched it between the old and new screen right in front of me so I could understand the situation. Opened it up and showed me the damages. I know nothing about the inner workings of an iPhone, but they broke it down for me unprompted so I could grasp what I was in for and what to expect. Told me the worst case scenario (needing to send it elsewhere for further repairs), but made it clear they'd do everything they could. Reminded me of any possible costs and double checked that I was okay with them. Never made me feel like I'd be left high and dry (which would've been fair; they fix phones, they don't perform magic, and I'd essentially sent it to the Shadow Realm). As a bonus, the guy who helped me was really polite about the privacy of my phone. Let me key in the password and double checked that I was okay with him entering any apps to confirm the functionality of the phone - even when going into Settings. Was super thorough and dedicated to making the phone 100% again, even when I admitted I was willing to just take a phone that could send texts, make calls, and receive emails. Friendly, calm, professional; that was exactly what I needed when looking at my year-old, $900 investment and control hub of my life, sitting possibly dead on the counter. Went to kill time for another 15 minutes. When I came back, he had it all patched up and gave me a rundown of the final fixes. Noted that one or two minor glitches did happen (battery level fluctuated some), but gave me the option of fixing that then (maybe unnecessary) or coming back if there was an issue with a $10 discount on replacing the battery. Never pressured me to buy anything else and was very frank about the state of my phone. I was in and out in an hour and a half, tops. I came in with a phone that probably needed a full replacement. Walked out with a fully functional phone that had a new screen, a few circuit repairs, and other minor tweaks that had it living life again. $100-ish dollars in total, on the weekend, less than three hours after I'd TOTALED the thing. I'll recommend these guys forever, and you won't catch me upgrading to a new phone again just because something is wrong with my old one. This place works miracles!

That's when I found Phone Repair Mobile Services LLC on Speedway in Tucson and I'm really glad I did. Jersain was extremely professional and helpful from the start. A lot of repair shops get nervous when a phone has already been opened by someone else but he didn't judge or make it a problem. Instead he calmly took a look at it explained what needed to be fixed and got straight to work. What impressed me most was his knowledge and attention to detail. You can tell he really understands phone hardware and isn't just guessing. He handled everything carefully and professionally and the repair came out great. My phone is now working perfectly again. The turnaround was quick the service was honest and the whole experience felt trustworthy. But when the iPhone came out with the finge rprint ID I couldn't use the OtterBox anymore and had to get a screen cover; this is the first place that I thought of. Man, what a great investment. The store has moved since I first year do business with them. Presently it's across from Hot Topic in the Tucson mall. Several times when my phone dropped, that screen protector has saved my screen from chips, scratches, and cracks. Once you buy the screen cover, if there's any problems, they replace it for five dollars. Over the last few years, I've replaced the cover six times, which is totally worth it initial investment, compared to replacing the screen on my iPhone pro max. The staff are super cool. I've never had to wait very long to get the new screen protector replaced. So do yourself a favor, and get your screen cover before your keys scratch it. They also replace batteries and screens on iPads, in addition to full service phone repairs. I got my iPad screen replaced and that took an hour. They sale cords and cases too.
