We left and called this store to order some boots that liked online that ended up being the wrong size. We were offered the opportunity to return them initially or go to another red wing store. No red wing store had them in stock so we called Orem to ask if we could order the right pair. We were told we would get a call back from Aimee in 30 minutes when she got to work but it ended being 4 days later. To our surprise it was the manager of whom we had never spoken to outside of just seeing him at Orem who called and refused to help. He stated that we knew it was a discount store and that all sales are final. We told him that although they are a discount store, we called in to give Aimee the commission on creating an order for us on a style we viewed online and that they were the wrong size. We told him that we needed to hurry and get a solution to this situation but he refused and started to give us a number for customers care then hung up. We called back and got no answer.Now we are stuck with a pair of boots that don't fit. If you go here and see a guy with a long beard with an attitude. Walk out. This Red Wing franchise doesn't deserve to be associated with such a good boot maker. The stone was replaced quickly and I also got an appraisal on it for a low price (in my opinion). Initially, I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair, as it didn't quite match the original look of my chain. However, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They listened to my concerns and asked if they could take a bit more time to refine the repair. They ended up laser cutting the chain to perfectly match the original pattern, and the result was fantastic. While the experience had a rocky start, I truly appreciate how Jared and their team stood behind the quality of their work and upheld their commitment to customer satisfaction.
