Oh my goodness. I've never made a review before but I've just gotta warn you all. If you get Briana as a helper... save you sanity and peace, walk out. I came in and waited 45 minutes, I decided to get lunch and come back. When I come back Briana takes us, immediately she is extremely short with us. Tells me to give her my phone and I do so quickly and she just looks at me and demands "unlocked" in an extremely unprofessional tone. At the end of all that waiting, I was basically told "I can't help you go to a different store." She never even signed into my t-mobile account. Bought a screen protector at this location with the promise to get a replacement when needed. Went to the store 3 weeks ago and was told they would mail it to me that they did not have enough inventory space to keep them in the store. I went in again tonight to let them know I did not receive it and had the unfortunate experience with the store manager, Josua. He was rude, condescending and provided some of the worse customer experience I have had. Sad thing was the store was completely empty. He had the opportunity to make a happy customer, but only managed to make me wish I never gave this store my business. Called T Mobile only to find out this is a 3rd party retailer. Go ahead and get your phone here, they will not keep their promises or work to make sure your guarantees are met. 0 out of ten for this store! read more

Went in yesterday just wanting to replace my phone. Was told my phone plan didn't qualify for the current promotion and told thanks for stopping by. I said, no, even though it doesn't qualify I still want to replace my phone. They said ok, you'll have to pay full price for the phone. I told them that was fine and asked them what phones they had available. They told me the had any of the iPhones on display. I told them great, that's what I'm looking for. The manager said ok, let me go check the vault. He came back and said they did t have any iPhones in stock and they wouldn't get anymore until next Tuesday. I asked why he told me they had those before going to the safe. He said we don't know what we have on hand until we check the safe. This was at 5pm. I said are you telling me you haven't looked in the safe all day and had no idea if you had any product in hand or not? I got frustrated that the store manager I was dealing with was doing nothing to actually sell me a phone. read more

Brandon was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and clear with his questions and subsequent suggestions to resolve our problems. I am grateful for his assistance. Ate lunch at an establishment near by. I saw this store so ventured in. I was going to get a new iPhone. All they had was purple, so I'll keep looking. Store was very clean and the person that helped me was very courteous. read more

Not open when they say. The website said they were open as did the hours posted on the store. We drove there and they were not open. If you don't want to be open the day after Christmas that is fine. But at least update your website. A simple thing would have saved my time. read more

Just called this T-mobile to make sure they were open before I dashed over there to purchase a new phone. Pulled in at 7:48 and saw their employees dash over to lock the door and leave so they didn't have to help me before they closed at 8pm. And they knew I was on my way! Hope their owner is happy. Lost a sale and will be making sure t-mobile corporate is aware. I wished I would have dashed to a different t-mobile! read more

Awful experience here. Associate gave us bad advice regarding changes to our plan that was going to raise our bill dramatically. While at the store, we realized this and asked them to undo the changes made to our account just 20 minutes prior. They refused to do this so we had to go to a corporate store to have the changes reversed. Very aggravating and caused us to spend half of a day just to add a line to our account. read more

I had a very odd experience in this store yesterday. While looking into plans and pricing, my credit worthiness was brought up several times as to whether or not I could qualify for a phone. The sales pitch was on the argumentative side. To make matters worse, the armed security guard was always positioning himself in my blind spot. Not sure if Barney Fife has a loaded weapon but he sure was giving the vibe like he's itching to shoot someone. Won't be going to that store, ever. read more
