Our trade ins for our phones took us to this location for picking up new ones. Although we didn't walk out with our new iPhones, the General Manager here, Chris T., gave us probably the best customer service we've ever received from a store front location! We were really impressed on how he handled our situation, from looking up our account, giving us the options that we can choose, and making it super easy for us to get a hold of him again if we had additional future questions! Chris T. kept in touch with us for the next two weeks, from ordering our new iPhones, trade in process, and setting up our new ones - making sure it was a smooth transition. Oh how I wish every Verizon employee can show the sincerity Chris expressed in making sure we felt important as customers! He is exemplary! read more

The overall experience was frustrating, and one employee was not helpful, but Jordan was fantastic and easy to work with.

I've been with Verizon for 10 years and have loved their service until now. Verizon raised my bill by removing my loyalty discount, then only offered it back if I paid more to stay on postpaid. When I switched to prepaid to save money going through financial trouble, my number broke, not able to call, text, or use data. I spent 40+ hours on the phone, swapped 5 SIMs, visited stores 8 times, and went 20 days without service--missing critical calls, even over my birthday, and losing access to accounts. I was billed for both prepaid and postpaid, promised refunds that never came, and told to "wait for credits." Verizon's systems don't work together and their refund policies punish customers. I'm filing a claim with the FCC over their handling of number porting, refund abuses, and negligent account management. Verizon cares more about money than their customers. read more

I arrive close to closing time desperately needing help to get my work phone working. I could not receive or send out any text unless they had an iPhone. Both Joseph and Clint (the store manager) stayed at least 15 minutes after close to troubleshoot my phone and get it working again. read more

Cory was a great help!! Had a horrible experience with a Verizon in Draper. Bought a new phone, numbers were switched. It was a nightmare now my daughter needed a new phone and I didn't want to relive that nightmare Cory was very helpful. Making sure things were done correctly. He even helped fix a problem we still had from that last experience, he took time out of his personal time to make sure that things were taken care of. Walmart mobile has better service then Verizon. I can't send texts or receive them.

The guy that was there this afternoon wasn't helpful at all. First I had to wait and he finally looked up and asked if he could help me. I was having issues with my doordash app and notifications. It doesn't make sounds anymore and I have to keep closing it and opening it back up. He told me I need to contact doordash. I already had last month and it still didn't solve it. I thought he would be knowledgeable and helpful. He couldn't even look at my phones and make sure everything was set right. I can see why it's always dead there! I wouldn't have gone with Verizon if I went here when I got it. read more

I went in to get a new SIM card for my iPad. She requested to do a network reset. I asked her not to because another Verizon store had already tried that and It reset stuff on my iPhone as well. And she said that's not possible and reset it anyways. Just to decide to replace the SIM card 2 seconds later anyways so now you change to re enter all of my WiFi and other things on my phone as well as iPad. Extremely irritated. read more

Very poor customer service. Seriously. Do not purchase a product directly from the store. The manager of the store just shouted at me. Apparently that is what $1500 for a new phone will get you. They won't give me the phone, but say it will be up to 3 days, and sometimes the order then falls out of the system and we have to start over. Come on Verizon- I feel like this unacceptable! I will be cancelling my order and buying directly from Apple- which is a couple hundred dollars cheaper by the way, I was just looking for the quickest route to get the new phone. read more

This is the only Version store I'll go to. I've been (mostly) happy with my Verizon service but every time I leave one of the brick and mortar stores I feel like it was a waste of my time or worse like I've been hustled. When I came into this store I was expecting the same treatment and was floored to find that this one is different. The atmosphere is way less suffocating and not only are the employees actually helpful they seem to care about why you came in; they're still sales people but they seem like they care that you're phone is messed up and *want* to make it right. I happened to be in SF anyway but in the future I'll make the trip down, the service is worth it. read more

I came into the store at about 1:30 on Aug 31. There were employees not with customers that completely ignored me. I stayed for about 20 minutes at the store and in that time not one employee talked to me or acknowledged I was there. People who came in after me were immediately helped.I was there to purchase a smart watch and that didn't happen add I didn't get helped at all. I left without purchasing or speaking to anybody. Do not go to this store. It's worth the drive to go anywhere else. read more

Very disappointed and honestly about to come unglued. I went in and bought 2 new iPhones. I traded my old ones in and everything was fine. Right after I swiped my card the manager came up and said is the transaction action complete? "The salesman then said yes wiped our old phones took them and then told me you guys should be all set". Get home. Open our phones and we can't sign into our our iCloud. It says please enter verification code. I try sending it to my wife's phone number no response... hours later. Apple support says your phone lines were not reactivated. My iCloud that is linked to my business accounts! Is now locked due to, to many verification codes being sent. And that they are going to have to perform an account recovery. And might take a few days! I don't have a few days!!! Payroll, email, my contacts, my calendar with all my appointments. All because my phone number was not activated and couldn't receive phone calls or texts. Very easy thing to do and they didn't. I go into Verizon this morning to see what the crap is going on. The assistant manager acted as though I was the problem. Told me we don't activate phones here. That would take to long. But then I tell him well I can't even place phone calls. He gets out his iPad and all of a sudden my phone can now place calls. I still don't have access to my iCloud. At this point I am losing my mind and money because my business is closed! The guys there were jerks. Dismissive and unprofessional they acted as though they could careless that I literally was losing money. I even went back tonight to talk to the manager and all she said was I will have to talk to the guys. And not even the FBI could hack iCloud. No sorry, no let me see if there is anything we can do! No let me give you one of our over priced "drop tested phone cases". They have been no help. And gave me no resolutions. As an employer the Problem isn't Verizon. But unfortunately the employees Verizon at that location that just don't care about quality service! Unless they find a way to make resolutions. I will not be recommending this location. read more

We called to get help on our BAD phone that we were supposed to send back. The girl on the phone Nikki basically didn't want to help us and said she didn't know. Told us to go to an APPLE store for help. I asked for a manager Holly and of coarse she couldn't come to the phone. They want your money but don't want to help! OUR contract is up and we can change service! Time to go else where. Hard to find good help now days! And good service! read more

I went in a last Sunday and was very pleased with the help we got. Ardein Leavitt helped us and he was outstanding. Answered all of our questions honestly and was not pushy on anything. I value customer service and this man deserves a raise! Also the store was very clean! read more

I have never had a problem at any Verizon store, and even if I've had a long wait it wasn't too terrible because of the good service I've received in the end; that was not my experience at this store. In fact, I doubt I will ever come back to this location. I walked in and told the greeter my situation and he said they could help. I sat down and waited about half an hour for the rep to come and help. When he did he said he couldn't help me nearly immediately and gave me a phone number to call instead. When I asked why the other rep said they could help he simply said, "I don't know, sorry". I have a sickness in the family that has forced me to make adjustments to my plan and they made a situation that was difficult to begin with even worse with their terrible customer service. If you actually want help from a Verizon rep I would say go to a different store because whether it is incompetence, or just not caring, they will waste your time here and they will see no issue with it. read more
