I originally went in this T-Mobile just for a monthly plan. The large female supervisor was nice enough, talked me into a newer free phone and plan. She tried to up sell me on a cover and screen protector. I passed on the cover, but needed something in case I dropped the phone. It took her almost and hour to switch my number. When she went to put on the screen protector, she kept trying to remove something from the screen. She said it was stuck to the screen protector. She said that was the last one and would call me to come in and get another. She never called, but I was charged $40+ for one faulty screen protector! I went into the store and she out right lied and rudely pointed at the supply. I told her that they were out when I got the phone. The "defective protector" was the last one. Then she looks up my number and tells me it was over the 14 days. Pretty much looked at me and laughed. Now, if there is a problem and an employee tells the customer they will correct the problem, they don't get nasty and tell you it is over the 14 days. I hate liars. This experience is why I do not like giving places like this my business. I am not sure how they get paid for up selling, but this employee lied and should be accountable & follow up as they promise. I came into the store to take care of an issue. I was told by the phone customer care that it would be possible to do this in store. After figuring out the problem, Daniel G went above and beyond to help me sort it out. Estella was helping me, I mean helping me. I m currently at V.A. Hospital due to a injury I received while in veitnam , now time has caught up to me and I am in the works of losing my leg. The reason I tell you this your attendant had to come out to the car to assist me. The service was even better than if I could have walk-in. I thank all of you at T-mobile but especially Estella. This is the BEST T mobile store ever! Both my husband and I were having issues with our phones and when we went to the store on Golf Links and Harrison we were taken care of immediately. Manny the manager along with Angel were amazing. They were able to get us new phones with only paying a little down. Then when I ran into another issue with my phone I went back and again Angel and Manny were amazing. They handled my issue so professionally. I also have to say that Osman and Daniella both were so helpful in helping me pick out the correct accessories that I needed. I recommend this store to anyone and everyone. Even if you live on the other side of town it would be worth the drive. I have been to other stores and hands down this is the best one and the only one I will go to. read more

This T-Mobil location provided me with probably the best customer service that I have ever experienced with any other cellphone carrier company. My response is based on Mr. Manny and his crew staff members. Manny was able to break down the billing and type of service that I was applying for at the time with excellent detail and ease. I am grateful for all his help and service and am happy to say that I am now a part of the T-Mobil customer family because of the service provided from the moment I walked through the door at this location. Hello, I just wanted to thank Manny an his fabulous staff at the T-Mobile on Golflinks & Harrison. I was recently referred by my son to this location due to his complete satisfaction an loyalty to that location. I was recently a loyal Verizon customer, but as of late I had lost faith in the brand as well as it level of customer service. I am a 69 year's old, and not exactly what some may call tech savvy with all these I-phones, and galexy this an that. I also don't like getting put on hold for 45 minutes any time I have a silly question like, "how do I set my clock". So I just assume I'd rather take the 5 minute drive to the store an ask one of those kids. I know at some point I became the annoying old lady that I'm sure apon my entrance came down to a formitable battle of paper rocks sissors as to who had to serv me that time. Towards the end of my Verizon life span I could sense the aggravation in these kids tone while answering my questions. I didn't take me long to be sold on switching to T-mobil. Today I am pleased to say what a great staff Manny has over there. I have already been back in that store at least ten times with my annoying questions an so far I have not seen anybody trying to go to lunch apon my entrance or any intence paper rocks sissors battles. Everyone thier no matter who's lucky day it is to serv me so far has been wonderfuly pleasent as well as completely knowledgeable as to any of my questions thus far. So I would say if your like me, and actually value good customer service as well as a very well trained employee's with thier products, and service.
