I switched from Sprint, thinking that their customer service was poor, but I've found tmobile is a few steps below Sprint and I wish that I hadn't made the switch. I will also say that I've never hand so many dead zones with any other cell company that I've been with while traveling in Utah. Today we went to add two lines (son and new daughter in law) one of them a move from another account in Tmobile. It took us over 45 minutes, eight phone calls (2 dropped calls) and as many different people to do, what I assume isn't a new request for this phone company. So, we arrived at this Tmobile location while still trying to get 'customer service' when the customer representative (strange misnomer) informed us that we were standing in one of their stores. Apparently they (both the people on the phone and within the store) failed to see the irony in this. I was angry, frustrated and puzzled by how difficult a task it was for us to add a couple of lines to our account. The manager of this location sat in the corner, avoiding eye contact and keeping his distance. I get that I was an upset customer, but I don't get why there seemed to be so little effort to help us feel valued after running their gauntlet of redundant procedures and misinformation. Bytw, we never got to tackling the phone for our daughter in law...and this after 1 1/2 of shifting phone calls and jumping through all their hurdles. I am not happy with this company.

He was courteous and personable, and worked with our iPhone with such patience and knowledge that we were blown away by his fantastic customer service! Trust me: ask for Carlos…read more I spoke with two reps and was on the phone for 2+ hours each. They said there was NOTHING they could do to get my wifi on. Ridiculous. I waited 3 days for a callback. Never got the call. I called in, really upset and Carlos answered. He helped me log in and simple turn my wifi switch to "on" lol. Why the other reps could not figure this out and left me wifi-less with no solution? No idea. Horrible experience until Carlos.

The tech that came out really tried to fix it, but in the end, there's nothing much they can do unless Google fiber gets their stuff together. My phone struggles connecting, my PS5 hardly runs online games, the TVs struggle connecting... we pay for enough coverage for the entire house, but yet, it doesn't. Yould think a company as big as Google would have the best internet and the best customer service... but it unfortunately doesn't.

I took my laptop in to get the charging port repaired, and they said it would be about two weeks…read morebefore they could look at it. Three weeks later, I called to follow up, and they said they had decided to stop fixing laptops so they could focus on phones. I can understand narrowing the scope of your business, but they should've at least fixed the laptops they still had because simply deciding not to fix something you said you would fix for any reason other than it not being fixable is just terrible business. And at least if they weren't going to do that, they should've called me and told me what was going on so I wouldn't have to keep waiting. To be fair, they did say they had tried to call me one specific day a week and a half in, but I checked my phone's history and I didn't receive a call from them that day. They might have dialed the wrong number, which is understandable, but they should've made more than just one attempt, and I'm pretty sure they had my email as well. Obviously, I realize this exact thing probably won't happen again, but it is definitely possible that they will treat your situation carelessly the same way they did mine.
