The only thing that took a while was waiting to actually see the demos because they keep them locked in a safe in the back. It takes 15 minutes for the safe to open so in the mean time, the sales person was able to speak about the features of the different watches and cases. I had just left the East village location and went here to get my extra line. Bad experience at the East village. Here at the katella location it is roomier and has a place to sit. Jesus took care of my account addition. Very nice and very professional. Was in and out quick with what I needed, and I was comfortable since there was a table and chair there. I don't mind paying for this level of service. Not sure what happened to the East village location as it used to be a corner store, but now is in a small hole in the wall at the mall. read more

'Just received amazing service here yet again, from Gerardo and Maribel this time, and finally decided I had to write a review. My wife and I have been coming to this mobile phone store for over five years. They are far and away the "best in class." They are often very busy and there can be a wait time, but that's to be expected for customer service that is this good. 'Makes sense to me that T-Mobile customers would keep coming back here. Here's a tip: Come in and get on their priority list, then go shopping or get lunch at any of many stores/restaurants in the immediate area. When you return, you'll be at the top of the list. Let me start by saying I wish I had never left AT&T. But I did, and it's too late. I hate T-Mobile. And I want to go to their store like I want to have a root canal. This experience did not suck. The manager (sorry, don't remember) really worked to get us the.... not best deal..... least screwing? Yeah, that covers it. Hubby got a new phone. I had a new phone, but I hated it. They hooked me up with one I actually like- and had all my stuff switched over in the time it took me to have a smoke. Not too shabby. But what to do with the brand new phone I hated? They opened a new line for my kid, using the phone, and the family line is FREE until 2012. That works. They tried to pimp me a netbook on sale for $150. I've spent over a week trying to talk myself out of it. They told me the monthly service on it is $30. I'm gonna go get it tomorrow. If they actually honor that deal, there will be no updates from me. If not............... well, y'all know me. Writing update from my new cool netbook- which fits in my purse! Shame on you T-Mobile! We've been with this company for 10+ years and since the merge didn't happen with AT&T they have gone to pot! Including both in store and through customer service. They try to drag you through the mud when it comes to billing! When you go into the store , these fools try to con you into thinking they can lower your bill when you really can't and add hidden charges on your following bill! It took almost 3 months to get it figured out and get the fee removed. Do not listen to anything these cons tell you in store about your bill, you will get screwed on your bill the following month. Then when you try to call their Customer Service they give you the run around, it will make you go insane. I already feel like T-Mobile charges way too much for 3 people with data plans, it's outrageous, if I could buy out all of our contracts I would because I'm sick of the games they play! Today I go in to pay the bill that costs an arm and a leg each month, I stood in line for 20 minutes waiting to get help , MEANWHILE they had other con artists on the floor trying to trap people into signing with them, unwillingly to help you knowing that they see you in line! I get up to the line and this fool has the nerve to say "Your eligible to add another line for $10.00 a month!" What the fuzz?! Are you serious! You guys are such leeches and suck money out on our bill every month as it is! Do you really think I want to give you any more money than we already have?! I told him how someone in their store tricked my mom into "lowering her bill" and added hidden charges! Funny how the employee that was next to him was extremely quiet and uncomfortable, it must have been him that scammed my mom! I hate T-Mobile with a vengeance, whatever you do , do not have a contract with them, you will regret it immediately! Once you sign those papers your trapped for 2 years which feels like an ETERNITY! Worked with Jesus, whom was very friendly and very knowledgable regarding the newer iPhone that my wife was interested in purchasing. So I was looking for a phone plan for myself and my two baconators (my kids). I have had sprint in the pasted but I was currently a Verizon customer. Before I stepped into this teen mobile store I went to see how much it was. The guy was nice but didn't have any energy. I wanted to know deals and what it comes with etc. so I walked into teen mobile. Luis approach me and said hi and asked what I was looking for? He right away gave me info on deals currently going on. Honestly I was just looking but because he was so helpful and informative. I gave in and transferred my line and added two lines too. Kimberly assisted us and she was a ray of sunshine. They answered all my questions and always making sure we were ok and asked if we needed chairs to sit. I definitely recommend this teen mobile. Whenever I go in I ask to be helped by "Jose" I love his customer service, he is super cool and is all about helping the customer. He's very thorough when it comes to explaining, he loves to help you in anyway he can. He seems to be one of the more knowledgeable employees there. He definately deserves a 5 star in my book. The only reason I didn't give this location a 5 star is because every time I go in there is a 20-30 minutes wait. read more

