He was amazingi!!! The best employee I have had to help me with this. I have been dealing with this for months and kept getting the run around. He was patient, attentive and genuinely committed to helping me figure everything out. He took the time to carefully review my account, get on the phone with upper management to get this cleared up and explained everything. He went above and beyond! Im incredibly grateful for his help after so much frustartion with multiple failed attempts with others. Requesed an investigation regarding an additional account/line that was activated without my knowledge. When I purchased a $699 phone, I was told that the device price would be waived by adding a new line, and that I would only need to pay approximately $2 per month for the device over 24 months. Since I was adding a line for my son, I understood that I would be paying about $30 per month for the new line plus $2 per month for the phone on my existing account. However, nearly two years later, I discovered that there was an additional line on the account that I was unknowingly paying for every month. When I contacted T-Mobile, I was informed that I had signed paperwork agreeing to add two lines in order to receive the second phone for almost free. As a result, I ended up paying $30 per month for this extra line and my son's line+device &32 total 62 for almost two years. I was a user of Spectrum but found one day that they were charging me $122 per month for Internet and landline phone with unlimited international voice calls. I visited T-Mobile at Costco on Lomita Blvd. The manager fully convinced me to switch to T-Mobile. I got ready the next day and revisited to see the manager, but he was not available that day. So, I visited Torrance Office on Crenshaw Blvd. It was a big mistake because both the office manager and sales representative were very rude. There was a problem: the sales representative was not a native English speaker. He spoke fast, like a robot voice with a strong foreign accent. I had to ask him to stop from time to time. Then the office manager cut into our conversation and strangely accused me of not helping his worker. I was a customer, not him. I confused and upset. After exchanging a few words with both, suddenly, the manager told me to leave the store. The next day, I phoned T-Mobile head office and placed an order. There was a problem again, though. After I paid, I received two Wi-Fi boxes, one with 4G and the other with 5G. Two boxes? When I spoke with a technician to get setup instructions, I asked him why I received two sets of Wifi. He told me that T-Mobile made a mistake and double-charged me. If he had not said anything, I probably would have kept paying double because of the Auto-Pay system. It was great paying a lower monthly invoice, some of the services like traveling overseas & local connectivity was downgraded. After 3 years, I'm back!! I visited the store in Winter 2024 to learn about recent promotions for phone & plan services. I was looking into the iPhone 16 Pro 256GB that cost $1,099; T-Mobile was running a promotion: $630 discount with trade-in on Go5G (via 24 monthly bill credits when you add a line on qualifying rate plan & trade-in); their background paperwork notes the transaction as Trade-In Value: $170, $630 over 24 months. When I was ready to transition, Elizabeth helped with carrier service transfer to T-Mobile & iPhone upgrade. I even received a couple of holiday glassware (though the design/inscription came off after several washings that I'm concerned if this is quality glassware). After purchasing the new iPhone 16 Pro, the data transfer was stuck; had to call store for assistance. Shawn was patient in walking me through the process (data transfer was estimated for 4 hours). Customer service & the cellular service for the most part was excellent; this would have been a 5-star review. Then why the low/unsatisfactory rating? After a couple of months into the new data plan, I noticed a major discrepancy in the trade-in credit; I was incorrectly charged with the payment & credit (refer to pic), I should receive a $26.67 monthly promotional credit & pay $19.17 monthly installment payment for the iPhone 16 Pro 256GB. I stopped by the store to inquire about this mistake, & they said the correction will be made once they receive the trade-in iPhone, which should have been received since it's been 2 months (02/19/25) after my purchase & plan upgrade. I just recently checked again & the error has not been corrected; I'm currently overcharged by $82.50. If this continues to the end of the 24 monthly billing cycle, I will be erroneously charged $180. Maybe it's not that much to some, but I was laid off a couple of months ago, so every cent is meaningful to our family. I am frustrated because T-Mobile assured me that the erroneous billing would be correct. ＼(｀0´)／ It's been month & I don't like being swindled/taken advantage of. I plan to stop by the store again for a resolution & explanation to T-Mobile's error & the lack of action. Went in on June 30th when it opened and a worker asked what I needed and I told him that my phone has pop ups and I need help to fix it and he said he couldn't help me and that I would need a new phone. I didn't believe him so I went to another location and they fixed it in 20 seconds. What a liar and con man this person was. I was bounced around from customer service on the phone to the closest store by my work and was extremely frustrated with both. Neither was helpful are even willing to get to the bottom of my complicated situation. Upon arriving, we received no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. We were there for a simple online order pickup, yet there was no check-in process or queue, leaving us unsure how to proceed. When a representative became available, we approached him ourselves. He retrieved our order promptly but placed it on the counter without any communication, then went off to the side to play on his phone. He left the transaction to be handled by another employee who was already helping a different customer, so that person had to handle both customers at the same time. Overall, the customer service ranged from disengaged to borderline rude. I will not be visiting this location again, the experience lowered my overall perception of the T-Mobile brand. read more

