They did not reimburse me for the shipping charges both ways, even though the error was on their end. When I spoke with a manager, I was told to "let it go." As a business owner myself, I found this extremely unprofessional. I would never speak to a customer that way, nor would I fail to take responsibility for an incorrect product.
