Finally Took the time to stop in and switch from Verizon. I had Verizon for 8 Years but T-Mobile finally got it right. Final stats.. Final Cost to me: $108 to activate 4 lines & 350$ to pay off new IPhone XS 256gb Gold AT VERIZON NEXT MONTH. But now I'm saving over 110$ a month for Better service. All they had to do is switch The SIM cards. I was making payments for 3 Phones: 1) iPhone XS I have 1000$ left to pay. (T-Mobile paid off 650$) 2)iPhone X (T-Mobile paid off 547$ to zero) iPhone 8 (T-Mobile paid off $326 to zero) Added a 4th line for free. (Only had 3 on Verizon) So far better service in Southwest Vegas Area. + Free Netflix or 10.99$ off a month from a Family Plan. Free Wifi on Southwest and other planes. Saves me 124$ a month. Adds unlimited & doesn't slow down LTE unless you pass 40+GB ALL MY Verizon Phones are now T-MOBILE. read more

Kevin went above and beyond for my sister and nephew with adding them to my plan today. He's personable, out going and has phenomenal customer service skills. We live in LG and have a T-mobile store closer to us then this one, but the service at the Los Gatos location is AWFUL so it's absolutely worth it to drive a few extra miles to this location and be helped by reps that seem to know what they're doing and don't act like they are miserable while doing it. I give up. My cell phone service is still broken. I call 611 to report service outage. By the way, calling 611 is a higher priority on their channel switch (pri -12) , verses than me trying my wife with a call priority of (pri-99). Only police and fire calls are higher priority than (pri-12). I pay off my iPhone 12 ; threaten them with law suit to force them to unlock it, then I cancel T-Moble. Don't believe their advertisements that promise you a free phone. And do not walk out of there with a poorly printed contract either. Most likely it will be not what the sales representative told you. They told me I was getting a free phone in exchange for my old iPhone and gave me a very poorly printed contract and it turns out that they literally just stole my my old iPhone and didn't give me anything for it. You call the corporate office and they give you the runaround and say well that's your problem. I'm not sure how those sales representatives at T-Mobile look at themselves in the mirror. read more

Writing this review for Ryan! I came in with my family for an upgrade on one phone and to have 3 lines on the account moved over to two separate new accounts. Ryan was all around a great guy. He was friendly, sociable, kind and EXTREMELY helpful. After the upgrade he worked on the phone calling T-Mobile support to try and transfer over account ownership. It was a very long and tedious process but Ryan didn't show any frustration as he dealt with the people over the phone. He even stayed 1 hour past his shift to help us get everything sorted. My friend and I went into this Union/Curtner T-Mobile a few weeks ago to finish a transaction I had started at a T-Mobile store in Santa Cruz. Having already signed up to switch to them from Verizon, we just needed to have the SIM card installed in our phones and have our numbers ported over. Dario (Sorry...I think that was his name!) was extremely helpful. He calmly and efficiently took care of this for us. (Stepping back a second, when I signed up for T-Mobile in Santa Cruz, the girl working there, also very nice and helpful, said that we could go into any T-Mobile store and finish the steps mentioned above.) Before going into the Union/Curtner store, however, we first went to a T-Mobile store on Los Gatos Blvd. The guy working there was possibly the worst person I had ever dealt with that worked in customer service. He was alone in the store, slouched over a table. He wasn't wearing a T-Mobile shirt, so when we walked in, I just confirmed that he worked there. He rudely responded that he did. Then, when I explained what we were there for, he said "I don't do that...you can do that yourself!" I told him that the girl in S.C. said we could get help at any store. He repeated that we needed to take care of that on our own. I told him "I didn't feel good about this" and immediately left that store. My T-Mobile plan was $70 for 3 lines with 2 iphones and 1 samsung for 2 years till..... CeeJay F. Santa Clara store, El Camino corner San Tomas sold me a S20 FE phone with a trade-in Iphone 6+ I have no job; It is very important HOW MUCH INCREASE on my monthly bill. Ceejay promised me that it will only have $8 increase on my monthly bill as I have $500 off trading my old iphone 6 Plus. I have a witness, his female co-worker remembers the incident/transaction because as I was repeatedly saying I love my iphone6+ and will only trade-in for a BETTER DEAL. Ceejay said, I still have a good deal; for 3 phones for $78 monthly bill. After 20 days, I found out that was not the deal.....there was NO $500 off on new phone.... looks like I was lying. Even I have a witness who remembers. Ceejay F. even got promoted as manager and got transferred at Union Avenue SJ. i agree, if this is how he tricked customers you surely will get high sales. I called 611... I was asked if I kept a copy of our transaction. I did not know I have to keep piece of paper to show I am not lying. I was with AT&T for over 25 years. A very dishonest store, the employees(Dario) have stollen my promotion gift and used it for his benefit. I have recently joined Tmobile and I was suppose to get a free gift with my phone purchase. As soon as I completed my contract the employee told me that they dont have the gift in store and I will be getting a gift voucher in the mail but immediately after an hour he took the gift under my account. I complained to tmobile expert who was not of much help because the promotion had expired. I will not recommend this store at all. Watch out! This is a privately owned independent store which means they are not a certified T-Mobile corporate store. The nearest legitimate T Mobile corporate store is on Hamilton. I went in to upgrade my phone. Paid for the phone then a month later I received charges I wasn't supposed to be charged. After several attempts to the store, apparently the identity of who the manager is seems to be top secret F.B.I. s***! because they refuse to tell me the manager's name. My 81 year old Mom needed a new cell phone...it had been only about 7 years since she got her first one! I took her to to the T-mobile store on Union Ave and was helped by Sydnie! I have to say she is the absolute best at customer service. She was nice, knew what she was doing and helped navigate us thru the ever troubleshooting of purchasing a new phone and transferring all of the data over. This is the only T-mobile store that I choose to go to, because of the excellent Service. There was another gentleman working a couple of years back when the pandemic first started that helped us get a phone for our 80+ year old dad who was isolated in a rehab facility and needed to be able to communicate with us. He not only helped us understand why we had the issues, he fixed them for us. He also offered options to prevent further concerns. Instead of adding a line to my plan and porting my cousin's # over... They deleted my number and gave me my cousin's.. and gave his phone a new number and charged us for it. Also, they told us his phone's trade-in value could pay for a case. They then added the case to an EIP on my plan for full value and disregarded our trade-in. We had to go back to the store twice to fix this; I wish I could show you the bill that they sent us after the first month: so dumb. We called t-mobile's help line and they helped remove random charges and fix issues. Oh, we also had to remind the worker at the store about signing us up for the promised rebate. He kept trying to get us on our way, probably not maliciously, but still annoying that we had to remind him of his job. read more

