My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at this hardware store today. From the moment…read morewe walked in, we felt unwelcome and judged. The staff treated us with rudeness and suspicion that made us extremely uncomfortable. it was clear we were being profiled based on how we looked, well on how my husband looked, which is unacceptable anywhere-espicially in a business that should be serving the community with fairness and respect. I would love for this establishment to know all the wonderful things about my husband, he is and an amazing husband, father, teacher, and Veteran. Unfortunately all these wonderful things are lost to some based on the color of his skin. No one should be made to feel singled out or discriminated against just for walking into a store. We will not be returning, and we feel it's important to share this experience so others are aware.

They do not sell furniture legs, but they do sell the ever popular and modern hairpin legs. They're made in metal. We felt that for our project the cost was not viable. We did walk around and found so many neat woodworking machines, tools, wood and more. There is a room full of live edge wood pieces. I feel that they were reasonably priced. I also noticed that in another room this lady was working on a wood piece. It seems that they may be offering woodworking classes, I'm not sure. So in conclusion although they did mot have what I needed, I'm glad to have visited. It opens my eyes and mind to other projects.

All other locations do their best to get you the best value and to help save you time, but here they really just don't give a *beep*. One example is that they did not have enough single cans of primer for my project, so I had to find out on my own where to go/what to do since I needed it in a few days and ordering at their store would take too long. When I got home, I called another the Bainbridge location. They did not have enough either but looked up a place that did.
