    this location is terrible. i have gone there several times for varying reasons. and every single…read moretime all they can tell me is, they cannot help me with that and that I need to use the app. It is to the point that I have asked them. What can they help me with and they said basically nothing. We have been ignored and turned away an hour to a half an hour before closing so they didn't have to do anything. We have had them try to direct and guide us through things on the app while clearly seeing that they themselves do not know anything on the app. Seriously this location is a waste of everyone's time and money. They either need new management or new training. Or just simply an entirely new staff.

    I paid off a cell phone through the Payson store, only to have them pay off the wrong cell phone…read more After contacting TMobile directly to figure out why my phone wouldn't unlock, (this took some time) they informed me I had to go back to the store and get it refunded and then have them pay off the correct phone. When returning to the store they informed me that even though they made the mistake, even though they are the ones that put the money to the wrong phone, they wouldn't do anything to help. Tmobile corporate wouldn't do anything either. My only options are to try and convice corporate to refund (again) or just pay more money and get the actual phone paid off that I wanted. I highly recommend going with a completely different carrier. I have had nothing but bad luck with Tmobile and don't even get service in my house, I have to use WiFi.

    Just found my favorite IT plug, these guys will have my forever loyal business!…read more First of all, INITIALLY I did have a bad attitude and was expecting this place to be a hole in the wall repair shop. IT WASN'T. So check this out guys, I walk into this guys office, he's got blue lights all around, and I'm greeted by this bowl of sand right at the front desk, which was just, what the heck. I warmed up a little and played with the sand later on in the conversation, turns out to be the best sand I've ever touched in my life! Mike Lierman (owner I think) greeted me at the front, and definitely took the time to actually ask me the right questions. I didn't feel like I was awkward and I actually felt like he was respectful of my privacy. Anyways, my computer screen was broken, so it was purely a hardware issue, and not software, but I did like that he asked for my permission to allow them to fully check the hardware and software system components, to make sure everything was ay ok. I gave him my computer, signed his agreement form, and the next thing I know I got the boss himself calling me after his little minions had worked on it. I even brought in a second laptop in the middle of the first repair, because just my luck.. that screen also broke. What was cool, was that one of his minion intern techs called me, stated the obvious that I'm 2 computers down, and I'm probably pretty crippled right now (but was still impressive that he took the time to make mental note) and he suggested an idea that totally saved my ass! Two parts on order, but one of the laptops could be temporarily reassembled and Windows could be "tricked" (can't remember the techy term he used) into using an external monitor. I bought a wireless mouse and keyboard from Walmart, hooked up a spare monitor, set it all up on my desk, and I was BACK TO WORK while they waited for the parts to arive. Repair time didn't take much longer anyways, and I actually had them wait a few extra days, basically told them no rush, because I would rather bring the one in I was using the following week, and then pick them both up a few days later. Yes I know I am rambling a bit. All in all and hands down, Invise Solutions provided an excellent experience. Superb customer service! Has my seal of approval!! Thank ya fellas!

I reached out to Out…read moreReach Mobile a multitude of times and spoke with Jared ( I believe is his name) and he gave me his email, which came back as non existing, I texted him several times with no return text, and called him, only to be sent to voicemail. It would have been amazing to have them come to our facility and get as many patients qualified as he could. Other residents told me Outreach pick's and choose's who they will give phones too. That they have said they don't have phones, and our resident was looking right at them. This is no way to service our Salt Lake Community. We found an even better company and their raving review will be added soon!! Do better Outreach Mobile. Do better. My experience is an incredibly large ZERO star rating. I can't change the star below, but it's a zero for us.

He is taking delivery at another address and…read morebringing it to the consumer and charging them a fee which is illegal because the phones are free.. also be very careful of another guy named JC the phone guy.. (not associated w/Jaden) he is also taking delivery of phones at another address and charging the consumer $30 for a 4G $60 for a 5G $10 to bring it to you and $20 to set it up. I called the FCC I called lifeline wireless this is all illegal that these guys are doing they cannot charge you to set the phone up they cannot charge you to bring the phone to you they cannot charge you for the phone it's free. Do research in online forums and go through the official website of the service provider you choose. Be careful of these scammers.. especially JC the phone guy, my female neighbor was in tears after JC left her apartment something untoward happened but she wouldn't tell me.. and he has nothing to do with Jaden but Jaden shouldn't be charging 20 bucks either. And, as for being a former employee, I also behind curtain shenanigans..