I came to this location last year to upgrade my phone, and had pretty good service here. So I decided to come here again this year to upgrade my phone again. There were all new faces from last time, however, all employees seemed friendly and I was greeted upon walking in. I had an appointment but there were 5 others ahead of me. My wait time was about 15-20 mins, so not bad considering how long I knew I was going to be there. Danny helped me upgrade my new phone and get it set up. I also asked if he could help put the screen protector on for me. He was happy to help. He also helped me transfer everything over to my new phone. I was there over an hour, but most of the time was due to waiting for things to transfer. The employees were friendly with all the customers and everyone seemed to be having nice conversations. Danny was very helpful and I think he was the manager or supervisor. Despite being so busy, the team worked efficiently and helped many customers during my time there. I'd say that everyone seemed happy with their customer service. I also received a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with my service. I give you all 5 ! read more

I've been wanting to upgrade for a while and while at Chase I noticed they just opened this store so i thought I'd stop on...Very helpful right when I walked in and both were super nice! I had an issue with my galaxy 2 and backing up my contacts to switch over to another phone keeping all of the info, not just name and one number, losing email addresses and notes on each of my contacts and even though there wasn't a quick fix or remedy I was treated very nicely and a bonus I got to see the new phones they have. AWFUL. We walked in, the girl behind the counter asks "how can I help you". It really sounded rude. My bf looks at me, I look to the girl staring at us and say I'm looking to change phone carriers. She asks who I have now. I tell her. Then she asks why, not really with any care but rather annoyance. I say because my current carrier doesn't pay fair wages to their employees. This was the kicker. She starts grabbing something, looks to her co-worker, and starts LAUGHING like I'm not there, right in front of my face! I'll tell you, I had a fire blazing in my skull. I had never witnessed such disrespect. To my face. I immediately turn around and walk out. She didn't even realize or notice 'til we were at the door and I said no thanks, we are leaving... I went to the location on East Hamilton and signed up for the best plan with the best phone and they got my business instead. I'm still angry typing this. On July 26th of this year, I switched service from AT&T to TMobile. I traded in an Apple 7 towards the purchase of a $1,000 IPhone 12 Pro. I was to be given a credit of in excess of $400 for my trade-in. I was told that I could purchase this new phone after the expiration of 2 billing cycles. The service itself while cheaper than AT&T is adequate. Its spotty because our local phone calls sometimes just drop. Doesn't happen a lot but its certainly irritating. I received my second bill and noticed that Apple credit was $9.42 per month for an aggregate credit of $226. I went into the Union Avenue store and told them that I wanted to purchase the phone and I didn't understand why the credit was so low. The manager indicated to me that the credit was correct and I told him that wasn't the credit quoted to me. I told him that I thought the credit was for $440 or $460. He intimated that there were some credits within the $400 dollar range and got on the computer to find the available credit for that date. He shook his head and confirmed that the credit amount he quoted was correct and the previous manager had made a mistake. He made it appear that the mistake was caused by the previous account representative. I was furious because this is a matter of misrepresentation. I then told him how much was it to purchase the phone and he quoted me $840.84. I then asked him what happened to the $226 trade in credit and he replied that to be eligible for the entire credit that the original payment terms would have to lapse. I was so irate, I just said bill me so I can pay for this phone and get out of this (expletive) store. On my way out a couple was being quoted for their Apple trade-in. I yelled to them, get your trade in return in writing because they just cheated me. The moral of this story: Get the details in writing on trade-in from T Mobile. At least now, that I own this phone, I can switch to another service. Yelp's rating system has one one star for the lowest rating. I wouldn't give T-Mobile any star. read more

Was here today to upgrade phones for me and my husband because as of late service has been rough and we received a notification saying we qualified for an upgrade. So we go here and half the phones are out of stock...but my husband was insistent we upgraded so I did it to make him happy... but was even more disappointed when I found out they only had one type of phone case for each model. The final touch was it took like 2 hours to get our phones activated because In the middle of it lady had a customer who spoke her native language come in so we had to wait till she helped her even though we had already been there waiting for some time. My IPhone 7 Plus was clearly ready to be traded. I went in to the store to switch phones. The two associates Lisa and Francisco walked me through the entire process. They never tried to sell me anything, but inform me about every bit of information to help me make a better decision. Based on my previous experiences, associated typically only help you on your reason of visit, rather than everything else. I was able to trade my IPhone 7 to an IPhone X with no moment down. Furthermore, they informed me that Apple Care was $2 more! Do the math here. If you break and IPhone screen, it will be $200. The many visits I've had my local T-Mobile Store never made me feel so confident in the warranties and phone I've purchased. I will be returning to this store if any problems occur. read more
