We were really impressed on how he handled our situation, from looking up our account, giving us the options that we can choose, and making it super easy for us to get a hold of him again if we had additional future questions! Chris T. kept in touch with us for the next two weeks, from ordering our new iPhones, trade in process, and setting up our new ones - making sure it was a smooth transition. Oh how I wish every Verizon employee can show the sincerity Chris expressed in making sure we felt important as customers! He is exemplary!

Was greeted by a newer worker who midway through helping us had to leave. Store manager then took over the appointment and further explained a promotion deal that sounded like a reasonable option. Somewhat taken aback when assistant manager declared his dislike for Apple products . Also noticed an employee sitting at top of one of the tables and possibly a third employee peeking out from the back room . We felt as if we were disturbing their program watching. Upon finding out that daughters current phone needed to be backed up, and hearing the assistant manager tell us the Wi-Fi "sucks" in this location, we opted to do so at home. Before leaving the store we asked if the promotion would be available on Monday and we were told "I can 100% guarantee you probably that it will be because we are always given the heads up before it changes". We returned on Monday and were helped by another employee and discovered the promotion deal was not being offered. No real surprise but aggravating nonetheless. The employee who helped us on Monday evening was much more knowledgeable, helpful and able to answer our questions. Daughter left with new iPhone so mission accomplished. Another time I had to have a cracked screen replaced. My helper, I believe wanted me to just transfer my apps on another repaired iPad. I was adamant about keeping mine. The replacement screen was pricy, they tried to get the best deal for me. I think it was $100 off. It was still in the higher $100's. I second guessing myself and paid it. A year later the on button wasn't set. I took it in, to repair the button, they had to replace the screen, it cracked when they tried to remove it. It had been just over a year since I had replaced it. They could have said sorry, it's not under warranty. They didn't, they repaired it for free. I have gotten ZERO answers for why others were allowed to add products to my account.