I visited this store about about two weeks ago with the idea of switching my service over from Sprint. I had become very upset with the way I was being treated by Sprint and after 14 years I was ready to move on. When I first walked in I noticed there was already a lot of people waiting to be helped and the store reps were already helping customers. The store manager saw that we just walked in and approached us to take our information. He apologized that there would be a little bit of a wait. While we waited we got to look at the phones and some if the available accessories. When it was our turn the manager came over and introduced us to Genaro and said he would be helping us and answer any questions we had. I explained we were unhappy with Sprint and would like to know what we had to do to move to Tmobile. Genaro was very patient with all of our questions and was able to even help our son swap his phone out in another state. After all our phones were set up we were given a discount in some cases. Right before we were done he took the time to apply screen protectors for us! I waited two weeks to put up this review because I wanted to see how well their service performed. In all my time with Sprint I have never had as good signal quality as I now have with Tmobile. I am very happy with the service I have now. First impressions are very important to me and I feel that Genaro and the rest of the staff at this store did an excellent job in representing their company. read more

This is the second really bad review. I purchased my first phone from this store. WARNIG WARNING WARNING. This store is the worst. First visit, a guy that is still there gave the worst customer service of my life. The iPhone didn't work with photo freezing up constantly sooooo I went back into the store. WAITED FOR THREE HOURS. Then they said they can't order another iPhone or get me another one. Liars liars liars.. I've had good and bad experiences at this location. The bad usually comes when they're busy and don't have enough employees working to accomodate everyone. The good is when I go in on a weeknight and there's no one there but me and 2 workers. And even then usually one of the workers will ignore me. Besides that madness, I bought a phone from here, my friend bought 2, and my parents got their last phones here. The guy that helped out my parents was especially helpful, so I know there are good workers here. If I'm ever back in Orange and NEED to go to a T-Mobile I would go here. read more

I had a great experience at this T-mobile store i made the switch from Verizon because i would get overcharged every month and I didn't even have unlimited. Plus i got double the credit for my trade in compared to Verizon now i have the newest IPhone with unlimited 5G data and I'm still paying less than i was before Javier delivered exceptional service he explained everything to us very very well he made everything clear about all the different options we had. Went in to play with the new Galaxy Note 3 and was greeted by Vivian. She was very friendly with a smile on her face (which was refreshing since most of the employees have forgotten what it's like to smile). After a few qualifying questions, I got to play with the awesome phone! After a few minutes of playing, we talked and I expressed my interest in possibly buying the phone. She asked me a few more questions and 15 minutes and six dollars later, I was an excited owner of a new white Note 3. Vivian was very knowledgeable of the product and promotions available to make the purchase happen while updating my plan to save me more money. She made the whole experience enjoyable. The only negative is that, like similar new phone releases, there weren't any significant accessories to support my purchase. read more

Don't buy accessories or phones through T-Mobile since they want to charge extra fee's and only have a 14 day return policy and won't tell you. They will make you sign a paper saying you agree without explaining everything so on their end they are protected from buyers remorse which they can honor (but say they cant physically do it even though they can, they lie). Even if the phone and accessories were bought before the 30 day mark. This location is just upsetting they won't do that. Utterly terrible customer service. I went in around midday and they weren't busy but no one asked if I needed help with anything even after I made two rounds around the store checking out the phones. I was looking for a new smart phone and all of the display models were dummies, so I approached the manager to see if I could test some out. He bluntly replied that they had been stolen before and he wasn't going bring any working models out. I complained that I couldn't assess a phone and make a purchase without testing it but he just shrugged at me as if to say 'tough balls' and walked away. I was genuinely thinking of upgrading my contract and getting a new phone but they lost that sale. Maybe I'll go back in a couple years when that team is fired. read more

horrible customer service, do not buy a phone there they will give you misleading information about your account if you are trying to upgrade. purchase at your own risk, but i would not trust them at that store. We were told we did not qualify for 0 down on our upgrade and tried to get me for an extra 280 dollars. only to find out that the T mobile store at Chino was able to do it for us with 0 down and their staff was amazing!! they actually took the time to help us out. we were told some Tmobile stores do not like upgrading customers and will hold out on newly released phones for new coming customers since it looks better for the store to add a new customer than to upgrade an existing one. i guess the orange store is one of them. If you want quality service and trustfull staff do yourself a favor go to the Chino location off grand and the 71 fwy. read more
