I called T-Mobile to disconnect a line and to transfer our land line from spectrum over to T-Mobile and they ended up disconnecting my line after I specifically told the employee which lines not to disconnect and which was the land line as well as the other. After calling 2 days strait and hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue a different employee told me I can just walk into any T-Mobile store and an associate can help me there. So I walked into this store and surprisingly no one acknowledged me or greeted me except for one associate whose name is Armen. He was able to fix my issue within 2 min. He told me that "because I've been a customer for 13 years", they had a promotion for 2 FREE iPads for an extra $28 per month, which is the cost of internet. Horrible customer service for the second time in a row. I hesitated coming here with family because of the last experience, which the woman told me that to get a new phone I had to upgrade plans (which was a lie according to the other store I successfully purchased one at). Racist and worst customer service from T Mobile. I've been with T Mobile / Sprint since 2014, and this is the worst store visit I ve ever had. I am also a long time investors in Sprint and when the companies merged I ended up being an investor in Tmobile. When we first tried to enter the store, there was a guy with Tmobile uniform sitting outside the store, and he asked us to wait. We waited on the sidewalk for about 45 minutes while they served and allowed other customers to enter. Later, when we inquired, they said, "only one of them knew how to work the computer, and that person is taking his lunch. "I mean, really others don't know how to operate a computer. ? Anyways, after waiting for an hour, we went inside. This employee who claims to be the manager and knows the sprint system asked us what we need to get done while another young white employee was standing next to him. I guess the idea was to train the other fellow. Which is fine except that guy was singing and dancing between keystrokes. Not only that was really unprofessional. He can't even dance nor sing ! It was so painful to watch. Then we stood there for another 15 minutes while they were trying to log in to the system. Then when we asked a simple question it took them another 10 minutes to figure out how much do we pay monthly. This is when he starts to make no sense. I asked them about the bill and this guy lied and said, oh yeah, you have done it online so ve paid online activation fee. But we did it at another store. Not online. Then we asked about upgrading the phone, he started lying again saying, we have to pay $270 more just to upgrade. Not only he lied he was giving us attitude while his fellow training kept dancing and singing... oh and that guy outside the door sitting on a chair, kept yelling at the dancing guy asking him to help with stuff. And finally they said this is a brand new phone so that's why we have to pay that extra but again that was a lie. This phone is to two years old ! At this point we left but the dancing guy made fun of us and made racist remarks behind our back !! Then we went to a different store and they took care of us like how Sprint/Tmobile has always done. ! And we only had to pay taxes for the new device. This store is a disgrace foe tmobile brand. Pro-tip: Uber/Lyft driver? Get T-Mobile or Verizon, but DO NOT get Sprint! After switching from crappy sprint to T-Mobile (been told in a year they might merge) , T-Mobile unequivocally works better for Uber/lyft driving as less black/spots and good signal at LAX means my efficiency is much higher. And only at ten dollars more a month, totally worth it. Now for the downside: not even a week in (so small sample size) I notice that the buffering times to stream stuff (non-work related) for leisure is of lower quality than sprint (surprisingly), but also at much significantly lower speeds. There's always a trade off, so I'll keep T-Mobile (for now) but also see myself switching to Verizon within the future. read more

Never been treated like that in USA!!!! Went to exchange my 1.5 month old phone by warranty. Accept of 2 promised days its took 9. Problem was: phone always gos to SAFE MODE. In a day when I went to pick up my replacement phone, MANAGER of the store said: "We can't accept the phone in a SAFE MODE, store policy." On my question why u agree to replace my phone in a beginning, and it was my second visit to that store on that day. First and foremost I was there with my boyfriend and his niece not as a customer so I was able to sit back and truly see the entire store in action. The first thing I noticed was the "laxed" aka unprofessional work environment. Two of the younger gentlemen were slouched over the counter and lacked enthusiasm as they assisted customers. However, Gregg seemed to perk up upon seeing my boyfriend and his teenage niece approach them. This would seem to be a positive only that his enthusiasm turned into an uncomfortable attempt at flirting with the teenage girl. If he were even mildly concerned with being professional as he was with attempting to flirt and making a fool of himself maybe they'd have more people coming into the store. Although, there was a young man by the name of Elvis who deserves 5 stars in both customer service and professionalism. He was very attentive with the customer and made it feel like a real business and not a teenage hang out to pick up on ladies that walk through the door. Tip to management, make sure to train your employees on how not to harass your female customers, especially those who are underage. Ensure that the gentlemen in your store dress up to code and treat their customers in the same manner that Elvis dealt with his customer so that they have a positive experience. This store sold me a sprint phone that doesn't fully work with a T-Mobile SIM card and on top of that the manager who did my transaction didn't activate the SIM card. I got home and restored the phone from back up and it wouldn't work. After 3 hours on the phone with T-Mobile support, they were able to determine the issue (at the time) and set up my account and activate the SIM card. The phone continued not to work properly- dropped all calls when not on WiFi, doesn't have a setting to switch networks depending on availability, doesn't send texts/emails/open apps when not on WiFi. After two weeks of calling multiple times a day , and now out of the buyers remorse period, I still have no resolve. Phone support can't send a new phone bc they can't over night it and it won't arrive quick enough for me to return the sprint phone to the store within buyers remorse and for some reason the company can't override this even though it is 100% their fault and documented. The store won't order a new phone (stores don't carry 256gb iPhones-they can only order them) unless I buy the replacement outright (for $1000) and then get refunded when the new phone arrives and I return the bad one. My only option for not paying out of pocket is to return the bad phone, order a new one, and be without a phone for however long it takes for the new one to arrive. This has honestly been a nightmare. I've been on the phone with T-Mobile and apple for a minimum of 3 hours a day for two weeks and some days up to 7 hours. I don't understand how a corporation this large has the absolute worst resolution department. read more

So at this point I realize his lunch is more important than his job. When I ask for him again, the manager on duty says he will call him out.
