They can't help me with transferring phone and numbers . Had to go back 3 times to the store they weren't even busy . Then Logan said he did add people to my account . Come find out he didn't . I went back today after a negative experience yesterday evening. I spoke to a manager who was very understanding as I vented to him about the things that had frustrated me the day before. He knew about the situation and he was so helpful in making it right. The two customer service reps I worked with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The site said closes at 8, the door says closes at 8, but when we got there at 7:30 the doors were locked and employees were all standing around talking. Not sure what's going on but if your hours have changed at least update the sign on the door... read more

We had a lot of numbers to move over, some phones to buy, some to trade, some to upgrade - we brought in so many different problems and asks and everything was handled beautifully. It was so simple and easy. I have been into this store for different things three times in 2021 and every time, every employee is so helpful and friendly and fixes all the problems. The reps here lie and have no clue about what products and services they offer. I had to go to Costco to get the right answers about the plans, phones and cost. Reps in the store kept arguing about what my total cost would be. I transferred over from Verizon and I had a LG gizmo pal watch and the T-Mobile reps in the store said that I could get a prepaid card and it would work. Needless to say it does not work and has no possible way of working with the gizmo pal watch. It's been less than 24 and they refuse to refund me. And conveniently the manager again when the T-Mobile rep goes in the back to call them with NO help about the issue. My advice is to go to Costco and get the right info the first time. read more

The workers there are very rude and never want to help, if you don't like helping customers then find a new job! They always seem like they have an attitude, had to drive to a farther location just to get the help that was needed and definitely felt welcomed at the other location. read more

blic service announcement: T-Mobile is terrible! I switched from Verizon to save some money. They told me they would pay any early termination fees with Verizon (Carrier Freedom) and set me up with an iPhone 8 BOGO. As I tried to redeem rebates, they told me that I could not combine the 2 promotions. They didn't care one bit about the sales rep lying to me. I heard a different story from every rep I talked to. They offered me a one time $50 slap in the face bill credit. Without them honoring what I was promised, I would pay $15 more per month for what turned out to be inferior service. I have canceled and will not be back. T-Mobile is the worst!! read more

If I could give them no stars I would, first off they time says 10am I get there at 10:30 to find a sign in the door saying they dont open tell eleven, to me that wa not a big deal so I stayed tell opened, I was the second person in the door. I got ignored the first 15min. Then finally one of the kids walks around and gets everybody info in order as we came in, after he does this him and the other kid that are not helping other people come out to start helping people, he presides to tell after they help 3 other people he can help me. So needles to say, I did not get my phone changed out. read more
