Brushed off twice: their customer service couldn't be less helpful. My sweetie had gone to T-mobile to get help with an older phone he was bringing on an international trip. They glossed over showing him how to insert the SIM and set up the phone, and then they put everything back into his current phone and hastily sent him on his way. Come to find out a couple of days later, they were supposed to have sent him home with the tray that the Sim card actually fit in. Another trip back to T-mobile! He called to make sure they knew the situation and that he was coming in, but when we arrived the guys seemed like they didn't know what he was talking about, or didn't remember the phone call. There were no other customers in the store, so I'm not sure what they were distracted by. Anyway, after fitting the SIM card back in and getting the correct tray, we asked how easy it would be to transfer everything over from iCloud. Easy, they said. Should be no problem, they said. Only takes a couple minutes. Just seemed like they were trying to brush us off trying to get us out of the store. Come to find out virtually impossible to transfer iCloud information when setting up on an older iPhone. Thanks for not telling us, T-mobile experts! We nearly tore our hair out trying to get it working later that night before his flight...to no avail. Now he's phoneless and the whole ordeal was a complete wash. read more
