However, they confused my grandfather who believed they needed the wifi to fix my grandmothers phone. When we went into cancel it, they then told us we had to call the national line to request a refund for the trial run of the wifi router they gave my grandpa in store. They also kept trying to tell me to set it up for them when I went into cancel it. It took about an hour altogether to cancel the trial run. They did not tell my grandparents they could not return it in store. While none of this costed money, it was incredibly confusing even for me. They are fine employees, but relentless salespeople who caused a hassle for my grandparents that I had to solve on Thanksgiving break.

Well, guess what? Turns out I didn't know that the toner cartridge had to be taken out of the old unit holder, and the new cartridge put in. Then for a couple months, I was getting 2 bills, one for the service I was getting before the switch, and one for the new u-verse. So I was being billed for the same services twice (internet and home phone) at 2 different prices. I took the matter to a supervisor and they fixed the problem immediately, the double bills stopped immediately, and they even refunded some of my money for the trouble. And even though the new u-verse cost more, they gave me a discount for the first year. Their excellent customer service made all the difference.
