A young woman told us with an attitude, that the phone sent to replace my mothers 3g phone should be thrown away. Really? Nothing could have been further from the truth. She said the lowest price was $80 although the sign behind her clearly said 70 with autopay. I didn't get her name but I did get Jordan's name at this location. He was thorough and helped us know what our options were and took great care of us. He went above and beyond to help. The woman before us left smiling and so did we!

I went into the store knowing what I wanted and purchased a Moto Z4 because I work for a newspaper and it has the BEST camera out there as far as megapixels go. The sales girl asked me, "Why the Moto Z4?" I told her because I like the camera...she tried to sell me the Google Pixel. She said, "When I think of good cameras, I think the Google Pixel." GP has an 8 mega px camera for over 900.00, the MZ4 is 48 mega px for 499.00...commission right???? LOL, know your product first; they don't. She actually called me on it. I ordered an Otter box for my new phone, which was also ordered, at this store on August 23 while I was in town for three weeks visiting my son before and for his wedding. I never received an email with the receipt and tracking number for either purchase but the phone was being shipped to the store while the case was being shipped to my son's house, I waited; the email never came and neither did the item. I returned to the store on August 28th to pick up the phone that had arrived (they were supposed to call me when it arrived, but never did...I went into the store physically to check on it and it was in). I also checked on the Otter box because it hadn't arrived and couldn't get any assistance with that order because they couldn't pull it up on the computer????????? The rep that took my payment wasn't in. They'd have to get back to me about the tracking number...THEY DIDN'T. I went back into the store on the 29th. They had the wrong address for shipping...they changed it and I was again supposed to receive an email with the tracking number and details; I didn't. I waited the three to five days delivery time again; no product...I called the store for several days, trying several times each day, nobody ever answered the phone and guess what....NO VOICEMAIL capabilities. I had to return home to Arizona and decided I'd get corporate involved.......Oh Heavens, what a mistake that was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I seriously don't suggest dealing with this company if you already have blood pressure issues; I'm pretty sure you'll have a stroke. I spoke with Elijah first...he was fully aware of the story above and was sorry for my not receiving my item...he couldn't give me a refund but could give me store credit in the same amount ?!?!?!?! Ummm, why would I want store credit when I clearly live 2000 miles away? Elijah knew that, imagine, as a semi intelligent individual, my shock at the suggestion; I'm not sure the sarcasm was stifled much in my answer. I said "No, I want a refund, no reorder of the item, I'm not shopping in your store again, I want my money back...it's $32.34; you took it out of my account, credit it back. He had to put me on hold for a very long time to get authorization/help or whatever to do that. I believe he tried contacting the store...he didn't get an answer either so he was trying to contact a supervisor at HIS office...he couldn't. He couldn't contact anyone but assured me that I would receive a call back that afternoon by him, the store manager or someone who would be able to help me. It was late and there was a three hour time difference so I specifically asked him what time the center closed and if he worked the following day, he told me, "I actually have tomorrow and the following day off, I'll make sure you get a call today." HE NEVER CALLED BACK...the store never called. I called back and spoke with Elijah again, this time he promised me that because it was the end of the day and the store never answered their phone, he would personally call me in the morning with some information yadda, yadda, yadda....he just told me minutes before he was off for the next two days; this wasn't even possible so he LIED to me. I called the following day...spoke with another customer service rep who told me that she spoke with the store but nobody had any knowledge of my order; I'd have to wait until the manager got in. SHE CALLED THE WRONG STORE; she called one that I had never heard of in a town that I also have never heard of and said, "That's the store you told me." I couldn't have, I NEVER heard of the place or store she called and I lived in Ohio for 44 years but guess what; she made the mistake of reading her computer screen out loud and the correct store was right in front of her face. How could you call the wrong store when my account and receipt information told you what store to call and blame it on me telling her something else? I was angry, I wanted a manager NOW... I couldn't speak with a supervisor at corporate because they were in a meeting....again, wait and we'll call back; no surprise there. Three hours later I called back and finally, got someone with some knowledge who did get a hold of the correct store and manager who supposedly issued me a refund, I got an email this time but the refund hasn't reached the bank yet...funny, the deduction came through as a pending charge right immediately.

T-Mobile store in South Euclid is corporately managed store, not an authorized retailer. In theory,…read morethis means that you can complete various transactions and receive better support. In practice, the experience is lacking. PHONE INTERACTIONS: Prior to coming to this store, I did not have a great time becoming T-Mobile customer. On average, I spent around 3 hours on the phone setting up service and completing other transactions either corporate. During the process, I called this store in South Euclid about purchasing a new phone. They were very dismissive and sent me to corporate. After the setup was complete, corporate sent me back to the store to mail back my phone (trade-in) for added convenience. I wish that I chose another location or sent it via another service. STORE EXPERIENCE: I arrived at the store and immediately serviced which was great. The employee assisting me couldn't have been more disinterested in my transaction. He was heavily leaning on the counter, watching TV show episodes on his phone, and eyeing attractive customers during my transaction. During my interaction I had no idea what was going on and the status. There were no words exchanged and no opportunity to ask questions. I observed other staff very openly rolling their eyes at customers. It is in no way a good customer service. I found the experience to be strange. STORE: The store is centrally located in a plaza on Cedar Road in South Euclid. It is easily accessible from South Euclid, Cleveland Heights, and Beachwood. It's right down the street from the highway if you're traveling. The parking lot is spacious but hard to navigate. There are "no entry" signs to the main road (Cedar) and other parts of the parking lot. The plaza contains other big retailers and some restaurants in case you need to run a few errands. The store is clean and well stocked. I was surprised that even mostly sold out iPhone 17 cases were available at this location. Overall, this is not the store that I'll be returning to. While it's clean and centrally located, the service is very disappointing. I'll visit another store in the future and hope for better experience.

Customer service was friendly and attentive. MY APPLE STORE EXPERIENCE -- I visited Apple to inquire about upgrading my iPhone 11 to a newer phone. The male employee who assisted me was friendly but I did have to ask him a lot of questions. He also didn't know a few things which is fine because he asked a manager to answer my questions. Also, Apple, at that time, had very few deals on trading in old phones to get a new phone, so I left sad (haha). Granted, my iPhone 11, had a badly cracked front screen (LOL). Also, trading-in an older iPhone model will only get you $20-$45 off a new phone which is not much at all. After leaving Apple, I went to a local Verizon store where I was able to surprisingly get the brand new iPhone (the iPhone 16) at $830 off just for trading in my old iPhone 11. Verizon currently appears to have the best deals out of all phone carriers. If you are looking for a new iPhone, Verizon is currently accepting any old phone, at any condition, as a trade-in offer. So, you'll get your new cell phone paid off in 2 years - Verizon will take money off your bill every month until the phone is paid off. I still got to keep my regular monthly bill and infact, my new plan is now cheaper with a new phone because I did not add the Verizon insurance. I eventually added AppleCare+ to my phone incase of any accidental damage or theft/loss. I also have an extra $5 or $10 off my Verizon bill with auto-pay. Overall, I had no issues while visiting because I just came to ask a quick inquiry. If you want better deals then I don't suggest visiting Apple because mostly everything is at full price. Go to your phone carrier instead such as Verizon or TMobile for discounts. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd love to come explore the Eton shopping centre including the Apple Store again. **** GOAL of 150 reviews in 2024 - 123/150 total reviews in 2024 - 772 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 8 December 2024