My Mom and I are on the same account, and she been out of the country for awhile. That said, she has been using an international SIM. Upon return, she needed a new T-Mobile SIM as she has misplaced her old one. And that's how we ended up here. This was, by far, the best, easiest and fastest experience I've ever had at a T-Mobile. (T-Mobile Tuesdays don't count!) We came through and spoke to Frank. "No problem!" We were literally done in less than a minute - including him attaching the new SIM card. He also gave us a tip: tape her old international SIM card onto the card the new SIM came with so you never have to lose it again. Genius. This isn't the closest one to home, but thankful I found it (since we were in the area and I needed her phone activated STAT!) Frank was a huge help. Employees of T mobile musta had a bad day. Came off rude to me. I blew it off, but once my wife and him started telling each other they're rude. He told her it because I was being rude! That's when I started, Ok bro, don't tell me I'm being rude after I gave you a pass thinking you had a bad day. Top it off he walked away and the supervisor took over and didn't want to hear my wifeys explanation and told us we shouldn't raise over voices which. I raise my voice to talk over their raised voice saying relax, young blood! But the supervisor took us at fault. I pay about $900 month for my business lines. I would think we get treated a little better. Or at least hear out what happened. ATT we are open to see what you can do for us. Hope you start with better customer service. They need better customer service. My husband and I went in to get him a new phone. It took over 45 mins to get service. We were acknowledged when we came in and no one approached us until 45 mins later. Today my daughter went in to get accessories and the customer service was poor. The staff had attitudes like they did not want to be there. She left without her accessories. If I could give them a zero I would. The management needs to have some retraining for customer service. I recently transferred over to T-Mobile from another wireless carrier. I did all the transactions online but when it came over to porting over my cell number I ran into issues. I called the T-mobile phone support several times and unfortunately did not get the best service on the phone. I decided to go over to this T-Mobile store instead and the service here was outstanding! It was like light and day between the phone support service and the actual store service. Kristopher the employee who helped us and he was simply outstanding! He knew exactly what to do to resolve the issue we were having with porting over the cell number. Just so you know, I believe the issue wasn't on the T-mobile side, but rather the phone manufacturer's side. So, happy customer, diligent representative. And T-mobile as a whole is a great network that costs less than the other big 2. With the added benefit of free roaming in many other countries - Mexico for example. When they first merged with Sprint, their systems were, to put it nicely, in disarray. But they've got them fixed so now all is good. Also, they moved their over-the-phone customer support back to the U.S. and that has made a ton of positive difference! read more

This location is conveniently on my way home from work. I stop in here a lot to pay my bill with cash. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I am currently in the process of transferring my AT&T wireless account to T-Mobile since their prices are wayyyy better. Two lines with T-Mobile cellular costs less than one wireless line with AT&T and the coverage is just as good. I'm always looking for the best value and T-Mobile is it! This review is not about any T-Mobile location, it's about the T-Moblie company. I found a small overcharge on our bill, and was told that it has been like that since 2019, and I would be reimbursed for the complete amount. Called back a month later and was told the reimbursement would only be for the last 90 days, and that we owed $120.00 for a router that was sent to us back in 2015, I never asked for one or got one. Called back the next day because it didn't sound fair, and then was told, there would no reimbursement at all, so I decided to leave T-Mobile for Verizon. I transferred all four of our phones to Verizon, (only had one phone with me at the time but was given SIM cards for the other three), and one phone would not work after installing the SIM cards. Called Verizon and was told that the one phone was locked and I had to call T-Mobile. Called T-Mobile, and was told the phone was locked because we still owed $60.00 on it, I paid off the phone and was told it would be unlocked in 24 hours. Called back 24 hours later, and then was told it could take up to 48 hours. Called back 48 hours later, waited on hold for an hour and 15 mins, then the person told be they need three more days, and I had to wait until the end of my billing cycle. What if I had three more weeks left until my next billing cycle? We would have a locked phone for that long? That's not how it works. I kept pushing that I was told 48 hours, and someone needed to make it happen now. The person on the phone said it was what he was being told by his supervisor, I asked to speak to this person, was transferred to another line, waited on hold for 30 more mins, but found out that I was actually just put back into the cue of calls, the next person that answered was not a supervisor and knew nothing about my issue. I feel like T-Mobile was going out their way to screw with me because I switched to Verizon and there was no need to provide me service. Please,,, do not use T-Mobile!!!!!!! read more

I had upgraded a line of SERVICE with SPRINT , now T MOBILE . under a promotional offer. Which was ,on contract of 18 months I would get a monthly Credit os app $ 17 every month,provided old upgraded equipment was returned to SPRINT. Equipment was shipped thru UPS to SPRINT warehouse and received by SPRINT WAREHOUSE This was confirmed by UPS as well as SPRINT customer care and they also noted this . However, since this credit did not appear on my account.I called Customer care . After checking , I was told that their WAREHOUSE had not updated in the System, hence the problem.However I was given immediate credit and assured me me that they are opening a TKT and that issue will be resolved and that it will be taken care of. Behold this never happened . Month after month I had to call CUSTOMER Care and story would REPEAT ,Credit Given, Tkt generated, issue not resolved. On average for each encounter I wasted 1-2 hours on phone. Issue not resolved,each month for at least 10 months. Behold now we are in 2023. T Mobile takes over BILLING from Sprint.Now begins RUN AROUND. T Mobile To Sprint , Sprint to T mobile and this went on and on.NO CREDIT GIVEN. Finally T Mobile informs me that they know nothing about SPRINT promotion. However ,they will generate a TKT and it will take 2 to 3 billing cycles to find and try to do needful ,if possible. NO COMMITMENT As of today T Mobile seem to be in LA LA LAND that is no RESOLUTION TO THE ISSUE. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM T Mobile read more
