    I have been with Grande for approximately 5 years. There were a few bumps in the road about…read morebilling, but for the most part they were fair and consistent, not like so many of the other cable companies. I rarely had any issues; the cable didn't go out during storms for instance. It was really the best service and the best cable company I've ever done business with. Apart from the…read morefailures of service and having to listen to a lengthy sales pitch before talking to support, their business practices are deceptive and predatory. After a year they raised my rate from about $75/ month to $118. I called and said I would drop them if the didn't go back the original rate. The Rep promised they would lower it back the original rate for a whole year. I checked the account 2 months in a row and they stayed at the original rate. I didn't check again as I assumed they would keep their word, my mistake. I checked back three months later and found they had raised the rate $10/ month 2 months in a row, then $15, the third month. I called to complain and they said there was nothing they could do about it so I cancelled the account and they wanted to charge me for the month ahead as it was the first day of the billing period. I declined to pay and they put the charge into collection. Needless to say a minus 5 stars would be the best I could give these criminals, but since I have to leave a star they get only one. Do not use these morons, their business practices are abhorrent and customer service is the worst, and I'm being generous.

    I went to T-Mobile to change my phone plan to prepaid plan. The person that helped me took a while…read morethen said my phone was me to contact T-Mobile about canceling my previous plan. I don't know why this is apparently done separately of getting a new phone plan when I arrived home, I attempted to call T-Mobile. My phone did not work. I went back to the store and waited in line again. The manager noticed me the store and said nothing to me after I was original person made some phone calls and said my phone would not work for 2 to 24 hours. I wanted him to change it back to the old plan so I could have my phone working. I was not prepared to have my phone not working for a day if they would've just told me that in the beginning wouldn't have had a problem. The store is poorly managed, and the personnel are always asking for help from the manager and other workers, horrible service, poor knowledge of service.

Then I discovered you are the last business in Hays county to have a mask mandate. I was in your New Braunfels store last week. No masks. At your store, you told me it didn't matter that I'm fully vaccinated because that policy doesn't go into effect until tomorrow. So you managed to further annoy a 16-year customer and lose a $1,000 phone sale over a less than 24 hour change in policy. You are right across from my office but I will never come in your store again.
