However, they confused my grandfather who believed they needed the wifi to fix my grandmothers phone. When we went into cancel it, they then told us we had to call the national line to request a refund for the trial run of the wifi router they gave my grandpa in store. They also kept trying to tell me to set it up for them when I went into cancel it. It took about an hour altogether to cancel the trial run. They did not tell my grandparents they could not return it in store. While none of this costed money, it was incredibly confusing even for me. They are fine employees, but relentless salespeople who caused a hassle for my grandparents that I had to solve on Thanksgiving break.

T-Mobile store in South Euclid is corporately managed store, not an authorized retailer. In theory,…read morethis means that you can complete various transactions and receive better support. In practice, the experience is lacking. PHONE INTERACTIONS: Prior to coming to this store, I did not have a great time becoming T-Mobile customer. On average, I spent around 3 hours on the phone setting up service and completing other transactions either corporate. During the process, I called this store in South Euclid about purchasing a new phone. They were very dismissive and sent me to corporate. After the setup was complete, corporate sent me back to the store to mail back my phone (trade-in) for added convenience. I wish that I chose another location or sent it via another service. STORE EXPERIENCE: I arrived at the store and immediately serviced which was great. The employee assisting me couldn't have been more disinterested in my transaction. He was heavily leaning on the counter, watching TV show episodes on his phone, and eyeing attractive customers during my transaction. During my interaction I had no idea what was going on and the status. There were no words exchanged and no opportunity to ask questions. I observed other staff very openly rolling their eyes at customers. It is in no way a good customer service. I found the experience to be strange. STORE: The store is centrally located in a plaza on Cedar Road in South Euclid. It is easily accessible from South Euclid, Cleveland Heights, and Beachwood. It's right down the street from the highway if you're traveling. The parking lot is spacious but hard to navigate. There are "no entry" signs to the main road (Cedar) and other parts of the parking lot. The plaza contains other big retailers and some restaurants in case you need to run a few errands. The store is clean and well stocked. I was surprised that even mostly sold out iPhone 17 cases were available at this location. Overall, this is not the store that I'll be returning to. While it's clean and centrally located, the service is very disappointing. I'll visit another store in the future and hope for better experience.

Hair down to his mid-waist, fingernails nails I would estimate that 4 to 5 inches in length. This is the impression Verizon is making on me, which is a tad scary and a lot off-putting. He then pointed to an intern whom he advised was an intern who had absolutely no authority whatsoever, and, consequently, there was no point in talking to her. I am on a business account with my nephew's business, and, after advising this impressive Verizon employee (8 years of experience he informed me) )immediately advised me that he was not authorized to communicate with me. He then turns his back to me, walks away, and telephones my nephew. My nephew and I were not impressed. I then grabbed my phone(my problem was a crack in the front cover) and left the store. Verizon simply must not be interested in over-the-counter business in small retail. Absolutely disturbing.

Interaction #2: Even though there were no other customers in the store, the manager was annoyed to answer my questions and said I should call customer service instead of bringing my questions there. He passed me off to another (more pleasant) employee, left the store, and returned smelling strongly of marijuana. He then stood by and oversaw further mistaken adjustments to my account without noticing I was on the wrong plan for my situation. Interaction 3: The manager refused to take any responsibility for incorrect information given out by his employees and that he did not notice. He offered no assistance. He was rude and raised his voice. Resorting to phone customer service finally, I was only refunded $150 of $300. My advice: Go to any other Verizon location, not this one, or dial 611 for customer service rather than deal with incompetence and unpleasantness. Verizon should find a non-customer facing role for this current manager, train his much more pleasant employees so that they have correct information, and promote one of them into his position instead.

Please be aware of sneaky sales tactics and understand their unforgiving return policy thoroughly…read morebefore you make a purchase. I was really shocked at the service I received today. I had done business here three years ago and was really happy with my experience. Today I walked in asking for the deal I saw online - $199 for an IPhone 12. I accidentally said "I'd like to get the deal online I saw for $199 for an IPhone 11." I'm a mom of three, exhausted, accidentally said the wrong phone name. I figured since it is their sale and this is the employee, he would be able to correct me if I'm wrong. I have came into this store in the past and was honored online deals in store. Right away he got phone cases and a screen protector. I told him that my husband likes to pick out these things and that I didn't want them. He said that in order to get the promotion (the phones for $199 each) I needed to buy these things and that they are virtually free. Then I noticed he had phone chargers. I asked about how much those were and that we like to buy our own. Again, he said they were included in this promotion and they were virtually free. I get home after all of this and my husband notices that we have iPhone 11s and not 12s. I was so confused. I reviewed the receipts and I was charged $105 for accessories and that an upgrade was used for my son's phone. Then I realized, why would I need to buy accessories in order to use my son's upgrade? I called up there right away and he told me they can't be exchanged and I would have to pay $260 to get the 2 IPhone 12s, and I could not get a refund on the accessories. Be sure you understand their return policy before you buy something from them. It is not forgiving. Online I could have gotten two IPhone 12s for around $498 including activation fees and taxes. Today I paid more for two older phones, two Iphone 11s for $522.33 including activation fees and taxes. I was told that if I wanted to buy just a phone, he would have told me to just buy it online because they make their money off of accessories, not the phone. He explained that he has turned many customers away because of that. So I asked him why he didn't advise me to do that when I told him we only wanted the phones and to add my daughter onto our plan. He didn't have a valid response besides all he could do is have me pay the $260 more, and give us two new screen protectors worth $50. He did give my husband and I the owners number. We called the owner. He said the same things. He did say we could pay $200 more, instead of $260 more, to exchange for the IPhone 12s. At this point we already paid more for IPhone 11s than IPhone 12s. We'd be paying $244 more on top of already overpaying for IPhone 12s in store than what we could have purchased them for in store. Steve was very nice during the sale. He was respectful during the frustration of this situation. Same with the owner. What I really did not like and why I will never be a customer of this location again, is the sneaky sales tactics used in order to make money.
