All I can say is these guys are Flexible, nobody's perfect, a close mishap of misinformation got my blood running, but in the end Chuck pulled through with the excellent customer service! Lexi and Nina are awesome and patient at their Job. So is James. If any misinformation happens I would blame t-mobile higher ups itself to make sure to educate their employees to say the right information in the first place. Negative stars if I could. This store sold us on a phone plan with a free line if we purchase a buy one get one free for the new iPhone back in October. They mentioned to us our bill shouldn't be over 190. When we started getting charged it was almost 300 a month for 2 phone lines that are being charged. So we decided to call corporate since this location wasn't of any help with the details. Corporate sounded very confused, my husband was placed on hold many times for them to apologize and give him the option to either keep the lines or cancel them. We said we want to cancel all of them even the free line. Don't charge me anymore. We then proceeded to switch carries since t mobile was of no help. After they cancelled our lines my husband was logged out of the T-Mobile app and could no longer access it. This was in April 2026. Now today, May 10 we noticed there was service on the phone that was supposed to have a free line so we tried to log into our T-Mobile app, it was no available to view any billing. And we called corporate support to figure out the issue. Everyone we have spoken to has not been able to help us cancel this line we were never supposed to have. As we further investigated the phone, it now looks like T mobile switch led the main line to the free services phone so they can charge our card. This is considered fraudulent especially if we said cancel all lines especially the one the is supposed to be free. Cancel all 3 of the lines. There was no clarity from the technical support team that indicates any feedback as to the reason why this is happening. It all started with a deal they sold us on, they never applied the deal so we got charged more. And now since we cancelled the lines, they still switched a phone to an active line upon themselves. And we are wasting a day for stress and credit card charges that were not supposed to be there. If you're thinking about joining T-Mobile, consider try looking somewhere else for phone lines. They just don't make it easy to cancel lines. read more

We were robbed. I went in to add a new line, the manger Sam S (she refused to give me her full name ) helped us. She added the new line and recommended us to get the home internet and 3 sync trackers because it was " better price" we were like ok sounds great. We asked her how much the total was going to be monthly . She said around 300 -320 . We asked her more than once the price was good and that's why we agreed and took everything SHE recommended us to get . Our first bill was 600 but we "saved" 100 because of auto pay. We didn't agree on 600 or else I would have never gotten anything. Now she can't do anything about it ... clearly this was her fault !! They took out 500 dollars out our bank account. And no one can't do nothing . How is it possible that they say an amount at the store and when it's time to pay it's $200-300 more and now she can't do anything. So is that what they say to everyone ????? What kind of manager is that. I been trying to talk to her manager and she refuses to get me in contact with him . 2 other co workers of hers were there and can confirm everything but she also refuses to give me their name because I'm making a report for my money back!! It's ridiculous how they lie to customers like that.......don't go to this store they are a bunch of scammers here . She didn't even call t Mobil customer service or the billing department . Because I was the one who was calling them and they told me 3 times , whoever help you in the store should take care of the mistake , and her and the top manager got tired of us and told us that they can't help us anymore with anything and just to call customer service . It's so much fun to explore all the different T-Mobile stores that are open and helpful in the city of San Diego...and beyond! Today we were in Mira Mesa, so I stopped by a new small little outlet to see how a "feature" on my cell phone was not helping but hindering my communications. Without going into a long story, "Chuck" came outside of the 'little shop of miracles' (with his mask on) to help me figure out what was needed. He stood while I was sitting comfortably and patiently showed me what I needed to do. He never once made me feel ignorant, bad, or having "senior-itis" for not knowing my phone's functions/capabilities. He also went above and beyond the call to answer my numerous other questions about this 'new fangled' electronic gadget (ha ha) that I absolutely love! read more

The most HUMILIATING and TERRIFYING experience!! I came into the store with a very simple request--I needed to change out the plastic protective cover for my phone. I'm not the primary account holder and the associate there noted so. I said, not a problem I have access to the account, but also my dad (who is the holder) was next door in another store. I said to this individual, "oh, you helped me last time." He became irritate by this and said he had never seen me in his life. No problem, it was months ago. As the interaction continued, this person flips out on me! I don't know what set him off, but he went from zero to one hundred! And the other workers there did not even step in to help--they sat there and just watched. I did stand up for myself and told him he's scaring me, he needed to calm down, and this was so beyond inappropriate. Seriously WTF was happening? I even turned to the other workers there to ask if this was normal. They all retreated and didn't even offer to help me instead. I honestly think they didn't know how to respond either, so I don't really blame them. I think everyone was shocked! I walked out, then walked back in and told him "I said you helped me before as in you did a good job," trying to placate the situation and he turned it around on me saying "that's not how you came off." At that point there's no talking sense. So, I asked him for his name but he would not tell me. Completely flabbergasted. I also want to note that I could have easily called my dad over to show his ID and resolve this--but my dad is 92 and this persons behavior was so beyond appropriate I couldn't put him through that. It has to be extreme for me to write such a terrible thing but this was beyond comprehension, absolutely horrific. Came here for help closing two lines and transferring one to a new plan. After being told the 2 lines were closed and the one number has been transferred, i assume everything is squared away. 2 months later my credit card is still being charged for the "closed lines" (total of $220) and I can't log into my account since those lines are no longer under my current plan. So i have a credit card stuck on autopay for 2 phone lines i don't use!!!!!!! the employees here tried to help but everything just went the opposite direction for the worst. i hate t-mobile read more

