I went in this past week as I wanted to switch carriers. I interacted with TYLER and came away with a weight off my shoulders. Tyler was exceptional in how he explained which plans would work best for a "technology deficient" senior. I appreciated that he never talked down to me and gently walked me through the various plans that would best fit my needs AND my budget. Every sales person in the store was very knowledgeable. Have had great customer service so far, first with De'Zaun to set me up with my plan, and then with Alex and Tyler (?) to help me make sense of my plan after the initial amount was more than I thought it should be. We've had a T-mobile family plan for over ten years and have routinely experienced poor quality customer service at the Sherwood store. Sherwood T-mobile upsold a 5$/month tablet to an unsupervised teenager who would NOT have been authorized to make changes to our family plan. Additionally, they will flat out refuse to charge your phone upon request, even if you are a longtime customer. Management at the T-mobile Sherwood store is unhelpful and disrespectful. If you plan to write a review voicing similar concerns, I urge you to call the T-Mobile 1-800 number and complain to corporate. read more

My wife and I switched over from Verizon and metro PCS. We arrived at 7pm and were there till 8:45. The associate Dominic was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was another guy helping as well but I can't remember his name unfortunately. We were both very pleased with the service we received and the fact that they didn't kick us out right at closing. They stayed 45 min past to help us switch carriers and get set up with a new phone. Overall, we would definitely come back to this store for any of our cell phone problems/needs. read more

Rolling through wine country, and in need of some wine tasting, but before that... in need of a sim card for my friend, who just bought a new iPhone. As I, myself, had one of these pay-as-you-go sim card's for my phone, anytime I travel the States, I advised her to get one, and she was itching, with her shiny new phone in the box to actually get to use it and be a terrible menace on social media, we waited as the two men in here were already helping customers. We were greeted fast, even though we waited, it was fair, as they were not rushing the customers they had in front of them, and no one likes to be rushed, just remember that when your in line wondering (and tapping your feet) why your waiting in line, everyone deserves their fair share. The person who was helping us apoligized for the long wait and was able to get our sim card quite quickly, setting up a phone number on what we requested, what we didn't expect was all the minor problems we were about to have when turning on this new phone. He was professional in helping us set up the phone, even though we did not purchase it from this store, going through all the settings and familiarizing us with all the features, at the same time he was puzzled with the fact we were getting slow data transmission. He kept phoning back and forth with the tech people to try to figure out the problem. Most of the time, minor things like this a sales person would have just brushed us off and said that this will just take some 'natural' time... and to tell us to wait and it will cure itself out like a normal head cold... well this guy wanted to get to the bottom of this, just seeing this helpfulness deserves all the stars you can get, and your not just another number in a lineup ready to pay and get out of the store. We didn't want to stay as long as we did, but in the end we got everything we needed, I'd recommend this store if you're in the neighbourhood. read more

Today was about my 8th visit to the T-Mobile store in Sherwood and felt it was finally time to write a review. The team there has been exceptionally helpful every single time that I've gone in. I've probably been helped by 3-4 different people there over the course of 4 years, which is a good sample and also shows good employee retention and experience. They've helped me choose the right products for purchase (phones, plans, accessories), helped with random setup/modifications, helped direct me how to use my warranty after a phone was run over and helped when my phone went to hell. T-Mobile may or may not be the right cell provider for you, but if they are, definitely consider going to the Sherwood store for help. read more

I needed to make some adjustments to the two phones my wife and I had since she had recently passed away. I was greeted immediately as I walked in the door and didn't have to wait at all when I arrived at 2:30 p.m. December 26. The store manager helped me and she is simply great. She was very empathetic when she heard my story and made the needed changes in my phones in record time. I can't recommend her and this store enough. They were fantastic. read more
