He even brought me a chair so I could sit comfortably while we waited. My iPhone 13 took a beating and decided to completely black out after I got home from work on Monday 11/10. My wife and I went over to the store around 6:30pm. Sergio took care of everything like a gentleman and a pro. I received my new phone under warranty today, 11/12, and returned to the store. The so called 'manager' Benjamin totally BSed his way through my sale. I got 2 phones there...I didn't find out until I had to go to another tmobile becuase he didn't activate one correctly. Upon that visit (it's a corporate store) I learned that the protection I asked for was never included. He sold me on 3 of these tracker brick things saying they were free...which I said I'd never use anyway but I took them..however he never told me there was a monthly service charge for each one. I also found out this is a licensee/franchise... please find an actually Tmobile corporate store and stay away from this one. Please be careful when you visit that store, they will sell you stuff and make you feel it is free. You will find out later it is not free and you have to pay for it, and it is too late to cancel service. The process to get new phone or trade takes hours, so you are so tired by that time and sign whatever without looking. So be careful and don't get fool by free stuff. I don't recommend them at all, they are honest, or have any ethics or integrity. They have done it twice to me and my wife, I am fed up and ready to move back to Verizon. read more

BAIT AND SWITCH Be careful for anything they try to offer you for free. I walked in to get my screen fixed and they handed me bags with head lamps and trackers. Unfortunately misery continues to be part of the experience being with T-mobile, employees via 611 and in store wont do simple tasks to fix problems when their hardware doesn't work. Thanks now im back on hold for another hour on 611 because you refuse to exchange a internet gateway you sold me. Great that 611 told me to do it in store and waste more time and gas. My bill has not what was promised, nobody included my 360 protection package(insurance) even though it was requested and listed specifically in my initial price quote. I've been to the store 4 times to resolve the issue and have gotten nowhere. I've had two promises to call me back but nothing has happened. My "5G" service is slower and less reliable than the "4g" service my old provider. I suggest using another carrier, none specific just anyone else. She got it to charge but I still requested a quote for a new phone while there just to see . She gave a few options and broke it down for me to easily understand. I ended up getting a new phone. I spoke to a Regional Supervisor at this storefront (she happened to be there when I walked into the store). I have an iphone and have been with AT&T for over two decades. For me to switch is a big deal (to me). I called into the store a week afterward and spoke to a very unmotivated person. This person convinced me I could NOT upgrade my iphone with them and gave me no hope! I own a business, have an above "excellent" FICO score and don't have complaints w/AT&T - outside of my upgrade not being paid for. I'm over-qualified and was treated as though I had poor credit. That is the reason I won't use this company as my cell carrier. I will return to AT&T and accept their (FAR BETTER) offer to remain a customer. This site isn't the best of T-Mobiles, and I'm certain anyone would agree w/me on that - if they've visited the store in the last 4 months. I've visited as recent as 1 month ago, but the service was still - severely lacking and convinced me to stay with AT&T. I'm sure no executives at T Mobile would appreciate hearing of my experience, but I'm composing a letter to send them (explaining all). ** If you're considering upgrading from another carrier, my advice is to work with them on your needs. T Mobile over-promised and under delivered to someone with Tier 1 credit/FICO, a solid 20 year history of on time payments....yet refused to tell me I'd be able to upgrade my iphone that has backscreen cracks. It doesn't impede the functionality, heck I didn't even know it existed until they'd asked me to remove my case! I've always been suspect of T-Mobile & the offers they claim exists (in commercials, print and all advertising). I know why I felt that way, it was my intuition aka gut instinct. Moral of the story: Go with your intuition! I cannot recommend this site, they have too many inconsistent qualifiers for professionals (I own two corporations & have excellent FICO score). I hope my comment reaches the District Manager for T-Mobile in San Clemente on El Camino Real. They need serious training, education and enthusiasm. The sales person I spoke to did not encourage ANY of their products, that I should attempt to trade in my phone and basically turned me away. That's a shame, since I've been loyal to AT&T for 30 years, pay bills early/never late and simply wanted an upgrade. I'm a VERY savvy buyer and my hard won advice is: Call your current carrier and leverage advertised offers w/competitors (on tv or that you've seen in billboards). Explain you wish to remain with them and that you want a no cost upgrade to your phone, or else you'll switch. EVEN IF YOUR PHONE HAS DAMAGE. Unofrtunately the people I spoke to at T-Mobile gave me entirely differently stories...based on who I spoke to. I only wish the District Manager worked at my local store, since she's the one who knew what she was talking about (and told me my upgrade was for an upgraded iphone/no cost to me). I'm sad that this company may be losing business due to who is running the storefront, but I can't help them out there. GOOD LUCK...if you decide to use TMobile in San Clemente. I'd rather go through AT&T, since they don't have conflicting quotes/prices and information. read more

Benjamin and Sergio assisted my husband and me with setting up new service. As the setup was complicated by our previous provider, they showed extreme commitment to offer us information and assistance. We were in this store for a number of hours due to the complications from our previous provider, and we had the opportunity to watch Benjamin and Sergio interface with many customers with varied issues over this time period. Went in to the store not knowing what phone is be walking out with. The service, for me, was beyond what I've experienced at most stores lately. The employee there helped me narrow down my choices without trying to push anything unnecessary. They were informative, friendly, and safe amidst all the covid stuff. We played rock, paper, scissors to narrow down my choices more (I am very indecisive) and we settled on a phone. They informed me of the insurance a jump program and also the return policy. I spent a day trying out my new phone. I wasn't a fan of the phone in general so I came back the next day and was helped by, whom I'm assuming was, the manager.