I want to throw a shout out to James. He went above and beyond helping me resolve the issue I had with one of my lines that had been cancelled somehow. I have automated recurring payments and hadn't missed a payment. It turned out that for the past two months or so one of my lines (the phone I have that my mother uses) had its service cancelled. He was able to get that resolved and even had the company give a a credit since I had been paying for the line without it being in service. It's been a while since i've had to step into a physical cell phone store but with the Sprint/T-moblie merger it was inevitable. Of course there was going to be some hiccups with issues transferring people, accounts, and phones. I got the letter saying my old school but tried and true CDMA phone just wouldn't work on the new network moving forward and was already saddened that i would have to say goodbye to my old phone. Of course me being difficult i decided to get a certified refurbished phone that was unlocked because who has the money to buy $1000 dollar phones nowadays? Anyway, it took a little longer than usual they had to call Sprint and work out some special sorcery to get my new magic hand screen to work but in the end they did it! DONT GO TO THIS STORE, Worst Customer Service ever. Too much Discrimination. We waited outside in a cold weather with my mom who is old for two hours while the the tmobile rep helped the 3 person next to us. This is what happen: I called in and asked about the process to switch to t-mobile from sprint, since it is recommended by sprint. I explained my current situation to the rep (her name is Taylor B.) in the phone that i have 7 lines to transfer. She told me that its better to bring all the phones with us. She told me to just come in, she didn't offer any option to schedule an appointment. She also told me that i can go to the other t-mobile store at westview parkway. We waited in the line, we arrived in the store around 4pm. There is still sun outside, then a person arrived and waited next to us. Taylor B. (tmobile rep) went outside and asked us. She also asked the person next to us. Then she told me and my family that the person have an appointment at 5pm, so she prioritized it. I didn't complain and waited, even i was surprised that we can get an appointment but she didn't told me while i was taking to her on the phone. Then suddenly another two person arrived. She keeps going in and out of the store and helped them without telling us why she's helping those people even we were in the line for a long time. We waited but i started to get so mad at her, but im still trying to understand her. Then she helped us next, i bursted and told her why she helped those three people behind us. She is so unprofessional. I got so mad because she prioritize the 3 people behind us. Is it because we have 7 lines? we waited for two hours, outside and it started to get cold. Thinking that i have my old mom with me. I felt that we were discriminated by this person. Then there is another lady with her, she was helping a guy for about two hours which i understand. She was fighting and arguing to me about her co-worker but she doesn't even know what happen. She was mean to me. now i know why that guy took forever with her. I never experience this bad situation with any carrier especially with sprint. Sprint will tell me if they can't help me at the time we arrived and will give us options. We come to this location often & every time we visit it is a pleasant experience. Alexis greats all of the customers with a positive attitude, she is very patience, knowledge and willing to go above and beyond. Recently I purchase an iPhone and the entire process she remain patient. We were in the store passed closing business hours! I felt bad for keeping her & Alvin. Luckily my phone was able to transfer data to the new phone. Alexis is the reason we continue to come to this location. The service we received from this store is just down right infuriating. I needed my apple watch replaced and T-Mobile said they would cover it for me, so i scheduled to go there and see what they were going to give me in person so I could see what I was getting as a replacement in hand. It turns out they did not have the watch in store. Instead of explaining that to me the worker that was supposed to assist us (Japhario) wanted to play smart and clearly it wasn't working and he got aggravated because he had offered to show me the picture of the watch even thought I could do that myself whenever I wanted. The point was for me to see the watch in person because I am sure everyone knows things aren't what they seem in photos. It took him so long to tell me they did not have the apple watch in store and he practically yelled at me because I told him I was assured to see the apple watch by T-Mobile as they said when they called me. He seemed like a younger person which I understand he is going to think he knows everything. Regardless of his age he has no right to treat his clients as if he is a 12 year old throwing a tantrum. Another worker Anthony came and assisted us in a good manner and answered every question civilly, which was not that hard to do to begin with. The SIM card that I have that is part of a family plan was giving me troubles with my data connection. Apparently it just wasn't connected for some reason, and it didn't affect my calls or texts. I came back the second day with my husband to start the process of closing an account and transferring lines into a new account. We were introduced to Karla H. She helped us through the process. Just got a new iPhone 7 from T-Mobil and I love it!! I had Verizon but they were too expensive. T-Mobil had a great plan. Unlimited calls, unlimited text and unlimited data. They cut my phone bill in almost half. They paid for my cancellation fees also. Mary was very helpful. She help me with transferring all my information over to my new phone. I still got all my picture, video, text message and email. I was worried I was going to lose those. I had Verizon transfer it before but I lost all my text and picture. We had an amazing experience at this Tmobile store. Our in store rep was Chuck. He was cool but even more importantly, he was super knowledgeable. Which generated more questions I've always had for which he had all the answers. It was a great experience and we were happy to update our phones and adjust our plans that morning. 4 stars instead of 5 because of all of the problems we continue to have with Tmobile policies and phone customer service. Tmobile makes billing mistakes and there is no system in place to have those mistakes fixed. Phone reps are not knowledgeable and not empowered to fix what you called for. Rebates: We were offered a free tablet by a phone rep to use as a hotspot. We used the tablet until we got the bill which was just after the return period ended and learned that we were charged max retail for the tablet, with a rebate to offset payments. We had to cancel that line and rebate ended and are now paying the rest of full retail. Tmobile is a little scammy. Yes, we are shopping other providers. read more

We came all the way over to this T-Mobile location because the PQ location still requires masks even though the mask requirements are lifted... I actually hate dealing with the mobile phone stores they are usually the worst experiences especially PQ and Carmel Mtn. This was the best experience ever and I will always drive further to go to this particular store in the future. I don't remember their names but it was a young man and young woman and they were very nice, helpful, honest and fast. It's a small store so I can see that it would get crowded fast and because they have capacity limits due to Covid I can see how there are people who have been upset in the past by long wait times. But I watched these two employees work so fast and as a team to make it go as fast as possible for every single customer who came inside it was awesome to see this in the younger generation.
