I wish I was one of the people writing a great review for this store however that was NOT the case…read more Went in there and spent 4 full hours having them try to move my 3 lines from AT&T. After 4 hours they thought they successfully moved 1 of the 3 lines and suddenly my old AT&T phone starts ringing and I have an incoming call. I asked how this could be possible and they tell me they don't know and we have to start over! I tell them I can't stay any longer. The manager gives me her card and apologizes so I email her a week later to say when can I come in and have her assign a more experienced person to help me when i come in and a week later she has never replied. I'll find another store! So sad. 12/26/24. UPDATE. WENT TO VERIZON.COM TODAY TO MOVE MY 3 LINES. RECEIVED A MESSAGE TO CALL AN 800 NUMBER. CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID BECAUSE THE STORE SIGNED ME UP ON DECEMBER 9TH THEN CANCELLED MY LINE THE SAME DAY (AS THEY WERE UNABLE TO MOVE MY LINE FROM AT&T), THAT NO LONGER MAKES ME A NEW CUSTOMER AND I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY NEW CUSTOMER SPECIALS. SO NOT ONLY DID THE STORE TAKE UP 4 HOURS OF MY LIFE, BUT NOW THEY'RE INABILITY TO HELP ME MAKES ME INELIGIBLE!!!!
