They said after market screen would work fine so he paid the $200 for it. By Wednesday that following week a line appeared back on the screen. Keep in mind they said they guarantee their work. When my husband went back to them there was nothing they would do to replace the after market and my husband even offered to pay the difference to go to a new screen but they refused to take back the old screen they sold him and do anything for him. On May 21, 2019, we entered what we thought was a Verizon store (the Verizon signage on the storefront is very clear) and were told by the sales manager that it was the final day of a joint promotion offered by Verizon and Google for a free Pixel 3 phone. We were assured that by taking advantage of this promotion and by making some other changes, our monthly Verizon bill would actually be lower than when we arrived. Imagine our shock when our monthly Verizon bill came later, not lower but significantly higher!! We immediately called Verizon and were informed this is not a Verizon store, it is a Victra store, a third party retailer, "an indirect store for Verizon" that acts independently, and there was no free Pixel promotion for May. Our "free" cell phone was actually a Verizon-leased phone that cost $830 to be paid over two years in monthly lease fees! Never once were we told about the $830 cost or that there would be any monthly financing through Verizon. Furthermore, there were additional monthly service fees and two 24-month contracts set up that the sales manager had also failed to inform us about. Outraged, we went right back to the Victra store and confronted the sales manager. We told him we were promised a free phone because of the promotion we were led to think we were getting, and his response was that he didn't say "free," he said "like free." He refused to budge and refused to honor the free phone promotion. And now we're stuck. Stuck paying a ridiculous amount of money for a phone we, as seniors on a fixed income, would never have otherwise bought, and fooled by other persistent upselling sales practices, as well. Don't be betrayed and taken advantage of by Victra the way we were. Be careful.

After starting the new phone process, the salesman, who I believe is the main manager, offered her an iPad deal. She said she didn't want it. We do not need an iPad. He came back and said why wouldn't you it's free in store and kept fast talking her. Thinking that it was free (plus the side effects of the cancer has her not as sharp minded as she used to be), she agreed. We find out when get the bill that free in store means you do not pay in the store. It's financed plus their is a line charge. The free iPad will set us back $350+ when it's all done. We tried to return the unused iPad. There was no admission that what was said could be misleading and the manager just double down that his sales pitch is fine. Asking him to make amends and undo the transaction was no use. Just stood behind the early termination clause and a penalty that is more than the $350. My opinion. They are not reputable.

But that has changed…read more I have a phone that I cracked the screen after 4 years of owning it and ended up bringing it here because Spectrum is a terrible company, and made a mistake on my account, and would not Warrenty my phone. So after 3 months of fighting with them, I gave up, and came here because my screen was pretty much done at that point... (Couldn't see the bottom half). So I call, they quoted about $200 to do the screen on my s23 ultra. Not bad, let's do it! I get the phone back and the first thing i noticed is the back was peeling off, so he took it in the back and "fixed" it.. then i get it back 10 minutes later and it is clearly an aftermarket screen, rounded edges, doesn't show the whole picture, less pixels, and the bottom pixels started glitching! So I ask why its like that, and Sam said because it was an aftermarket screen, and the glitch was because it was slightly defective which is covered under Warrenty. And then I asked him, why didn't you give me options from the beginning? I dont want that... he then (after the fact) gave me options for a refurbished Samsung oem screen or a brand new Samsung oem service pack.. I chose the service pack. He then said it was almost $500 for that! At first I didn't believe it until I did some research and he gave me a discount for the troubles which was very nice. So I brought it back, and got the new "service pack". A day later the whole screen went green and the phone was more unusable then it come in!! On a Friday before the 4th of July so I had to wait almost a week for them to send the phone to Samsung for them to say it was "physical damage " which is not true! I never dropped or put pressure, and had an otter box case on the phone and even Sam agreed with me! So someone had to of messed up the install. He then told me that he would only charge me half for a new screen of my choosing. So I picked the refurbished Samsung screen.. and Sam said he would have it done the next day, and would be there, and that I could have the old broken screen. I get there the next day, and Sam is not there ( this was the second time this happend) and that Savan guy was there.. quiet, and slightly reluctant, not super friendly or polite. He hands me my phone, and the first thing I notice immediately is the back is pealing off (that sound familiar?) ... so he takes it back and I waited for 10 minutes for that to be done the correct way... again... He also refused to give me the old broken screen that Sam said I could have but showed me a little capacitor that supposedly was the issue, he said they could use parts off if the old screen.. What a bunch of scammers! He was also pretty rude till I explained what Spectrum had put me through and this whole process.. THEN he kind of lightened up. I get home and my screen is AGAIN glitching out if noowhere... Touching, scrolling and doing things without me touching the screen! I adjusted some settings (turned off sensative touch etc) and it helped but it still is not the same, and is hard to do precision things.. I will never come here again. I dont recommend. I have an iPad that needs a screen, a computer that needs fixed and a few other things that I was about to bring, and many people to refer, but now I'll take my business elsewhere. If the service pack would have been done correctly the first time, or at least been covered seeing how I never dropped the phone, or damaged it myself, I would have paid the full price for the original service pack if the phone wouldn't have broke. This is assinine, and i hope upper management, and the owner sees this! I think Sam was trying to help, but whoever did the installs needs to go back to school!!

I was looked directly in the eye and lied to about my contract and terms, my bill and the phones I purchased. I have not once received a follow up call and have had to spend countless hours on the phone with customer service reps trying to help me. If I could do it all over again I would never go here. Go to a real AT&T store and not this authorized dealer because if you run into any issue they will do NOTHING to help you come to a resolution.
