While in Provo Utah on an RV trip, my Galaxy phone's USB port would not hold the cable. I happen to see CPR repair and I walked in, expecting to pay a lot of money for a replacement USB port as well as a battery. I was greeted by Nasato who checked to see if the necessary parts were in stock and he took my phone to Rylee, the phone tech. Five minutes later, both Nasato and Rylee came from the back and informed me that the only thing wrong with my phone was a dirty USB C port. Rylee cleaned it out and my phone works flawlessly. What I appreciate the most is that these two guys were honest and efficient. They could have sold me repairs and parts that I didn't need and I would be none the wiser. Totally recommend this business because nowadays, honest repair people are rare as unicorns.

What is happening at Provo Staples? I hope this is a short…read moreterm issue. I went in for Amazon return and it was very busy. No other assistance but one guy Michael. He was working hard and the supervisor Daniel was just pecking at him IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. Small stuff about how he need to pick it up, or just figure it out when a hand held scanner went dead. There were 3 other coworkers there standing, but the supervisor didn't get them to help, and no one offered. Seems like a little more shift supervisor training would go a long way. Unfortunate.
