They provide efficient service and are so knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. When I stopped by to drop off my shoes and they were taking me through what my shoes needed, I knew I was dealing with experts and felt great comfort that my boots of over 10 years would be well cared for. I questioned why I would pay twice to get the job I hired him for and he replied that it needed additional service to actually fix the problem! I then told him that I wanted my money back for the insufficient job....he flat out refused! Bad service and bad business practice!
