When I opened my account, the T-Mobile representative explicitly stated that: 1. T-Mobile would pay off the remaining balances on our existing devices with our previous provider. 2. We would receive new phones free of charge under the promotion we were offered. 3. Our monthly bill with T-Mobile would be lower than what we were paying with our previous carrier. After switching, I discovered that none of these promises were accurate: * T-Mobile has not paid off the balances on our old devices, and the conditions they now cite were never disclosed at the time of sale. * The "free phone" offer was misrepresented, and additional charges were applied that were not explained beforehand. * My monthly bill with T-Mobile is higher, not lower, than with my previous provider, despite the clear verbal assurance that it would be reduced. These actions constitute false and misleading representations made at the point of sale, causing financial harm and inducing me into a contract under incorrect information. read more

If there is anyone waiting, just walk away. The two power talkers just can't get business done. There was only one person in front of me but it took an hour for the two talkers to finish up with two customers. Can they get the job done? Maybe - Angelo told me no, but Tony at the Spokane Valley store later said, yes, my promotion covered the issue. Tony did this over the phone in under five minutes. Tony knows how to look up accounts and provide great service. Angelo will waste hours of your time to tell you he doesnt know - come back later. Is the South Hill Tmobile interested in telling people unnecessary details about their personal lives? Yes. Does South Hill help people desperate for attention? Yes. If you need to talk to someone for an hour, the South Hill Tmobile monthly rate of $65/mo is cheaper than therapy. If you want actual service, in an expedient, efficient time frame, go to Spokane Valley Tmobile where they actually multitask. Example, instead of chatting away while smartswitch pushes data, Spokane Valley will assist other customers in line. Here, at South Hill, they ignore the line and happily small talk as the hour clicks by as they watch data transfer... After over an hour and a half, I left with no resolution. There was only one person who was able to help me at this store and they weren't at work. Anyone at Spokane Valley's Tmobile can assist. Two stars for opening the door. horrible horrible place and non-existent service. they did not follow procedures which messed up the ability to pay off my device like they advertise, not helpful when I come in, and refused to help me get a new phone because my was wasn't there. I get account security but jeez, we both know they could call my wife who is the primary and get authorization for me to be helped. I went in the store to get my sons phone number transferred over. I went to Matthew. I told him I was waiting for my sons phone to get unlocked and that I was working with Josh now at the Ruby store. His response is why didn't Josh do it? I told him the phone was under my moms account with atat and we needed to wait until the phone was unlocked they said it would take anywhere from 24-48 hours. He asked me if I had the atat account number and pin. I told him I would have to look. I looked in t wallet and I found it He asked me when I got the pin I had said about a week ago. He said the pin would probably be expired and I would have to go down the road and get a new one. I said I wasn't on the atat account and that it was my moms account. He said well she might have to get a new one because these codes usually expire. He did the transfer and said if it worked it might take 1-2 hours to transfer. If the pin works. I said ok thanks we will see. He asked me if I had any other questions and I said I just got the internet is their a trick to get it more bars. He said if it's on and working it is what it is. I said ok and left. The time I left the parking lot my sons phone was working. If I ever need to go in there I will never work with Matthew. We've gone to this store for the past five years. The staff have usually been unable to help with problems and only seem to be helpful when they are selling you something; even then, they seem poorly trained. I've come not to expect much of the sales staff. Today however, when I asked for help with a device, the girl behind the counter just started shaking her head before I could even finish explaining what I needed, which I found extremely rude! She didn't even bother to ask to verify my account information. Not sure how much longer we'll be T-mobile customers. read more

Aaron was very helpful on my visit to T-Mobile on 1/5/19. I wanted a phone with more storage space than my old phone. He explained the differences in the phones to me. He transferred the content from the old phone to the new phone. Aaron did suggest add on items, which I know is part of the job. He was not pushy about it. I appreciated that he respected my answer. The store did get rather busy in a short amount of time. Aaron and his coworker were able to help everyone in a timely manner. This store is off the beaten path, but well worth the drive.
