I went to this T-Mobile and purchased 2 iPhones, 3 Watches, plus cases and screen protectors. (Spent a lot of money!) I was told that if the screen protectors cracked to just bring them in and they will replaced them. I believed this because many stores do this for customers. So when my screen protector cracked three weeks later I did as told and brought it back to the store. The Manager told me that I did not buy the "Protection Plan", that no one said was needed, so it was not covered! After I explained that no one said that I needed that coverage and that I just spent a lot of money there a few weeks ago he told me there is nothing he could do! That is a bunch of BS! His employee lied to be to get the sell and he couldn't even make it right! This was the first and last time I will buy anything from this store. My suggestion is Don't Buy, They Lie! read more

This t-mobile has had some terrible workers in the past , but I went in today to get a jump upgrade and the two guys working were awesome . Amazing customer service and actually explain things to you rather than worrying about the sale . Abdi was all things great ! He let me and my husband trade in my phone all hassle free. This location has the potential to be great they just need more people like Abdi who care about their job !! read more

I love T-Mobile, I HATE this store. They lie and scam. They also add things to your plan without asking you. This has happened THREE times in the past 4 months. I will never set foot in this store again. AVOID like the plague if you don't want additional things added to your lines without asking. Unfortunately, a store can get negative reviews because of 1 or 2 bad apples. I went to this store to trade in 2 phones and while they did say they were going to do the 2 trade ins, they really only applied the credit to one phone and here's me thinking I'm getting the trade in credit for 2. Found out after I printed the return shipping label and it was only for 1 phone. So, after making 3 (not 1) yes, it took 3 phone calls to Tmobile, the last customer service rep told me that I have to return one of my new phones and repurchase it with the trade for my other phone so I will get the full credit, otherwise I have no other recourse but to this. This location is horrible. The manager is unhelpful and has a bad attitude. They are unprofessional and rude rude rude. One kid that works here had in jeans and his underwear was showing. The bald Caucasian guy is rude and I will never walk in Hebrew ever again. I can't believe they are even in business at the location !!!!!! read more

Carla is amazing, friendly and great at her job. The manager of this store however I see as unprofessional and rude. I went in to get a screen protector put on and she looked at me with a dirty look and said "uh did you buy this here?" I did in fact to she proceeded to apply it and messed up and laughed about it in front of me! Now I am stuck with a crooked phone screen protector and am very unhappy. read more
