Stay away from this company! We had a contract with the American Security in Hudson Ohio. Our…read moreexperience was horrible. Our Alarm went off on three different nights and they never called us or the police. They claimed they didn't get the alarm. Then when we wanted to get a new company they told us it would cost over $1000 to cancel our contract. After much arguing and negotiating they charged me $400 to cancel my contract and I asked them to come and get their equipment. After 3 times not showing up they came and took out half the equipment. The new company said they could not install our new system since American never deprogrammed their equipment. I had them back out and they still didn't and when I called they said they never deprogram their system. I will have to buy a complete system from my new company which is going to be quite costly. Do not get involved with this company they only give you the "run around" and "lip service. They are horrible once they get your money! Stay away!

The colors were all washed out and dim. This was after we waited weeks for them the finish it. They kept telling us that the part was on order and wasn't in yet. My guess is that they may have used an aftermarket part, and not an original HP part to replace the screen and the driver. Very unhappy with the result. After they replaced it and turned it on, they could easily see that the screen behavior was sub-par, but they went ahead and gave it back to us. I would be very wary about using their services in the future.
