I personally have enjoyed a long time with Verizon but this location is terrible. Beware of the…read moresales reps. They told us we were getting "free accessories" because we were with them so long. Long story short he lied and we paid full retail price for the accessories. We have tried contacting them to give them the opportunity to make things right before leaving a bad review but still nothing.

This company is the worst. First off, they gave me a broken iPhone. Wouldn't replace it; I had to…read morego to the Apple Store. Second, promised an extra gig of data, at no cost -- didn't get it, but I DID get an extra charge of $15 for that data. My bill is supposed to be about $70 a month, after my company discount of 20%. They said my first month would be higher than normal -- expecting it, about $120. Second month supposed to be the normal $70. How much??? $190!!! Are kidding me?? For what? Data overages. I work 5 days a week and have wifi at work. My house has wifi. My friends homes have wifi. They said 7 gigs over. 7!!! That's $15 per GB. I had T-mobile before; I wasn't working as much and was on my phone 2x as much, easily. Barely would I hit 4 gb's. If I did go over, they throttled the Internet so it was slower. Never any overage charges. I personally never had a problem with them, ever. I swear Verizon has some special hidden application that is just LEACHING your data. I just wanted the new iPhone for cheap. Big mistake! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Unless you like paying up the Gluteus Maximus for horrible service. I can't even put my phone on speaker and use the Internet to look stuff up. I was able to do that in 2005. Go get AT&T or T-mobile. Do yourself a favor. I'm promising you, unless you like spending a half hour on the phone with them every week, trying figure out why they're robbing you and providing atrociously horrible service. If you're planning on being stuck in a slot canyon, about to cut your arm off cause it's wedged in between a rock and hard place, go with T-mobile. Their cell signal is not that bad and way less hidden fees. My bill was always the same. Or AT&T. Just RUN from Verizon. I'm telling you. I've never written a review. I'm going out of my way for a reason!

I hope this is the right store, I'm rating the one INSIDE the mall not the one outside.. We did go…read moreinto the one outside to preorder the iPhone 6, and we're told it would be a 2 hour wait to speak to a sales rep! Ok ... We left our number and they would send us a text when we were next.. We decided to kill time by walking into the University Mall till we got the text.. We saw another AT&T store and went inside, it was less than 5 min before we were greeted and helped.. The sales rep GABE was absolutely AWESOME .. As he started to order the iPhone 6 , my husband asked him about the samsung 3, that started a whole new conversation , GABE happened to own the Samsung 3 and was saying how happy he is with it and so on.. That changed my husbands mind about the 6, Gabe took the time to briefly show him all the cool things this phone can do vs the iPhone , we spent well over 2 hours with Gabe and by that time we got the text from the outside store.. Well.... We no longer needed them!! Gabe suggested to my husband to go to our local Best Buy (in LV) and ask the samsung rep for help and take a "class" , there's so much to learn about this phone.. Gabe didn't have to do what he did, he could've just taken our preorder and send us on our way, but he took the time ( 2+hrs) with us and went way beyond customer service .. Wow.. He's a total asset to the AT&T company! GIVE GABE A RAISE!! We'll be traveling to Provo a lot and if we ever need anything from AT&T , Gabe will be our guy!!

They made a big mistake and manage to delete my brother off the account because he changed the color of his phone before it was shipped out. Which they said I could do. next thing you know his rate is higher and I was removed from the account. they told him that he needed to go in person which he couldn't do because he was in Colorado for months. They wouldn't let him do It in person in Colorado or over the phone they wanted me to drive 9 hours to fix it. He came today in Utah with me and my wife to fix it. The people in store told him they couldn't do anything about it and he needed to call costcos branch because it's own thing through AT&T which he was told Differently. He spent 3 hours on the phone after being told in store that he would be credited 250 dollars because he got over charged due to the fact AT&T removed him from the plan. He calls the number that was given, all the people just kept transferring and transferring. None of the staff on the phone knew what to do. So because they didn't know what to do they just blamed him. Which is very disappointing. They will be losing customers soon. Do not join AT&T

I have to start this review to indicate that the problem I encountered wasn't only due to this…read morelocation, but also the phone 'customer service'. I switched from Sprint, thinking that their customer service was poor, but I've found tmobile is a few steps below Sprint and I wish that I hadn't made the switch. I will also say that I've never hand so many dead zones with any other cell company that I've been with while traveling in Utah. Today we went to add two lines (son and new daughter in law) one of them a move from another account in Tmobile. It took us over 45 minutes, eight phone calls (2 dropped calls) and as many different people to do, what I assume isn't a new request for this phone company. So, we arrived at this Tmobile location while still trying to get 'customer service' when the customer representative (strange misnomer) informed us that we were standing in one of their stores. Apparently they (both the people on the phone and within the store) failed to see the irony in this. I was angry, frustrated and puzzled by how difficult a task it was for us to add a couple of lines to our account. The manager of this location sat in the corner, avoiding eye contact and keeping his distance. I get that I was an upset customer, but I don't get why there seemed to be so little effort to help us feel valued after running their gauntlet of redundant procedures and misinformation. Bytw, we never got to tackling the phone for our daughter in law...and this after 1 1/2 of shifting phone calls and jumping through all their hurdles. I am not happy with this company.
