After 4 hours they thought they successfully moved 1 of the 3 lines and suddenly my old AT&T phone starts ringing and I have an incoming call. The manager gives me her card and apologizes so I email her a week later to say when can I come in and have her assign a more experienced person to help me when i come in and a week later she has never replied. I took it back in when Gordon was working (different guy than the one on Sunday). What a horrible, unprofessional and smartass employee!! WOW!!!!!! I've had have my own business for over 30 years.......I couldn't imagine treating a customer like he treated me. He insinuated and basically accused me of spilling something on my keyboard. Pressure on keys were still uneven and backlight on my keyboard didn't work. Whomever installed it obviously didn't reconnect.....so now I type with a dark keyboard at night. Yes, I became angry and was appalled at his narcissistic and accusatory attitude. Asked me what the "residue" was on my keyboard. I walked out with my computer so fast and so mad and insulted.......NOTHING WAS SPILLED ON MY COMPUTER, GORDON!! It was their shoddy work and incompetency to install a keyboard that still isn't right!! He was absolutely disgusting to deal with. What a horrible representation of this business. I don't know why this is apparently done separately of getting a new phone plan when I arrived home, I attempted to call T-Mobile. My phone did not work. I went back to the store and waited in line again. The manager noticed me the store and said nothing to me after I was original person made some phone calls and said my phone would not work for 2 to 24 hours. I wanted him to change it back to the old plan so I could have my phone working. I was not prepared to have my phone not working for a day if they would've just told me that in the beginning wouldn't have had a problem. The store is poorly managed, and the personnel are always asking for help from the manager and other workers, horrible service, poor knowledge of service.

I've brought my SUV into their shop to have a radio with Bluetooth capability installed. Due to improper installation, all of the electrical in my car brunt up. Since my vehicle was nonfunctional, because of all the burnt up electrical, I had to have it towed to my mechanics shop. At that point, he confirmed that all the electrical was burnt up because of their improper installation.. I had been calling them for the last week trying to talk to a manager about what had happened, and to see how they were going to make it right . They finally contacted me this morning and are refusing to take responsibility for their poor workmanship which caused thousands of dollars worth of damage.
